I buy Nature's Hollow sugar free jam. It is my FAVORITE! 100% tastes like regular jam. It looks like they use Xylitol for the sweetener. If you make the sugar free jam, let me know how it turns out. I would like to make my own because it get's a little pricy.

I love making cookies, so I have too many favorites to just pick one. However, since I am enjoying everyone else's suggestions, I should contribute. I used the vegan puff pastry recipe from vegan baking and added guava preserves for the square ones and added guava and kite hill cream cheese for the triangle ones. I wasn't a huge fan of the cream cheese flavor from kite hill. I'll continue looking for an alternative that tastes better, but the guava ones were superb!

Sour. Cherry. Preserve. Find them in any middle-eastern or Russian market. Use it however you'd use jam or preserves, on bread, in yogurt, on ice cream, whatever. For me it's the perfect amount of tart to sweet. When we were kids we would use just the syrup and dissolve about a tablespoon of it in water, add ice and have a perfect summer drink.

The one I linked to is a great brand but if that's the price for one jar it's hilariously expensive compared to what you'll find in a market.

I checked but they renovated and changed some of their products! They replaced the tubs I used to see with some fig spreads that look really similar. So my guess is it was a fig/nut spread. Hope that helps and sorry about the delay

Roughly used recipe here using this for puree and lime zest for fun

I take some egg thins (they are like crepes and I found them at Costco), put a few blobs of plain goat cheese in the middle of them (I get the big tubes at Costco), and then add some Stevia Blueberry Jam (I use this kind), and then roll them up and add a bit of whipped cream. It has a blueberry cheesecake kind of flavor.

Those egg thins are amazing. I haven't done it yet, but I am going to try getting some ricotta cheese, mixing with a Truvia packet, and some Hershey's sugar-free chocolate chips, and filling it with that, so it's like a cannoli crepe.
