FWIW, I'd bet you could get an umbrella into a single mag pouch for an AR15 (or even an AK mag pouch I'd guess). They also hold those little 16.9oz water bottles pretty well (don't know if I've tried it with a 20oz bottle).

If that's not your speed 5.11 makes an 'H20 pouch' that I've seen repurposed for other odd sized items.

Maxpedition also makes something called the Cocoon that I think comes in different sizes. Seems perfect for an umbrella.

If you still don't see what you like, google any company that you know of that makes good bags. Odds are, they also make good pouches.

Ok. Google too many steps?

Fine.

If those are too pricey for you, check out some airsoft subs for gear suggestions. Apparently they also like good molle gear. It won't be as well made, but it's entirely possible that it will last you long enough to save up for something better.

Condor immediately comes to mind. Red Rock gear. LAPolice Gear.

Anyway.....spend some time and look through those. You should have oodles of good options for ya there.

u/Wilsonsj90 · 1 pointr/emergencymedicine

1st off; Don't waste your money on items you will NEVER use or that wont have a practical application. While a BP can be nice to have, it will get taken by responding medics and will have no bearing on the care you provide in the meantime. Forget the cuff. Forget the BVM. If a patient has coded, you're not going to alternate compressions and one man bagging. If a bystander wants to help and doesn't feel comfortable with a face mask, quickly instruct them on compressions and you do the breaths while monitoring their rate/quality. Consider EPI auto-injector depending on state laws if you think you'll ever come up on an ANA. CVS has (had?) a generic for $10. Forget other meds. To much liability with no benefit pre-EMS.

Coming from an urban center without the need for driving, I use a MOLLE kit attached to my day pack. Stocked it with several sets of gloves, penlight, decompression needle, shears, lots of 4x4s, face mask, chest seal, CELOX, and CAT. Stethoscope is always in my primary bag. Goes everywhere and I still have plenty of storage for laptop, street clothes, and whatever else I might need.

Most of what I've come across are ODs, but I won't even think about carrying Narcan. Dispatch will alert LE as well and they have it on them. Just monitor their airway. Even out of the city, 99% of what you'd ever come across needing immediate assistance that won't have the risk of a combative person (i.e. OD given Narcan) is bleeding and airway. The rest can wait for a rig.

Notepad and pen might be helpful as well for quick vitals. In lieu of a BP, just note weather their pulse is strong or not.

Location, season, and space dependent, a foil-type survival blanket might be in order too.

Hope this helps!

well, I'm not gonna be much help here <see my flair>

But seriously, something similar to the Coilmaster PBag might fit your needs, although the Legend is pretty bulky so it might be tough to find something for that mod in particular.

My daily carry is a Squid Double Barrel 2.1 and I usually just chuck it in my pocket, but I've been looking into something like this flashlight pouch

I earned my moniker when I wanted something for traveling/going on a cruise and got this

work days I carry a messenger bag that my spare gear goes into - a PBag for my mod, and a eyeglass glass for 2 tanks, and then my daily carry mod/tank in my pocket, as well as a Caliburn - but I roll heavy.

Not sure I really helped your situation but hope I gave you some info to work with :)

Also, a Google image search for "vape holster"

but you run into the same deal in that the Legend is much bigger than most are designed for but you might be able to find some other carrier/bag to repurpose

So this got me thinking and I remembered that a while back I bought this random little molle pouch on Amazon but never really used it for anything. So I went outside to see how it might fit on my Hopper Two 30.

Here's an album for you. Spoiler alert: It works pretty great!

You're looking at an Admin pouch. I've used a few out of necessity and dislike for wristband map pads. I preferred to run my kit as clean as possible over the magazines to facilitate faster reload times. But admin pouches are great for their purpose. Map, pencil, small necessities you anticipate a need for, don't want rattling around in your pocket, potentially falling out, and don't have room for on your belt. Batteries for your headset, optic, nods, etcetera. Here are the one's I've used or the currently available version:

Condor Admin Panel MA30 - A decent enough knock off of the one we got issued with an improvement. A zipper instead of velcro for the main document pocket. It's got a pouch for your hand flashlight for searches or, in airsoft, shining a light into your weapon or magazine for field repairs. Best feature is how flat it is compared to others. It doesn't get in the way as much.

Blackhawk Admin/Light Pouch I've still got an older variant knocking around in a box somewhere. It doesn't hold much but it's well made and about as flat as admin pouches come. You still get the flashlight and velcro front for your patch.

