I got these and I love them. I've never felt or seen those really nice expensive ones online but I must say that for the price I am extremely satisfied. Nice feel and shape - just won't blend in and look real on your skin if your trying to go topless. Perfect for filling out a bra under your top though.

They feel great, and really help with my dysphoria but I can't really help with the differences in shape or which are the most realistic. I will probably won't buy anymore because I plan on growing my own, but /r/crossdressing might also be a good place to go for those type of questions.

I really like them. They also have smaller and bigger sizes. I’d probably go with these or the 600gr ones depending on your size.

Don’t use any of the “pocket bras” that you’ll see links to, they are all terrible. I’ve ordered like four different ones. Just find a decent normal bra.

I got some that were similar from TheBreastformStore a while back, but they were open-box/minor-defect (if there was a defect, I never found it) so they were only $30-40. I can't find the page for them on there any more though.

These won't work as well for the bra you're getting though, hence the lower recommendation. These "teardrop" type forms, particularly ones with a flat back (which the cheap teardrops tend to have) work better with underwire bras.
