BTW I drink it everyday but I use MCT Oil instead, I used to drink like 5 cups of coffee a day, now I just have 1. I currently us Dr. Bernd Friedlander's as I find it the best stuff out there but Bulletproof Upgraded is also pretty good.

I had a standard 'bulletproof' style coffee with the pre-ABV (that is now in this batch), and it was a similar type of euphoria. I believe Brain Octane would provide even more enhanced neurological capabilities to open up...

The avocado oil added a terrible flavor. It might be better with a different brand. I made it again with 4 tbsp of mct oil instead and it was awesome.

It's been working wonders! After washing my face at night I'll put my Ketoconazole cream on, let that dry then put this mct oil on. My one suggestion is it comes out of the bottle fast and a little goes a long way so I put some in a travel spray bottle and use it from there. I'll usually reapply in the morning but definitely leaves my face moisturized for the whole day.

Yes, but lately going on IF and skipping breakfast. I do use for my Ketofuel and other times.
Keep in mind that most MCT's refine out Lauric acid which is the best part of coconut oil for health, but I found this one that has 1/3 of it (unrefined is usually about 50%).

Don't look at because it make a bit of a film, but it's tasteless. I've done a table spoon of it straight and it just tastes like a flavorless oil

I bought this and I mix it with some sugar free Torani syrup and heavy cream, however, right when my coffee brews I have to put it all in a magic bullet to get the powder to really disintegrate. It makes it nice and frothy though, and is very filling.

You make a drink using Ceylon cinnamon (make sure not to use the usual kitchen Cassia cinnamon that contains a serious toxin at just a teaspoon). This potion is so powerful that you'll forget about eating. Start off w/ just a tablespoon of quality c10/c8 MCT Oil and then chase that w/ your mixed drink. Mix the dry ingredients first, and you'll then stir that mix into the liquids. You use the dry first:

- 1 or 2 tablespoons of Hemp protein powder, mixed w/

- 2 packets of Stevia sweetener

- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of Organic Ceylon cinnamon powder (DO NOT USE THE DANGEROUS REGULAR KITCHEN VARIETY)

- (optional) 1 teaspoon of Inulin fiber/sweetener

... Now prepare the liquid portions in a drinking glass:

- a Squirt of Lemon Juice, usually just enough to cover the bottom of the glass

- about 200ml of room temp water, as cold water is harder to mix

Stir the dry mix into the liquids as best you can, and try to drink it while it's still spinning.

To keep it simple I'd suggest trying Connoisseurs Concentrates Clear Cut, to produce a more flowable consistency and some terpenes to give it a better flavor and smell.


The main place I'd suggest MCT is to prevent crystallization, which CBD has a issues with but it's not a common problem with THC.

That doesn't sound like bulletproof coffee at all. BPC is coffee with MCT oil + grass fed butter, neither of which you mentioned. What you're describing sounds like typical Starbucks high sugar dessert crap.

If you want to try real bulletproof coffee, do this:

1. Grass fed Brown butter ghee (Kerrygold grass-fed is fine too)
   
2. Brain Octane oil (MCT)
   
3. Some high quality organic coffee.
   
   It makes a significant difference to do it the "right" way and I recommend trying it. I was very skeptical when I ordered the gear to make it, but I wouldn't go back to coffee the normal way. I add spices to mine by no sweeteners because it tastes so good just like that.

If you want to make MCT oil, here's the method I use for extraction:

• Decarb 60 gm of bud at 250 °F for 45 minutes
  
• Chop lightly in blender
  
• Add to crockpot and cover with 600 ml MCT oil + 1 tbsp lecithin
  
• Heat at about 160 °F for 2 - 3 hours with occasional stirring. Check the temp periodically so it doesn't over heat.
  
• Let cool, filter and transfer to 1 oz dropper bottles
  
  You should have enough to fill 16 - 20 bottles. Depending on the strain, the oil should contain 15 - 20 mg/ml THC.