Milspec Monkey MCAP It's bulky but it does what it's supposed to very well. It has a fold out map panel to protect your map from rain or your own sweat, and plenty of retention and organization inside for varying stuff like your cell phone, some cash, batteries, a couple small tools. I used this more than anything else for the assorted small stuff I needed to carry. It gets in the way, but when you genuinely need to carry your small items with you this is a solid pouch. I'm considering running it on a battle belt on the small of my back or at the right kidney where I used to have my signaling and survival kits. When I build a western getup. It's worth the money.

So I got something for it!! I also like that it allows me to add Mille attachment pouches like this one Orca Tactical MOLLE Horizontal Admin Pouch Utility EDC Tool Bag (OD Green) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01MXJA7G4/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_Ch0sDbQTQ1XZP

This is what I got though..
https://imgur.com/a/9JnNORt
I already used it and it’s so much easier to throw things in the since it’s a single container bag...

I was looking for something like this for just a throw-in pouch... I’m going to zip tie it to the bag... think that should work?

I definitely want the peak design tech pouch!! I wish it wasn’t $60.... if anyone knows any alternatives please post.

u/hockeyboss77 · 3 pointsr/CampingandHiking

Thank you! Julius looks like he's meant to be out there. Nice pup you got there!

I ordered the vest and pouches separately off Amazon. Here is the vest https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B010V4K7SY/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s02?ie=UTF8&th=1 and a coule of the pouches https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B003EH1DHK/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1 https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B00WEL9ASG/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

And for food and water, I have a couple bowls like these https://smile.amazon.com/Collapsible-Awakelion-Foldable-Travel-Container/dp/B06X3QN513/ref=sr_1_21?ie=UTF8&qid=1500911436&sr=8-21&keywords=dog%2Bbowl%2Bfor%2Bcamping&th=1

Cooper carries his own food and water and anything else I can fit in his pack. The only thing I carry for him is his sleeping bag.

Edit: Here is a GIF of Cooper with his pack in action! https://media.giphy.com/media/pLNmpJjCr7K1i/giphy.gif

These are like half good half lower end. Both padded belts are OneTigris Padded Patrol Belt which comes with an ok inner belt which i switched out. (im happy with quality) if and when they fail ill go grunt gear or HSG. The inner belt on the AR belt is a IDK riggers belt which i had. I don’t think they are in business anymore. On the shotgun belt i took a chance on a amazon $20 XRaider Tactical Belt, to save like 30-40 bucks on a fusion belt crobra buckle or any number of 60-100 riggers belts. My idk belt has a rapotor bucket. The $20 belt has a pretty solid knock off style quick release. These battle belts are super expesive if you try to good high end with everything

If your interested in what i ordered here is the build:

2 ITW pistol fast mags( not in fde or brown on amazon) $28 each. I also used the $10 air soft knock offs. They are ok if you want to keep cost down. But i went with the real ITW fastmags.

Dump pounch(my AR belt has a black fold up one. I think you get better option with the one in this link. It has 3 outside pocket you can use for spare mags pens loose round amd still have the dump area.)

Lightning X Individual First Aid Trauma/Hemorrhage Control Kit In MOLLE IFAK Pouch Value Edition - TAN https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01NB16RSB/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_7T1bAbSXQWMF3

Its not not cheap even when using a cheaper belt. The condor one only had the 2 molle loops. I didnt like that.

u/le_papillon · 1 pointr/backpacking

Most of the experience I've had with load bearing vests have been in the army, and to be honest i wouldn't bother with them if i didn't need to carry ammo, grenades, radios, chem lights, and other assorted things that are necessary to have at a moment's notice. I don't take any of the above mentioned things when i go hiking, so i dispense with the vest (also, unless you get a really minimalist type vest they tend to trap body heat and make you very sweaty).

As far a shifting the center of gravity forward, i don't carry too much gear when i hike anyway, so weight isn't a problem for me, if this is something that matters for you, then you'll have to find your own solution i guess.

I have something like This that straps to the waist belt of my pack and holds my essentials. I works for me because i travel relatively light.

i hope that's helpful.

u/Sparttan117MC · 2 pointsr/Nerf

I've seen those holsters (or similar) in a surplus store and they appear to be sized for either real steel or airsoft.

I've found luck using a closable dump pouch as a holster for my hammershot. This pouch has a clip that wasn't too hard to remove that held on by three pins. I was able to take it of and reattach it higher by poking a small hole by the lip of the pouch, which made the top large enough that I was able to comfortably fit my hammershot in it and lock it closed to keep the hammershot from bouncing out. I can provide imgur guidance if you'd like.

