You have a couple options if you'd really like to make something.

Option 1: You could whittle it, but that does require practice to some degree. So this guy teaches you how to cut a (fairly unrefined but workable) wood circle without any power tools. Pros: You can size it however you want and use any wood you choose. Also cheaper. Cons: It's more complex, easier to mess up, and you'll have to be really creative to hollow it out if that's the look you are going for. I had to do that once for a project and used a method not unlike this one, using borrowed tools.

Option 2: Buy one already made. Super easy to find because people like to DIY clocks and plaques and things. Here's a cursory result from searching the "Unfinished Wood" section of Amazon.

If you want a hollow ring, those can be found too. Honestly, probably the cheapest thing to use would be the inner ring of an embroidery hoop. It's already circular, already hollow, and you can choose from a variety of sizes. Most importantly, they only cost a couple bucks.

Option 3: Get creative. Use a tree trunk slice as your resurrection stone if you like the rustic look. Make it practical and have a clock in the center with the other hallows built around it. Mix materials. Add variety by creating the stone from wire. You could make just the stone from it, or you could wrap it around other hallows as well. If you got gold or copper colored wire, you could create a base with something as simple as a few thin wooden rods and a large bowl (wrap the wire around the base until desired density is reached - voila! circle) and wrap it all, giving you the gold theme you were originally seeking.

All of this is just brainstorming. There are other ways to do it, and hopefully you'll figure out one that works for you. On an unrelated note, I'm gonna go make something for my wall now. :)

Get a shorter bedside table to replace metal shelf, or even a small barstool.

Put the metal shelf over the outlet so you don't have cords everywhere. IF you need to run the cords to your nightstand run them along the baseboards and use tape or staples to keep them there.

Frame your art. Something with some white space around the edges.

Keep the blinds open, and get some curtains that you close at night, but keep open during the day.

Put your snake plant in the corner of the room behind what looks like your closet door. Might want to elevate it.

Get a nicer pot for your plant on your desk. The purple plastic really takes the cozyness out of your room. A simple clay pot, or a nicer ceramic/stone one would look great.

Speaking of plants, I'd suggest getting a few more. Putting one on your metal shelf will really cozy it up a bit.

Also I'd suggest hiding all your stuff on your desk. Keeping a clean desk surface will look great. If you need more storage for your stuff, wall mounted cubby storage things would be great. • Consider using wallpaper to change the panel face. Something like this wallpaper would bring that wood look you mentioned.

2. Has to be a pocketknife I received for my 13th birthday. I've used that more than probably any other gift I've ever gotten.

My nursery is half of a small room that was our second bedroom/adventure gear room prior to getting pregnant.  We had to make do with not a ton of space, so the mini crib was a life saver in order to fit a full size recliner!  Also using a dresser as a changing table helped us to save space.  My top five nursery favorites are below:

Cheap doesn't equal bad for machetes, and the basically none of the worlds best production machetes are made in the USA. The machetes you bought were probably all cheap stainless steel, and the high carbon is really important for machetes because they must flex. Here are the main brands you should be looking at for machetes: Tramontina (brazilian made, 1075 highcarbon steel, and generally around 10 dollars), Ontario, Imacasa (el salvadorian, wide variety of blade shapes), Condor (imacasas high end line), cold steel (the machetes are made by lasher, a reliable south african company, 1055 hcs). Price differences typically come from level of finish; trammies, imacasas, and the cheap cold steels will require you to purchase a sheath separately and sharpen the blade yourself, while someting like a condor will come with a beautiful convex edge and a thick leather sheath.

Here are some specific recommendations: Tramontina 18 or 22 inch

A site you may want to look at is machetespecialists, a US distributor with machetes from all over the world. The "machete" that I personally carry is the longer malaysian made Bidor Parang, kept in the condor parang leather sheath (which fits it almost perfectly). It is made of thick 5160 spring steel (8mm at the base of the blade), with distal taper and a broad hand ground convex edge, made for hard use and essentially indestructible.

Are you talking about the "POLICE [PUBLIC CALL] BOX" sign above the doors, or the "Police Telephone Free for Use of Public" on the door itself?

With the latter, in recent years it actually looks like the black lettering is in positive relief on the white panel, which is translucent material that can be backlit. If I wanted to do this and had the resources, I'd use some sort of white translucent acrylic panel, 3D print the black letters individually, and carefully set them onto the panel.

In previous incarnations, of course, it was a lot simpler, probably just paint, and that may be all you need to get the point across. I have one of those printed tin replicas of that sign, and it could probably pass as the "real thing" if I had a TARDIS replica to put it on.

You could probably DIY your own solution with some addressable LED strip lights, wooden frame, and cloth for a fraction of the price. That said, it'd be a lot of effort, and would be a bit tricky to get a convenient control solution working.
