I drive for UPS and just purchased this flashlight off of Amazon for around $60. I use it everyday while out delivering to see addresses in the dark. It has really good throw, adjustable brightness, bottom click for on/off, durable (dropped it out the truck a few times...) and it not too big.

I got an extra battery so I could have one handy, but it seems like the 18650 it comes with holds a lot of power, because I've yet to need to switch it out with my other one. The kit I linked comes with a charger and a 18650 battery, but I believe there's cheaper options.

I'm a big fan of the Wizard Pro, but there are good choices for around 50$.

Namely the Thrunite TN 12 and the Nitecore P12. Many seem to like the Olight S2 but I have no personal experience with it.

I have one of these. $59 on Amazon for the one I have. Great flashlight. Has a few settings, so can go from very dim to let there be light.