Edit: Being a MOLLE pouch, you can clip it onto anything, such as a drop leg platform if you want it on your thigh, a belt, a backpack's straps, etc. I sometimes clip it to my backpack because it also happens to be able to store two 12oz soda cans perfectly.

u/Pattycaaakes · 1 pointr/bugout

I've owned This bag for a few seasons and the stitching and zippers are holding up. The compression straps are very useful for keeping the weight close to your body, the padding in the straps and back area make the bag very comfortable to wear, especially if you have a hydration bladder in the designated zippered compartment, it will act as a massive cushion against your back. The MOLLE webbing is useful for quickly attaching smaller objects to the outside of the bag with cordage and gives you the option to secure object-specific pouches to your main bag. So, you could add this water bottle pouch to the side of the bag, leaving you with more space in the main compartments of the backpack.

u/0rionbug · 2 pointsr/Firearms

It is awesome, with 3 loaded strippers in it, it takes a lot of the recoil away. It also makes loading on the go much easier. My only issue with it is that it likes to ride up the stock and go over the sling swivel, but other than that its great. [Here] (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00CKEP45K/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1) is the one I got.

u/Jesco13 · 10 pointsr/airsoft

So I guess you could start with a G&G CM16 https://www.evike.com/products/65577/
I'd pick up like 1 or 2 extra high cap mags https://www.evike.com/products/28662/
Some BB's https://www.evike.com/products/40413/
On Amazon, I found some inexpensive combat shirts you could get for 30 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B06XGCT27Q/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_S7fNzbJ06SNNB.
And something to hold those mags in, a double mag molle pouch plus a belt to hold them https://www.amazon.com/dp/B003MYJTYO/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i9fNzbGVFKD24 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01N1SLU4W/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_88fNzbT0R3S7M
For pants honestly you could just wear jeans or cargo pants. There are some pants on Amazon for 30 that are OD green that I use bit they're not Airsoft specific I used them originally for working but they work awesome for airsoft.
For 300 you can do a lot more than you think you could. You won't have the best gear or loadout but you could definitely run it.

u/Nish5115 · 2 pointsr/OnTheBlock

I have a radio holder, flashlights, pouches for gloves, OC holder, here's the old oc case that I upgraded from which worked great for three years, Handcuff Case, Key Clips and/or Carabiners work great too.

u/trickyasafox · 3 pointsr/EDC

Tons! Depends on what you are looking for and how much gear you carry. If you don't mind a slightly militant pouch, a Molle organizer or admin pouch might do the trick:

https://www.cargo-works.com/collections/molle-pouch/products/iphone-6-edc-note-pad?utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_term=%7Bkeyword%7D&utm_campaign=shopping&gclid=CjwKCAjwgabeBRBuEiwACD4R5rSQ8658raJrQlQ9UMEN0y1EgMslJQfBSxdV0L4p6PjXRyRMH-53iBoCfG8QAvD_BwE

https://www.amazon.com/Tactical-Tailor-Fight-Light-Enhanced/dp/B00EOXI6SC

A small pocket organizer may also do the trick:

https://www.etsy.com/listing/547878324/small-pocket-organizer-small-edc-pocket?gpla=1&gao=1&utm_campaign=shopping_us_GATURA_sfc_osa&utm_medium=cpc&utm_source=google&utm_custom1=0&utm_content=12016981&gclid=CjwKCAjwgabeBRBuEiwACD4R5vXxmk_FIjkgCW1CXI_r294Icxa0liDUrZEknqIneILpt3SxLPHi6BoC1pgQAvD_BwE

(not endorsing any of these options specifically, just showing examples)

I use a small dedicated man purse. I already look kinda militant, so I wanted to tone it down a bit and went with something like this:

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07FYMK5KR/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o06_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

holds all my pocket stuff and some snacks pretty conveniently, and is small enough to not annoy me.

u/agoonygoogoo55 · 1 pointr/Goruck

Thanks for the info, got any pouches you recommend for the inner top molle? What do you normally look for in a pouch? I have this admin pouch and this utility pouch. Would you say these are useful as an ifak?

u/YellowAndDangerous42 · 1 pointr/electronic_cigarette

Great idea. Also a drip tip cover to keep lint and dog hairs and curious insects from going into the suck-hole :-)

Here's one that's $7.99 instead of $19.99 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B075974Y84/

You can really go with whatever style you like, it doesn't have to say "vape" on it... If I was going to spend $20 I'd get a Maxpedition and even then this one is $15 https://www.amazon.com/Maxpedition-Pocket-Organizer-Foliage-Green/dp/B005CSYUKQ

All my Maxpedition gear has lasted forever, I'd recommend it if you want something that won't wind up with rips or broken zippers.
