Welcome! Yea, you are going to need to pick up a camera if you dont already have one. The camera is crucial as the headset wont work and controllers wont track without it.Here's one on Amazon for $40.

There are a few free short films in that list of free stuff. I'll post them here though so you can find them easy.
Be sure to download the YouTube app. There are countless VR videos and 360 experiences on there like the Elton John VR concert.
If you are interested in sports, check out the free NextVR app. It offers alot of 360 3d video of courtside/field side footage.

If you already have Rift or Vive, then it's understandable not wanting to buy the PSVR. But, your reasons only apply to someone who does. For those that do not own a VR headset, I think the PSVR is hands down the way to go if you don't already have an optimal PC
Considering we're on the PS4 sub, people in here probably already have the console. Granted, the Pro pumps out a better experience, but having played VR on both, the difference isn't all that much...for now. So, you're already halfway there. Now, it's about shelling out another $387 for the headset, another $86.35 for two Move controllers(optional), and $41.99 for the camera if you don't already have one. Of course, they now have the Launch Bundle available again for $499.99...
Anyways, there are benefits to the Rift and Vive. Their controllers are far superior. The vastness of both Steam and VR content on the internet is quick and easy (there is a workaround with the PSVR and software designed by the community to be used with PC, but it can be a bit of a chore to troubleshoot at times), and the tracking is better. The PSVR does also have its pro's, like comfort, less 'screen-door' effect...there are a plethora of articles breaking down all 3 systems' pros and cons.......but having RE7 VR exclusivity for a year, as well as Farpoint and the cool new AIM controller (it's absolutely amazing, UPS dropped mine off @ the door Monday evening), might tip the scales for a lot of potential buyers towards the PSVR and I'd agree with their purchase.
Either way, I'm just excited I'll be able to watch the Champions League Final on my PSVR!

You have 2 options here. You can either get an elgato and set up your stream through OBS on your computer. You could also return that webcam and get the Playstation camera (https://www.amazon.com/PlayStation-4-Camera/dp/B01LW1OM63/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1484077583&sr=8-1&keywords=ps4+webcam) and stream through the twitch app to get going. I use the kinect on xboxone and stream with the built in app and it does everything I need.
Sorry, I just saw this selling for 40 bucks including shipping on Amazon. Let me know if you could go lower, or I would just have to go with Amazon.

Even if you have to purchase a new camera (~$50), that price point is going to be hard to beat.
