Unlike pretty much everyone else, I use a card shuffler almost exclusively. I use this one made by Cardinal:

It's basically a necessity for me because I can't shuffle cards and nobody else is careful enough, so I grabbed this on clearance at Target for $5 about 8 years ago. In that time, I have only replaced the batteries once or twice, so it lasts quite a while. I have also never had it damage any cards, which seems to be a common concern. It's not super fast, but it's a heck of a lot faster than me trying to shuffle on my own. And in my experience, it works fine for sleeved cards as long as they're not too long. TMG's Tasty Sleeves work perfectly, but my Ultra Pro sleeves are too long and don't fit.

There are a few downsides that I feel are worth pointing out, however:

1. This thing is loud. A manual shuffler would probably be quieter, but this sounds almost like running a paper shredder. So just keep that in mind.
   
   
2. It doesn't work well with small cards. I can't think of any popular examples off-hand, but anything significantly smaller than a standard playing card is likely to rotate and cause a jam. I've never had any damage from this happening, but it is annoying. Thankfully I don't have too many games with small cards. On a related note: non-slick cards like in Last Day On Earth or Garbage Day may stick together and also cause a jam. This should decrease over time as they get more wear through regular play.
   
   
3. The automatic shuffler essentially does a perfect riffle shuffle, which is not random. You'll want to cut the deck a few times or otherwise mix the cards up a bit between shuffles. It takes longer, but it's worth the effort.
   
   Other than those three issues, I love having my shuffler and I use it for almost every game that has cards. Experiences seem to vary significantly, so I can't say if it will work as well for you, but I'm very pleased.

I don't sleeve them. The cards are pretty good quality and you aren't shuffling them, so I didn't feel it was necessary to sleeve them.

I have each fighter's cards, standee and token in its own clear plastic Ultra-pro card box (the slim ones: http://www.amazon.com/Ultra-Pro-25count-2-Piece-Plastic/dp/B0002TT3KM). They fit everything perfectly and everything fits well in the box that way. Regular deck boxes, while good are just a little too big. Although you could use them for some of the extra tokens and such.

I also believe there is a file for tuckboxes on BGG that you can print and make for every fighter. That was a little too much work for me, to be honest. But they're pretty cool if you want to spend the time doing that.

Although i've built foam risers before to great success, If you want more flexibility, Ultra Pro Deck Boxes + the like are very useful.
They aren't too expensive and are transparent. They also come with 2 for the price of 1 deck box.

The price is inflated over what I paid, so I’d shop around, but what I like about it is that it’s pretty quick and since you’re cranking it by hand, you can feel it jam and stop without damaging the cards.

I’ve owned this for nearly seven years and never damaged a card or the machine. I prefer this to sleeving because, well, I don’t want to sleeve cards in a bunch of games I own when I can use this!

Everything all together was around $50.

We cut the planet tray out of the rest of the tray with a box knife, and we put the strategy cards atop one of the stacks of planets. The victory track we ended up moving to the top of the race boxes so it would lay flat. Other than that, the books and stuff sit on top of everything, and the box closes up no problem. It's considerably heavier than before due to all the added plastic, of course, but it's looking like cleanup and set up will be much easier with this method because all anybody will need to grab is their color box and their race box. We bought this one (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005RBVE84/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1) a while ago and enjoy it. We only use it for a few things and mostly prefer to riffle shuffle but once in a while we want more precision (for whatever reason) and pull that puppy out. Good quality and no issues with card bending or creasing. Crank works great and goes nice and quick!

A lot of hate for shufflers, but a manual shuffling device can work. Okay, make something like this slightly larger so it'll shuffle card sleeves right (friend of mine I play with has one, its great for nonsleeved decks)

I have limited mobility in my right hand, so I use a manual crank shuffler as well, except when I play Onirim - it's always solo so I'll washing machine the deck first, then hindu shuffle the deck during play.

The shuffler doesn't save time, as noted by pimaniac - in fact I think it takes longer - I'll do a 7x shuffle hoping that it randomizes enough. It does, but I think that it also will pass pairs a lot more than a riffle shuffle by hand. That's anecdotal though, I've got no data to back that up :-)

Works like a charm! Split the deck into two, place halves to either side, and hold down a button that will mesh the cards together. Can be easily done one-handed.

I bought one from Amazon and we absolutely love it. It's a 4 deck shuffler and has never damaged a card. I only linked the one from Walmart as an example. Ours cost about 14 dollars if I remember correctly.

You get the benefits of an automatic shuffler without running the risk of your cards getting destroyed. You can feel if there's going to be a jam, reverse it, then crank clockwise again.

I've been into the board game scene for less than a year but this was one of my first investments and I don't take my games anywhere without it. I can't shuffle properly so I want it available, especially for games with large decks like Shadows Over Camelot. I just cut the deck, shuffle, then repeat once. Makes setup quick, easy, and random.

The bonus is that I don't have to worry about anyone using the dreaded bridge shuffle technique since everyone wants to try the shuffler because it's just so cool. Just tell them to go slow with it to feel for jams and ensure the cards distribute more evenly.

The only downsides to this shuffler are that it comes with a stupid giant sticker on the top (which is removable anyway) and you can't shuffle sleeved cards in it. I only sleeve hidden role cards so it's not an issue for me.

It works decent but can be finicky on non brand slightly off size decks. I find its about laying the split deck in nice and being consistent with the right frequency in your cranking speed.

I bought this one two years ago. It’s a hand crank version. It works well with sleeved cards. I originally bought it so my three kids could play without slowing down for adults to shuffle for them but it gets used by all players when I bring out DCDBG.

Use the ultra pro 25 card holders for the tokens. as for the units you just need to find some nice fitting plastic containers and then cut up the original insert.

I use this at my homegame because no one else deals fast enough and I think I'd be more able to see cards if I manually shuffle. (I am not very good at shuffling) It works well and is quite quick if you use your off hand to catch the cards instead of using the plastic thing.

Sorry if I sound confrontational. I just want a quality auto card shuffler.

My copy is sleeved and I use these 25 card deck boxes. 50 Card for some larger characters like Endrbyt.

However, the ~70 characters that I have they don't all fit into one box. Even if they did, the plastic deck boxes would make it quite heavy. As such, I have keep some of the more basic characters in the War box and I have the larger Devastation box host some more advanced characters. This allows me to keep a travel kit of sorts to teach new players. Here's a snippet of my Devastation box.. My War box is incidentally at a friends house from the last time I taught the game.
