Don't be obtuse. Better to direct that question to people like THIS guy who are actually hoarding and flipping the cards for triple the price, although tbh it's really nobody else's business what someone does with the hardware they buy.

Ask the manufacturers, maybe.

Great questions!

The GPU in the laptop is embedded: Intel HD Graphics 620

In terms of the specs of the CPU and GPU.. How would I check the CPU? (I'll have to do this when I get home). All I know is this is the link to my laptop: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01L3EXAC6/ref=emc_b_5_i

I believe this is the link to the CPU: https://ark.intel.com/products/95451/Intel-Core-i7-7500U-Processor-4M-Cache-up-to-3_50-GHz-

The external GPU is this: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06XH2P8DD/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Does that help?

Ha, sorry, it is. A 780TI will get you just under half of that goal of 60fps/4K . A regular 780 will get you 24 FPS @4k.

1080TIs are selling for, at minimum, $1000 used, so for two used 1080TIs for SLI, you’re lookin at $2,000 minimum, not including taxes and fees.

This is for the average person, not the lucky 1 in a billion people who snag the one that goes for MSRP on Nvidia.com every few months/weeks.

And if you want to buy new, you can do so here at the nice low price of $1,199.90! What a steal!

Both of them have factory overclocks. Only the founder's edition doesn't. But that doesn't matter much because you can simply manual overclock to make up the difference.

The price jumped up a ton from when you bought it.

The used ones are 500, but the pages literally say that they are almost out of stock. Even the new ones are 800.

Nvidia is a freaking monopoly that needs to get split up to bring back competition, lower prices and innovation. But that's an entirely different thread on its own.
