That set looks pretty nice....I haven't gotten through much of SKT yet, I bought 3 things from amazon to save money:
these guys to be just a whole bunch of giants, like in the first part of Goldenfields, Triboar, or Bryn Shander. They're a little small (about 2.5 inches tall) but it works for cheap, and I don't think there's a lot of instances where you have a dozen giants at once.
[this guy] (https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B00Q0R0Y2G/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) and this guy are actually to the right scale for giants, and are pretty well painted and ready to go for cheap. I'll use these for more one-on-one situations.
I didn't know they had made a Giant-themed boxed set yet though, I woulda considered that more carefully, but anyway the way I did it was about $20 for 2 good giants and 12 more okayish ones.
EDIT: Looking at amazon after I finished this post I see the prices have changed a little...I paid like $5 each for the nicer giant guys, and now they're $10. There are some good suggestions in Amazon for other viking-type guys though
EDIT 2: They're all pretty expensive now! I think I must have gotten lucky with some sort of holiday prices when I bought them, but also at the same time Assault of the Giants is $77 on Amazon so I guess either way it isn't going to be too cheap.
This playset would be awesome for any child who loves PJ Masks although it might be cheaper through Walmart or Target- it's worth a Google!
These figurines of the PJ Masks characters are also a great gift.
It's hard to get little kids to tell you what they want unless you're always looking in the toy aisle or they follow a lot of like toy review channels on YouTube. When I make my child's birthday and Christmas list because her birthday is a couple months before Christmas, usually I will make a shopping list by taking her into the toils of department stores and then we take pictures of things that she likes so that way I can compile a list for family and friends easily. If I didn't do that and just asked her I think that she wouldn't know what to request because she isn't that in tune with what the new toys are that are coming out etcetera. Now that she's older she watches YouTube channels of toy reviews and such so she probably knows more what she would like because she collects certain things but for a young kid just starting to get into certain brands and characters I would definitely get him something related directly to those interests.
Happy Early Birthday!
I know it's not the same as the MacDonalds toys, but have you thought of getting her other 90s toys like the Pound Puppy van, or just Matchbox cars or something. Those are the kind of toys I liked growing up apart from Power Rangers (I was a huge tom boy). Those Shopkins aren't the same but I think they're pretty cool, might be a good idea for her?
These aren't MacDonalds toys, but they are better quality and easily available https://www.amazon.co.uk/Toy-Story-Pack-Rob-Anderson/dp/B004BAXBVK/ref=sr_1_9?ie=UTF8&qid=1482254962&sr=8-9&keywords=toy+story
You're looking for the Marvel Infinite Series 3.75" line. Hasbro renamed all their Marvel lines (3.75", 6", 12") Marvel Legends recently which causes some confusion. The old 3.75" line is Marvel Infinite Series. Black Panther and Mark 1 Iron Man are from the "new" Marvel Legends 3.75" line.
Amazon/Ebay is probably you best bet. I have this Ant Man and I like it, Or if you'd prefer the movie version. Here's a nice cheap Hawkeye. You can just search " Marvel 3.75" " for a lot of good results.
/u/moc847 and /u/dovahkiin0117 have two of the nicer 3.75" Marvel collections I've seen on this sub, maybe they can help you out a little better.
Moc's collection and Dovahkiin's collection
There's also the "Marvel Avengers All Star" line that is super cheap but doesn't have much articulation and only do MCU figures if you're interested in that. Here's an example. This series is your only option for Scarlet Witch as far as I know.
These wouldn't be bad if you're just interested in the display, but the posing will be limited.
I would love this Doctor Who Character Building Tardis Mini Set from my "Doctor Who" wishlist. I think it would be super fun because Doctor Who is awesome, and so are Legos, and this is the closest thing there is to Doctor Who Legos. You get to build a little tardis! 33! For a second place prize I would love this Cybermen Speeder Mini Set, also on my "Doctor Who" wishlist. Sunday Funday!
This is Amazon UK, and I notice your using Dollars, but these should be similar prices and probably have prime as well.
Nice little Curious George cuddly toy (No UK prime but free UK delivery)
A collection of Curious George Stories (has UK prime)
Collection of Horse Toys (has UK prime)
Basketball set (WARNING: Bad reviews, may not be too good but if it does turn out to be decent should be great! (No UK prime but free UK delivery)
Space Hopper, great for if you hate your Reddit buddy! (has UK prime, and pretty cheap)
Hope this helps!
EDIT: Also found this nice Curious George counting book, goes from 1 to 100 so pretty basic, but also has thing sot count on each page! And has UK Prime!
It's been awhile since we had a little girl around. I've been stuck with boys. lol You could always go with the standard barbies and baby dolls. There also:
Aquadoodle mats My cousin had one of these and she used it all the time. Plenty of sizes and types.
Floor Piano
The EZ Bake Ovens
Leapfrog they have all kinds of stuff made to let kids learn. Kids carry it everywhere because they think its a game.
Karaoke Machines Walmart has various ones and the Moana one is like $10 cheaper. I have never met a kid who didn't love this.
What girl doesn't want a castle? I bought something like this for my niece, shes like nine now and still sets it up.
Lego Friends Playsets
Play Makeup if you're okay with that kind of thing. They do have plastic sets that don't give off any colors or anything.
Okay, this was cute.
Shopkins lots of kids have these toys.
Dress up
Dollhouse

