(Part 2) Reddit mentions: The best nintendo switch cables & adapters

Hi, I have long used wired headsets but have recently been considering wireless headsets and so I bought a pair of Bluetooth (5.0) headphones that has a mic integrated in it. My PC does not have Bluetooth built in, so I will need an adapter. However, my concern is that the typical Bluetooth dongles will not support using the mic that is built in with the headphones. Am I right to think that, or will any dongle work?

I have seen some dongles (like this one) that use 3.5mm jacks, would it work to use a Y splitter to plug both the audio and mic jacks into the dongle and use my mic on my headset, or does it not work that way? If not, would something like this work, and if so would that be better than this?

gamecube is 100% certainly best emulated on dolphin. you can use one of these converters to hook up a gamecube controller to your laptop through usb.

I don't even use a dock anymore. It works well, is easily stowed out of the way, travels much better than a whole dock, and it's a lot cheaper.

I got a really nice third party dock! It was quite cheap too! About 25 bucks when I got it. It's really small, so it's perfect for transporting around the place. Downside: you'll have to buy another cable for it so you don't have to unplug your normal dock. I just bought another cable, of course.

Though I don't understand why Nintendo didn't give the Switch the ability to pair Bluetooth headsets natively. Their implementation of voice chat w/ the smartphone app is beyond retarded. Anyway my niece has airpods and I got her one of those Bluetooth transmitters (was fortunate to get it on sale) and she said it seems to work well with her airpods & Switch.

I went with the pro gaming elite bundle and it's a game changer.

I also bought this ravpower 26800 powerbank which the case was specifically made to fit and it fits like a glove.

It can also fit a spare set of joycons (complete with the bumpers attached), an 8bit sn30pro, this portable dock, and this small charger, complete with all cables required except the hdmi cable.

Full disclosure, that dock and compact charger works with latest switch firmware, but the dock has died once already and was replaced under warranty by the manufacturer. If I were to do it again I'd probably switch to the bionic all in one dock that includes charger, hdmi cable, and everything.

Edit: Bonus: I also attached a pro controller to the unit via this molded controller case attached to the satisfy case via the provided carabiner - or I would if this particular part of my setup wasn’t stolen.

Which it looks like it's sync on composite. Which might me causing my issue? I should look for a CSYNC cable correct?

Which is a USB c Bluetooth adapter for the switch. When it's on, it blends in very well.

To follow up, another option is buying the 8Bitdo Wireless Controller Adapter. I use my PS4 controller and it works just like a pro controller.

They make a USB dongle that connects their and other controllers. It works extremely well.
