That would be addressed through diet assuming you have food sensitivities such as gluten. If you cut gluten out then keep in mind that a blood test will not show the anti-gliadin antibodies, so i dont know if you rather wait for your next blood test before cutting out gluten to make sure that's what it is. Here is a study on the link between high ferritin/low iron and inflammation btw:

As far as the brand. I use zhou'sbut i've tried other brands and they're more or less the same.

Here is another list of supplements that are shown to reduce inflammation:

If you don't mind me asking what kind of difference did it make. In terms of symptoms and how you feel? My naturo has me on this and so far I'm not sure I feel a difference. I've only been taking it a week or so.

You need to cycle off stims for atleast a month or so. Pick yourself up some of this:

http://www.amazon.com/American-Biologics-Sub-Adrene-Improved-liquid/dp/B000OQ65AY/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1322078988&sr=8-1

Itll get your adrenals back to normal function, sidebar it tastes like shit.

when people say "youve built up a tolerance to stimulants" what that really means is, your adrenals are fatigued. Stay off ALL STIMULANTS, run some adaptogenic herbs and subadrene for a month or two and then start again. The yawning you are experiencing is your body telling you there is a problem. I went through this same exact issue and it took two months off of stims to feel normal again.

It even says on the side of the bottle that the products need to be cycled off of, which it seems to me you havent done in a very long time. Take care of yourself bro

5-htp and Tyrosine. Otherwise, time.... Sam-E can also help but also hurt depending on your issue. Something else i looked at but never used since you body has been through so much stress and others have mentioned this brand: https://www.amazon.com/Gaia-Herbs-Adrenal-Health-Phyto-Capsules/dp/B0036THML2/ref=sr_1_3_s_it?s=hpc&ie=UTF8&qid=1466451274&sr=1-3&keywords=adrenal+fatigue+supplements

We also take something called StressCare. We buy it on Amazon. This works really quickly for us. I went through an extremely stressful situation, blacked out and would become very weak with just the slightest bit of excitement or from being startled. I was on bedrest for several days. My cortisol levels were completely shot. This stuff brought me back quickly. I now take it every day. It really helps lower our anxiety. My husband quit taking it for awhile recently. (It's hard to remember to take your vitamins when things are stressful/crazy) He was dealing with anxiety, constantly over worrying about things and struggled with sleep. He was a bit of a wreck. He got back on this and completely turned around in a day. He wasn't 100% but was significantly better. It's worth looking into if you are really struggling.

PSA: My experiences are completely anecdotal and I was recommended this by my naturopath. I'm only mentioning this because I feel uncomfortable suggesting a product to someone that they put into their body. However, I feel it's worth mentioning because the struggle is real.
