I feel that on a spiritual level.
For a thermos, I have this one and I really like it. You have to push a little button to drink from it, so there's no risk of spilling, and it's easy to clean.
I also have this one which is great if you need it to stay warm for a while or if you want your cold drinks to stay cold. You might need a little sleeve for it if you're going to put hot drinks in it, though. It's a knockoff of those ridiculously expensive Yeti cups, but it's about a third of the price and works just as well.
I have an RTIC that was a Christmas gift with my name on it, and we got these straws and together I always have something to drink. I think I am going to order another one, to keep one at my chair and one by the bed. They don't need a lot of ice to keep drinks cold all day.
Can't upvote this enough. They're always on sale at Amazon for $12.

I fill it up before bed. Always a cold swig in the middle of the night. I've given up bottled water since it cools off too quickly. I take this thing with me everywhere. Warm water is the worst.
