The GameSir G3 controllers are highly regarded and super cheap wired($18) and wireless($22). The cheap one even comes with a phone bracket. Picking up an old X360/PS3 ($30ish) or better a PS4 controller ($40ish) would also be great choices.

this one is pretty good, the first one I got I had to return, but they gave me another one free of charge, so I basically saved $20, so I would say good customer service and I am very happy with the new controller.

Thank you, I might give a try to the F510, but just watching the shape it reminds me of some bad habits I took with the PS2 ones, the ZD-V+ seems to be quite plasticky and there was someone whinning about dead triggers, I've also found the GameSir G3w (and a bunch of rebrands of it) wich apparently can be toggled by long pressing the home button, I wouldn't recomend the wireless version of these as they seem to have serious connection problems.
I have also found a bunch of crappy defective controllers on Amazon but I just don't want to waste my money on those.

the first one i found, they pretty much do a knock off version off anything you want
I bought this third-party wired controller for my sister a while ago. Works like a charm, and is also compatible with PC too, if you care about that.