Outdoor toys are a lot of fun too. Any kind of sports and bicycles and trikes.

Oof, I was, like, the perfect demographic for Padme shit. I was ~9 years old and obsessed with Star Wars and historical figures like Eleanor of Aquitaine and Joan of Arc (so, a dork. A huge dork). And they didn't make a lot of action figures in her regalia, oh no - they made third party barbie/fashion dolls.
Dolls that I distinctly remember having and playing with were Ultimate Hair Queen Amidala, a white ceremony gown doll, red senate gown doll, and a 'black traveling gown' doll. And oh my gosh did I play the shit out of that ultimate hair doll. Hmm, I couldn't find the white ceremony or black travel dress on Ebay, and I kept those in the box - it had a pretty background and I just liked 'looking' at them.
I had a few action figues, but thought that dress-up dolls were way more fun so those were my big ticket toys. God, and I worked my kid fingers to the BONE to save up for those toys...
Playmobil is my favorite toy line, and I've been amassing figures since McDonald's handed them out as one of the first Happy Meal treats when I was a kid. You can get single figures for just a few bucks, and get some really cool stuff if you watch for the bigger sets to go on sale. They come with a thousand tiny accessories that make them a huge choking hazard, but I can't wait until my daughter is old enough to play with them with me.
I mean, sure, I've got a Victorian mansion for her, along with some mermaids. But I've also got cowboys, a group of Roman centurions, some ghost pirates, a mandarin prince and his ninja warrior, a dragon-riding knight, a spy in his transforming gadget-mobile, an emergency hazmat team, a mech-like power exoskeleton, an arms smugglers, an astronaut in a one-man moon rocket....
Best toy line ever. We're going to have a blast.
Oh man, you have to get one. It's the "Innerspace playset" Basically, the Star Trek take on the Micro Machines / Action Fleet toylines. If you buy the other little micro playsets from the Innerspace line, you end up with the whole bridge crew.
Gimme a sec, and I'll get it down and take some other pics.Ok, check it out:

EDIT - Jesus Christ, I didn't realize how huge these images are. Hope they load correctly on your device / pc / whatever... Also, thanks for giving me a fun project while I'm working on bills etc! :)
One Christmas, I found my parents' secret gift-hiding spot. I just couldn't contain myself, so I peeked into one of the bags. Much to my delight, sitting at the top of the bag was a Rockers tag team action figure set -- Shawn Michaels and Marty Jannetty in one package! Wow! I couldn't freaking wait for Christmas to come.
Christmas morning arrived, and my excitement built. And then, my sister opened a gift, and the unthinkable happened...Shawn and Marty were for her! I was in total shock. And I never peeked in my parents' closet again.
I liked Star Trek: The Next Generation as a kid while it was airing on TV. I was too young to understand what was really going on, but I liked the sci-fi stories and the ST aesthetic and everything.
I don't know what this memory has stayed with me for the rest of my life, but there was this tiny little shuttle that the Enterprise sent on missions. I was in Toys R' Us when I saw a little toy of the shuttle. That's what's weird, I didn't even want the Enterprise as a toy, which would make sense to have the super cool spaceship, I was fixated on the little shuttle toy for some reason. It came with a little plastic Geordi LaForge and (I think) a little plastic Jean-Luc Picard that could sit in the seats. It wasn't even a "full-sized" shuttle, it was like a hand-sized little thing. The Geordi LaForge was like a Mighty Max/Polly Pocket sized figurine that could only bend at the waist.
And I wanted it.
Couldn't have been more than like, $10, $15. It cost nothing. And yet my parents wouldn't get it for me. I couldn't articulate why I wanted it, just that I did and it was crushing to me that I never got it. I whined and pleaded and begged and was desperate and the answer was still no and I didn't understand why. I asked my parents later on in life and they didn't even have a memory of the situation, meanwhile on my side it had burned in my mind since I was a kid.
No idea why it's stuck with me. I suppose I can find it on eBay or Amazon these days, but I wouldn't really want it except for nostalgia. One of those things where kids want something but don't even really know why, I guess, since I have zero interest in it now.
EDIT: Found it. Weird to see a piece of your childhood finally come to a conclusion.

