Well, that’s what squirting is. It’s proven to come from the bladder and has the same biochemical concentrations of urine. I get that it doesn’t feel like your peeing. Whatever the case it’s normal for many women and has been recorded throughout history.

Chewable papaya enzyme

Maybe try papaya enzymes. They help me sometimes when I'm feeling very full. https://www.amazon.com/American-Health-Original-Chewable-Tablets/dp/B0014291SA

I take papaya enzymes (or have a papaya smoothie when it’s REAL bad). Tums just make me throw up but these papaya chewables have been lifesavers

The brand I use is: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0014291SA
They also sell them in little rolls like Tums. They are good for when your stomach is feeling "ugh" if you eat too much and I think they help just get things back on track after getting glutened.

I suggest some papaya chewables for the next time you eat something that doesn't agree with you. It will settle your stomach and guts very quickly.

No, I bought them on Amazon

I'm 36 weeks right now and have had horrible heartburn since around 20 weeks... I was chowing down on LOTS of tums until my midwives told me to try papaya enzyme extract and it works AMAZINGLY. Check with your midwife or doctor to make sure they're ok with you taking it.. the bottle I have is this brand and on the label it says take 3 after eating, but my midwives said to take at least 6 when I need them. I found them at a local Whole Foods-type grocery store. It really does help and is also really tasty as well (they're chewable). Hope that helps!!

I use these

I THINK they have less calcium than tums, but they do contain calcium nonetheless. I don't know if that would be a good alternative, maybe ask your doctor. I have experienced heartburn since I was a preteen I think but during pregnancy it was very often and it was so bad that my jaw and teeth would hurt. Milk and papaya enzymes were just about the only relief. I'd get heartburn after drinking water! I hope you find a way to get relief, it's definitely crappie to deal with.
