What's more nomalicious than Chocolate??? This is seriously the best dutch process cocoa powder known to mankind. No really! That much might last you until your next bulkish order...maybe. Being a carnivore, I use this to make an awesome rub for pork and poultry along with ancho chile, a bit of chipoltle chile for heat, and a dash of Mexican oregano. It is available in smaller amounts but costs more per pound then. And on to that most excellent of spices Cinnamon! Once again, this is the most nomalicious Cinnamon known to mankind. I make an unbelievable rhubarb coffee cake and amazing monkey bread with this stuff. It seriously takes any recipe with cinnamon to the next level. It can also be used to add heat to savory recipes. And for my last suggestion I give you Powdered White Cheddar!?!? Nomalicious on popcorn, for making sauces, adding to bread, and sprinkling on vegetables. It does look like recent reviews aren't as stellar as they could be but my experience with this stuff has been all good. Were I to win I'd appreciate The Flavor Bible from my wish list which I'd point you to in a PM ;)

Fear not, friend, Ceylon cinnamon is more available than you think! The term "cinnamon" is not very strictly regulated, but you can't call it Ceylon cinnamon unless it's true, Ceylon cinnamon, which is a distinct species from cassia. You just have to find a trusted seller. Here are a few:

Get a teapot and throw in about 5-7 sticks into boiling water. Put a couple of candles below the teapot to keep the water warm. Remove the cinnamon sticks after 30-45 minutes. Drink the delicious tea...SO GOOD.

Pear Crisp

• 4 medium pears, peeled and thinly sliced (Bosc, Anjou or Bartlett pears are recommended)
  
• 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  
• 2 tablespoons, vegan butter, melted
  
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, divided
  
• 1 cup gluten-free old fashioned oats
  
• 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  
• 1/2 cup gluten-free all-purpose baking flour
  
• 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  
• 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
  
• 1/4 cup maple syrup
  
• Vegan Caramel Sauce, optional
  
• vegan vanilla ice cream
  
  

  INSTRUCTIONS
  

  
  

1. Preheat oven to 375 F. Grease a 9×13 baking dish (or similar size) using vegan butter, coconut oil, or baking spray. 
   
2. In a medium bowl, add the pear slices, vegan butter, coconut sugar and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon. Mix together and transfer to the baking dish.
   
3. In the same medium bowl (no need to wash!), add the oats, coconut flakes, flour, pecans, coconut oil, maple syrup and remaining 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon. Stir with a spoon and then transfer the mixture onto the pears in an even layer. Press down with the back of the spoon to flatten.
   
4. Bake uncovered for 35 minutes at 375 F, or until browned and bubbling. If making the Vegan Caramel, you can do that while the pear crisp is baking. Remove from oven and set aside to cool.

You make a drink using Ceylon cinnamon (make sure not to use the usual kitchen Cassia cinnamon that contains a serious toxin at just a teaspoon). This potion is so powerful that you'll forget about eating. Start off w/ just a tablespoon of quality c10/c8 MCT Oil and then chase that w/ your mixed drink. Mix the dry ingredients first, and you'll then stir that mix into the liquids. You use the dry first:

- 1 or 2 tablespoons of Hemp protein powder, mixed w/

- 2 packets of Stevia sweetener

- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of Organic Ceylon cinnamon powder (DO NOT USE THE DANGEROUS REGULAR KITCHEN VARIETY)

- (optional) 1 teaspoon of Inulin fiber/sweetener

... Now prepare the liquid portions in a drinking glass:

- a Squirt of Lemon Juice, usually just enough to cover the bottom of the glass

- about 200ml of room temp water, as cold water is harder to mix

Stir the dry mix into the liquids as best you can, and try to drink it while it's still spinning.

It takes about 15-20 min. for it to take effect, but expect a shot of energy and hunger to vanish for a few hours in the least.

Where do people find this volume of cinnamon? I have never seen cinnamon sold in a container larger than a few ounces in a spice jar. But then again, I have never gone searching for that quantity of cinnamon.

Do you seriously need the 85 cents ?

I've had 2 Lyme blood tests done now and both came back negative. I am still convinced I have it as I pulled off 7 ticks from myself during fishing in summer of 2018 and am exhibiting every single symptom to a t. I am going for another test next Tuesday and can expect another 1-2 weeks for the results again. It started with joint pain which I thought was from years at the gym but seemed unusual as my joints in my finger and shoulder just wouldn't heal for months. I finally got hit by the worst headache of my life in December while being at the gym, I thought I was having a stroke, had a catscan and an mri and both look fine so no stroke. Now I have a daily headache and insane weakness which has caused me to stop working. My heart hurts at random intervals throughout the day and my muscles sometimes spasm. My eye vision has gotten worse for no reason except some sort of neurological issues. The most worrying part is when my hearth beats so hard that my stomach actually shakes. I also feel very sick for 1-3 hours every time I eat. I have however started taking a easily made tincture which has helped me extensively. Basically just 6 drops of stevia extract and a tablespoon of each of these just boiled in hot water twice a day.

I recommend giving it a try as these are all known for killing lyme disease quite efficiently, worst case scenario you're wrong and don't have lyme and will just have a bunch of extra spices laying around the house. For anyone that's not aware Lyme bacteria carry a toxin which gets released into your bloodstream when the bacteria's cell walls break when they die which will make you feel much worse as you're being poisoned as you get better. I've been using this for a week now and the improvement is significant even though I felt much worse for the first 5 days.
