Not at all, I use autocad the most and this is my
mouse. M5 (the largest) is assigned to escape, m4 is assigned to Osnaps (this one is the most useful, you can turn on or off osnaps without interrupting commands), m3 is assigned to regenall, and I change what m2 is assigned to fairly often. At the very least its worth it for escape alone. Its a great mouse that improves your drafting speed by a wide margin
Honestly the shape of this mouse is the best i've ever used: The tecknet hypertrak laser programmable 16k gaming mouse. I am NOT reccomending this mouse as it has an old avago sensor I believe. The shape is hands down the best i've used though, it works for any grip style with our general hand size.
The G502 has a similar/identical shape based on videos ive seen, but the weight is a major deterrent. I haven't even bothered getting it as its too heavy. If I were you, and you aren't in a major rush, wait for the glorious model O to release. That mouse is shaping up to be an end game mouse for many people. The size sounds like a safe size, as well as a decent shape. The shape of it isn't what I personally prefer for my hands but everything else about it is really the best of the best.
Edit: https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00E64DTDQ/ref=ya_aw_od_pi?ie=UTF8&psc=1 link so you can see the shape. The thumb rest+pinky/ring finger rest are A1 for big hands.
I use this: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00E64DTDQ/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00E64DTDQ/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Great mouse, for £22.
The only mouse I have with a tilt scroll that also fits the bill as lightweight is the Technet Hypertrak. It is under 90g with weights removed. Nice materials, stiffish 8m omrons, tilt, good software, lots of buttons, good surface materials, snazzy customizable weight system, only $25. It feels odd at first but ended up feeling quite comfy for me. (17.5cm hands) The wide stance works well for controllability and I think wider mice are better for folks with wrist issues.
There is bit of a catch. It has an Avago-9800 sensor with significant acceleration. For a casual player it is definitely worth a look at the price point. If it comes down to that or the G502, take into account that even thought 502 has a better sensor, the Technet will make up some ground with the lighter weight.

I got this back in Jan

It is borderline too many buttons, but has good mapping software with it and is a great mouse.
HyperX is taking fucking FOREEVEEEEEER. I'm triggered about it. And they won't say anything about it either.
In the meanwhile, here's a couple of mice you might really appreciate.

There are some others, but it's too much effort to type. Here's a list of non-popular 3+ side button mice (barring MMO-Mice) that I keep updated here and there. If you know of some that aren't on the list, let me know. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1hZqFq8DmdToKH_-TXD6qt02DRya3Ttv-_y3y9Rg8SaI/edit#gid=0
p.s. if you live in Europe, check and see if you can buy the Origen Ozone Exon X90, seems pretty solid. I did use a mouse that was a copy of it and the buttons on the side required a decent bit of force to activate, but they sit really well against your thumb so it's not hard.

I've been using it for a while and I love it. It has a lot of features that higher end mice have, for a really good price.
For real though:

$30, good functions, RGB, 9 spare buttons, helpful software, adjustable weight and on-the-fly adjustable DPI. It has better features then stuff three times it's price, and build quality of a much more expensive mouse (like the braided cable and plated USB connector).

Well I can't comment on that mouse itself so if my comment is just useless information that's all good, but this is the mouse I got and it works great.
It has a disc and it's own software so you can program 4 sensitivity settings and the 5 side buttons. I have copy, paste, forward, back, and double click macroed to the thumb keys, and use 3 of the 4 (the ones you don't use lock off so you don't accidentally switch to them, very handy) sensitivity settings; 1 quick for browsing, 1 slow for general play, and 1 super slow for fine aiming at extreme range. The side buttons are all mapped differently for different games, I use them for changing sight elevation and dropping bombs or rockets in warthunder, but they're super useful in other games, for example, zooming in and out in arma and using equipment in Siege. It's also RGB and has, again, color change settings, though those are somewhat limited. It's wired so that can be a hassle, but I just have a clip holding the wire off of my steelseries XL mousepad and it only gets in the way when I'm plugging something new in or working on something on my desk.
And it was only 30 bucks!
The only problem is that occasionally if I leave my pc for too long, I have to unplug/replug in the mouse, but that's not a huge hassle and it's like once a week maybe that it happens. Never a problem in game. This is likely a problem with my old USB ports since they've seen quite a lot of use, so it might not even be a problem at all.
