A Weighted blanket. I sleep so much better. It helps A LOT with anxiety. Has literally changed my life!
If anyone has trouble sleeping or has anxiety, try this shit! It's a bit expensive though.
I got mine on Amazon. It was a bit pricy, but I think you could go cheaper and be fine. Here’s the link to the one I got. I went with 25 pounds because I’m large, but there are guides for appropriate weights based on body size/weight.
The company is called rocabi. Chinese company I think. The blanket came with two covers which I didnt expect. And the material is sort of silky and light