As a kid, there was nothing cooler than my Barbie jeep.
But if that's a little more than you were thinking, I know my 4 year old loves Imaginext batman. Imaginext has super friends & super villains sets & you could also buy a batman lair. We're probably getting the lair for him for Christmas since he's got the villains set & batman.

These toys are really great for pretend play- my son never liked little people that much, but absolutely loves these.
I LOVE kitbashing models into 40k shit. Here's what I got
I particularly like these ones
Similar to an Abrams
M26 Pershing gives a more mid century feel without having the association that the Sherman has.
1/48 scale is almost on scale for 40k (28mm is about 1/55, but weapons are 1/35 or larger) but the vehicles may still look small. If this is the case try 1/35. Amazon searches for "1/35 scale tank" or "1/48 scale tank" should turn up good ones. These models are more complex than the GW ones, but read through the directions first and you should be fine.
Let me know if you have any questions!
EDIT: the beef I have with t34s and m4 shermans are that they are extremely iconic. If you see one with cadians grouped around it it really breaks immersion and clashes with the rest of the army. Now, if you had like valhallan ice warriors I would totally say t34s would be fucking sweet. I'm assuming you are using cadians because they are the only fuckin IG models made in the last decade. I'd aim for tanks between the end off ww2 to modern for a right feel for cadians
I have a few awesome teen gift ideas, I will post some links to for you. Im sort of know as giver of random awesome things to my neice and nephews. If you can give me some ideas of what he likes I can try to track down more specific things.
These will all be through amazon because its easiest but they can be found elsewhere.

Posters or wall decals with trees? I'm sure you could find stuff on etsy. Or a tree-themed growth chart?
Toy wise, Fisher Price little people has a jungle version though I don't know if it's tree-y enough. Plantoys has a stacking tree toy. Babyletto has a tree bookshelf. This also might be a bit too abstract, but tree activity table? I don't know if you already have a playmat, but we have this babycare one and I love it.
Also, this sounds like the cutest obsession ever. Can you just take her out to stare at the trees?
I have a few ideas.
This swing secures the baby, so it's pretty safe, and I'm sure you could find a way to mount it inside if necessary: http://www.amazon.com/Little-Tikes-Snug-Secure-Swing-Pink/dp/B001P5GRF6/ref=pd_sbs_t_3
Now, this is a personal favorite, when I was a child I LOVED disney princesses. I still do really, and if I got one of these as a kid I think I would just have exploded out of happiness: http://www.amazon.com/Fisher-Price-Little-People-Disney-Princess/dp/B007J3FBKU/ref=sr_1_190?s=toys-and-games&ie=UTF8&qid=1383115192&sr=1-190
My brother as a toddler HATED to be on a stroller, now, if you turned that stroller into a car, he would be so happy. so maybe if she's a bit dificult to keep on a stroller this could help: http://www.amazon.com/Step2-824200-Pink-Whisper-Buggy/dp/B008CO812U/ref=pd_sim_t_1
and this one is kind of a classic: http://www.amazon.com/Tek-Nek-Rock-Ride-Pink/dp/B00186DECG/ref=sr_1_291?s=toys-and-games&ie=UTF8&qid=1383115631&sr=1-291
https://www.amazon.com/WizKids-Icons-Realms-Falling-Sailing/dp/B07G4HSG36 is available for pre-order. It'll have several levels and is huuuuge. Looks amazing. The price matches the coolness of it though...
Here’s a fun game to play with your idiot dm.
