This is a newer version of mine. The one I have is about 15 years old. 1000ml of warm water and 2 teaspoons of salt. This is the nasal tip I use. That's the key I think. Water goes in one side of your nose, the tip blocks it from coming back out the way it came in and forces it to come out the other side. Things like the Netti-pot (sp?) or whatever don't give enough pressure. My dad had a bucket and a little rubber tube he crafted and wanted me to use but it didn't block the water from coming back out so it didn't really work. People I explain this too think I'm nuts. But I'm telling you, I know ALLLLL about polyps. Greenish/brown/blackish sinus infection smelling funk. Works miracles for me. I've been dealing with sinus issues basically my whole life so if you have any more questions hit me up.

Mudou minha vida, nada de ficar brigando com passa fio, coloca água , carrega e pronto, dentes limpos e perfeitos, único problema é que no começo você pode errar e machucar sua gengiva.
Outra coisa que me irritou muito era que o aparelho machucava MUITO minha boca, ai eu descobri essa outra maravilha chamada parodontax que é uma pasta de dente que cicatriza rapidinho esses pequenos cortes o problema dela é o gosto que muita gente não gosta mas é melhor do que ficar passando aquela massinha no aparelho.
Dentist only messes with your teeth. Not your throat. I would say your PCP would be the most likely... I've never heard of it being done before but honestly if my doctor asked me to I'd grab a 50cc syringe I use for ear irrigations and shoot some water at them until I saw stones coming out, and then had you spit. To me that sounds kinda crazy and weird so I highly doubt a doctor would do this... but I could be wrong.
Like I said, I really do recommend a water pick. Or get a syringe of sorts. I know you mentioned having an issue with coordination, but it's a hell of a lot easier to maneuver around with these than it would with just your finger or a Q-tip.
