Six Times Forever: A Poetic Recollection of Hopeless Romanticism.

The realisation of poetic storytelling and a stunning debut for a melodious poet, Six Times Forever is filled with vivid imagery and hopeless romance. Unique poetry styles complemented by several distinct voices intersperse the book with sprinkles of German limning a visual narrative resembling a medley of exotic stardust.

>
A tale of two passionate lovers: fervent and fanatic, sizzling and sensuous. Part of the Muslim world where love is still considered taboo, ameliorated with the modern times; surreal in parts; supernatural in others but invariably heart-wrenching and effervescent, like honey draping the heavens.
A tale of obsession and consuming mania; spiraling into madness until it sings as sweetly as a symphony.
A tale of loss and grief: undone; unwoven; unloved?

This book is one for all the romanticists, for the lovers, for the people struggling with loss and identity without them. It has a lot of different poetry styles and all 206 pages are from the heart.

The paperback is $14 and the Kindle edition is $3.95.

For anyone interested in learning more about mussar (a set of teachings for approaching life, cultivating spiritual growth), I recommend checking out Alan Morris' Everyday Holiness. You don't have to be orthodox to appreciate what's written.

I love Geneen Roth! I cannot recommend this book enough for anyone who struggles with food related issues.

Learning about this on my own as well. Has helped me understand myself and the cheater much better (no excuses). These books are also really helping me and are based on attachment as well.

If you are interested in what these lovely humans are doing now:

Avan just released a book called Mixed Feelings

Liz is staring on CW's Dynasty which you can also watch on Netflix. She's also an incredible singer and you can listen to her on her YouTube Channel

I really hate to plug here, but I wrote a short poetry book for this exact reason. Because most poems are just overly pretentious sounding, or they are instagram style poetry that is just throw away.

Mine is short, sweet, and full of things I actually cared about.

And cheap.

If you check it out I promise you won’t Regret it.

I'm sorry you have hate in your heart for whatever happened. I pray you will find forgiveness and can let go and move on. Even Beyonce forgave Jay Z. The only one holding you back is yourself and the hate you possess. It's your choice.

The following book has helped me a ton:

"Moving on: Dump your baggage and make room for the love of your life"

Recent books by female authors I've enjoyed:

Your Voice in My Head by Emma Forrest

Burial Rites by Hannah Kent

How I Live Now by Meg Rosoff

Night Film by Marisha Pessl

and... The End of Everything by Megan Abbott

It's called "It's Okay to Laugh: (Crying Is Cool Too)".

She also has an old tumblr documenting the time leading up to her husband's death.

Conundrum by Jan (fka James) Morris. (Original cover) Thought about you when I saw this. Hope it helps.

I cannot recommend enough her book Everything Happens for a Reason: And Other Lies I've Loved. It's my early contender for best book I've read this year.

Also check out her interview on NPR

Edit: I can't spell.

It may not be your cup of tea, but this book might make you want to open your own pie shop. Or at least eat LOTS of pie. And there's nothing wrong with pie. http://www.amazon.com/Making-Piece-Memoir-Love-Loss/dp/0373892578
