It's a R.A.T. 9 mouse and I love it.
I used to have the R.A.T. 5 but the cable kept getting in the way so I got the 9 since its wireless.
This computer mouse is a rat... http://g-ecx.images-amazon.com/images/G/01/electronics/detail-page/B009PHSDBM_MCB43709_rat_9_mb_A.jpg
I use the Red R.A.T 9. If you are into spending way too much for super customization and a cool look.

If you ever decide to get a new mouse, I recommend the Mad Catz R.A.T 9. Similar to the Thermaltake but much more adjustable.

If you want an adjustable mouse, try theMad Catz Rat series (3/5/7/9) https://www.amazon.com/Mad-Catz-Optical-Gaming-Mouse/dp/B00965WK8K/ref=sr_1_6?ie=UTF8&qid=1526118536&sr=8-6&keywords=rat+3

I don't like it since i don't have the same grip in game and out game, but it can be good for you.
No, it is because I wanted a Mad Catz mouse that is $100 not to suck.
Oh and when the product fails, I want the company to have some semblance of customer support.
ahem
I was using a mouse similar to this one which broke a USB port and was pretty sucky to use in a game. Using a gaming mouse is a completely different experience. Haha yes that mouse is like an alien version of a normal mouse but if you really want your jaw to drop there's always cyborg mice. Speaking of this is how I imagine a regular mouse woke up one morning realizing it had been turned into a cyborg. Sorry for my lame humor >_<
Hell, when it comes to PC peripherals, one of the best FPS mice (from a brand many people say is overpriced mind you, you can get cheaper) is only $60. Paying hundreds of dollars for any peripheral is somewhat a waste unless you are a top tier player or you have a very niche need (handicap for example). And even then, top tier players usually want a no frills, accurate solution. Not something that costs a lot of money with a lot of bullshit tacked on (this isn't talking about the elite, just shit like this, though that still isn't a super expensive mouse).
I suggest you get the R.A.T.9 mouse. It might not be fast enough for 1+0 bullet though.
I use the G400s and it has a groove above my pinky that I keep it on, although at first it was uncomfortable I just got used to it over time. At the time I was looking for a solution and some mice have a pinky finger rest like the RAT9 so if it is a problem for you one of those mice might help.
I'm not sure what your asking but the mouse I use is this Mad Catz R.A.T.9 Gaming Mouse for PC and Mac https://www.amazon.com/dp/B009PHSDBM/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_WcaCzbX7T78YW

Naga MMO -
https://www.amazon.com/Razer-Ergonomic-Gaming-Mouse-RZ01-01040100-R3U1/dp/B00E8CF268
and a R.A.T 9 MMO
https://www.amazon.com/Mad-Catz-T-9-Gaming-Mouse/dp/B009PHSDBM
would consider either as trade straight up for the New in Box one. both retail for more than what you're asking, they are used but working like new.- just went back to my Sidewinder mouse.
send a PM if interested.
Rat 9
My old mouse.

expensive but fantastic. You can adjust the mouses dimensions and weight so it should fit most hand-sizes. Same version is available in a slightly cheaper wired variant.
I wouldn't call this the best.. but it's wireless, adjustable, and 1ms.. https://www.amazon.com/Mad-Catz-T-9-Gaming-Mouse/dp/B009PHSDBM
I think one of the Mad Catz Rat series has what you're looking for. Might be the Rat 08, but I'm not sure... Anyway, the right side has an interchangeable section which comes with a swap out pinky rest. However, it will probably cost you more than $80 for a brand new one. You could look at a used one.
EDIT: It's the Rat 9 (https://www.amazon.com/Mad-Catz-T-9-Gaming-Mouse/dp/B009PHSDBM/ref=sr_1_2?srs=2529833011&ie=UTF8&qid=1525230412&sr=8-2&keywords=rat)
