A flexible drill bit extension and right angle adapter often come in quite handy. Other than that I guess various needle nose pliers and a couple inspection mirrors. I also use a pretty small drill Bosch PS1302A. I think everything else is pretty standard stuff. Mainly I've just gotten better over the years at tearing them apart to gain access. But yea, if you work on gas fireplaces regularly you're pretty much always going to have little cuts and scrapes all over you hands and arms.
