Fogs are Morimoto housings... $$ but worth it. Actually, for a cheaper version I'd recommend these;https://www.ebay.ca/itm/LED-2X-For-Toyota-Prius-2010-2011-Replacement-Fog-Light-Housing-Assembly-Lamp/401800404182?fits=Make%3ALexus&hash=item5d8d2b9cd6:g:hvkAAOSwlGFdGNu6&vxp=mtr
Running them on my mom's Lexus CT (pre facelift, hence no OEM LED fogs).

For the lowbeams in the headlights, I purchase Sealight from Amazon... I've messed with LED's of all sorts over the years... I like them - I even did a review! https://www.amazon.ca/Headlight-Bulbs-Conversion-Approved-SEALIGHT/dp/B06ZZCR1V6/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?gclid=CjwKCAjwwvfrBRBIEiwA2nFiPQmNTXvK7PwXkrmMv4XnFkoUPkRN9rkChQ23dRJRXTQ01mZdAxmAyhoCFyMQAvD_BwE&hvadid=267156827243&hvdev=c&hvlocphy=1002276&hvnetw=g&hvpos=1t1&hvqmt=e&hvrand=4684303496026824475&hvtargid=kwd-450409834237&hydadcr=18383_10229424&keywords=sealight+h11&qid=1568594138&sr=8-1-spons&psc=1&spLa=ZW5jcnlwdGVkUXVhbGlmaWVyPUFHOVk4R1pIS09KWkkmZW5jcnlwdGVkSWQ9QTAzNzExNDgySk1IV0JaWE1HRUhaJmVuY3J5cHRlZEFkSWQ9QTAxNzA2MzVYR0g1UEZRWjdDN08md2lkZ2V0TmFtZT1zcF9hdGYmYWN0aW9uPWNsaWNrUmVkaXJlY3QmZG9Ob3RMb2dDbGljaz10cnVl
I have a 2016 EX, but I grabbed some LED bulbs that had very high ratings on Amazon. Most people will recommend spending a bit more than I did, but I was working on a budget. Here’s some pics of the stock low beams vs the LED bulbs I purchased.
these are my low beams
I love how they match the DRLs. My last car had stock HIDs and the spread was way better. Ultimately, I’d like to upgrade to something with a brighter beam and longer throw.
Most of these LED bulbs are designed to work with reflector headlights. We have projector headlights. The bulbs I bought have the LEDs on each “side” of the bulb unit. Ideally, for projectors, also having an LED on the “top”/“front” of the bulb unit would be ideal. This is all my own personal thinking and based of the research I did. I went with these bulbs because of my budget restrictions.
So I’d recommend these of your budget is Similar to mine. I paid $31 for the pair. I also bought these for the high beams. LOVE the high beams. Super bright and a great throw.
There’s some great higher end lighting options talked about over on the civicX.com forums. I just did what I could for both high and low. There are better and brighter LED options out there in the $100/pair area. Research really goes a long way for sure!
Hope I helped :)
Im been using a set of these for a season with no issues, the control boxes fit in the 848 housings. Any h11 bulb should work as long as they fit physically.
