Just for that, here's a more detailed, complete list of what is needed to micron filter smaller amounts (1l solution), with links to the cheapest good option on amazon:

Just take the tube from the end and stick it on the male port on the side of the vacuum flask. If you already have a brake caliper vacuum pump or electric pump those can be subbed for this.
Buchner funnel - http://amzn.com/B00BHLE6MO - a funnel, with a space for filter paper
Rubber collar - http://amzn.com/B0018S0WBK - forms a seal between the buchner funnel and the flask. Wet your finger and around both sides of the collar, place the collar on the flask, and the funnel on the collar, and firmly press them together. This will ensure a good seal.
Medium flow rate filter paper - http://amzn.com/B00YM3R7KW - and slow filter rate filter paper - http://amzn.com/B006T5AY24 - Medium is good enough for most, and takes less time to filter, but the slow will yield the highest quality. The slow filter paper link has multiple options, be sure to select "1.5 micrometer pore, 11cm diameter" to get the right size/type.
Once it's all assembled, just pour the extract/herb solution (slowly) into the funnel, while pumping away at the vacuum pump. The vacuum will keep things flowing and you'll be done sooner than if you just let it drip through a coffee filter.
Bonus tek - to make a vacuum chamber to polish your extract:
Take a small mason jar and make a hole in the lid, big enough for the tubing from the hand pump. Take a bit of that tubing, or similar from home depot etc, and hot glue it so that it goes through the lid and into the mason jar. Really lay on the hot glue until its gobbed up all around the hole, sealing it well. Let it cool. You can now place your extract on a small bit of parchment, place it in the jar, seal the lid, and hook the pump up to the tubing. When you pump and create a vacuum (as high as this model will go, just keep pumping until the gauge registers no change), microbubbles of solvent and air will foam up to the surface, smoothening and polishing your extract. Its not a necessity like it is with BHO etc, but it's still nice to do. I even do it to some of my rosin batches as it can help them budder up.
Hey, I'm a chemist. The reason for the conical shape is because the point of a separation funnel is to separate two layers of material. So you're interested in stopping flow right at the interface between the layers, so you want the bottom to be narrow so you can to minimize error.
Another type of funnel with a stopcock is an addition funnel, which lacks these separation-optimized features but frequently provides a means to cycle atmosphere between the vessels above and below to ensure a perfectly continuous flow. This is particularly helpful if you wish to control the atmosphere (for example, to brew under nitrogen or argon).
That said, chemistry glassware is generally far more expensive than its value to anyone who is not deadly serious about certain outcomes. If your drip can stand to sputter for a second, you don't need a $200 addition funnel. If you've got the $200 and want to prove that sputter-free coffee brewed under xenon is the wave of the future, be my guest.
Do you have access to a pressure cooker? A pressure-cooker will prevent boiling and a lot of agitation which will allow the fat to rise to the top of the broth as it cooks. If you give this a shot make sure that you allow the pressure-cooker to depressurize naturally and fully; if you open the lid before then the liquid may instantly boil. Ladle out the broth into a deep but narrow container and chill. When it has gelled cut the top layer off (there is likely a bit of fat there). If you really want to get fancy you could order a separatory funnel like this one on Amazon but that may be further than you need to go :) I would seriously be surprised if any shops are using a funnel like that, but hey if it's just for fun why not? That's what a chemist would do!
I go to local hardware shops but i dont think i can find 400 or close mesh filter. it is a long shot but i will try anyway.
in the other hand i find a idea. i just fill all coffee to aeropress body.

Tested it this morning and I'll admit that it is small (100ml capacity) but worked really well overall - I did 3 passes with water over my coffee grounds and the cup of coffee was great.
Those.... don't look like powder funnels. The "drip tip" is the red flag; none of those are going to have particularly wide stems and the long stem is just going to get clogged with powder.
If you're on a budget I'd look for a plastic funnel with a stem OD <24 mm like this one or this one. If you're willing to fork over a little more cash and get a glass one there are nice 24/40 joint funnels like this small one or this huge one.
What I do is use a funnel, and carefully pour it into a 4oz bottle. Easy.
Also, try measuring by weight. That's pretty easy too.
So I started with the Yama, but thought it would be a fun project to try to make something from scratch. Had to turn to chem glassware, which is a little pricey but I think looks cool. I used a separatory funnel, Buchner funnel, and Florence flask.
Glassware ended up costing about $83, and I used the ring stand we had in the science lab at school.

There are plenty of filter papers available. Whatman brand pops up a lot. I'll start with cutting up coffee filters.
What problem did you have with sealing them? I'm assuming the ground glass takes care of the funnel to flask connection. Maybe the filter seal at the bottom was the issue? Lots of learning to do.

It's basically these four items, seperator funnel, glass funnel, erlenmeyer flask, and a stand. Although I don't know exactly what stand they're using in this particular setup (whether it was purchased in a set (although it does look awfully familiar)), it's not too difficult to reproduce.
You don't actually need a dark room, it's a common misconception. You only need that if you plan to use an enlarger and make your own prints. I don't, but only due to lack of space in my apartment - I scan them in and order prints at Costco or Bartells like any normal digital scan.
If you get one of the Paterson Reel tanks like I have in that photo, you just need a changing bag. Put your 1-2 rolls of film, a bottle opener, a pair of scissors, and all the tank pieces in the bag. Seal it up, pop open the film canister with the bottle opener, then spool the film onto the reels. Put both reels back in the tank and seal it up. Everything else can be done in daylight. (you can skip the bag and do this in a pitch black room like your bathroom or a closet if you want. I prefer the bag- I can sit on the couch and watch TV while I spool rolls).
Then you're just dumping in chemicals on a timed schedule and then unspooling and hanging them to dry when complete. B&W is roughly 13 minutes a batch at diluted 1+1, or 6 minutes at stock (full strength) solution. Stock just uses it up twice as fast, but saves time.
B&W = developer (12-15 minutes for most films at 1+1 - check the massive dev chart -> stop bath (1 minute) -> fixer (1 minute) -> rinse (2-3 minutes) -> hang to dry (2ish hours or until totally dry).
Color = developer (6ish minutes) -> blix (2-3 minutes) -> rinse (2-3 minutes) -> stabilizer (1 minute) -> hang to dry (2ish hours).
I'm pulling those numbers from memory, but the unicolor kit has a good guide with it.
Stuff you need
For B&W film - you use the 1+1 developer one time (150ml per roll of film) and dump it when you finish. Which means that 1L D-76 pouch gives you 6 rolls of film. I buy mine in the 1G bags to mix up as they're cheaper, but you need a 1G plastic bottle to store it. For color film that kit does 8-9 rolls of film. The bigger 1G kits are more expensive and you can also buy the chemicals separately. Color is picky because you need to keep it at a constant 103F the whole time or risk ruining them, hence the bucket (or a bathtub). Color developer and all other chemicals you dump back into bottles and re-use until it's used up.
The color film process is actually really well documented in the booklet that comes with the unicolor kit.
