You're probably familiar with most of these already, but these are my favorite foods for filling up on minimal calories. Let me know if you want any additional info about any of them.
These are all things that I would
eatcrave even if I wasn't trying to lose weight, and had never even heard of the idea of losing weight:
Seaweed snacks, I've been in love with them since childhood. Also these seaweed covered rice crackers, which are roughly the same calories as our beloved Veggie Straws (though I find I eat these a bit quicker).

34 Degrees Natural Crisps (airy light crackers). I see crackers just as a vehicle to get other food into my mouth, so I love the super light, almost communion-wafer-esque texture of these.

Egg Tofu. These jiggly tubes look kind of like regular silken tofu (which I also love but I get is not for every one). But they have egg mixed in, which means if you slice them into 1/2-inch thick rounds and pan-fry gently, you get this golden slightly-crispy egg exterior with the soft silky tofu inside. Drizzle some soy sauce over for yumminess. 100 cals per half tube (which is a good sized serving if you're doing it as a side).

Trader Joe's chocolate chip meringue cookies (really most meringue cookies, I guess). Bash 'em up and mix with greek yogurt + thawed frozen berries for a light version of Eton Mess!

I love mushrooms sliced thin, sprinkled with salt, and fried on a dry nonstick pan, or tossed with a tiny bit of oil and roasted until golden. I guess it's low cal, but who even cares, I'm putting that stuff on everything. Ditto slow-roasted garlic and cherry tomatoes. Oh and those super thin Enoki mushrooms are so fun, I love the snappy/bouncy texture.

Shrimp cocktail, raw oysters, steamed clams, crawfish, imitation crab... I dunno, I don't even know if people think of these as "good for being diet food". I just see it as deliciousness.

Frozen grapes, especially when it's hot out. Like a bite of sorbet in each one.

I am Indian, so I really missed naan after going on keto. Here's a great recipe I found.
I also love Chipotle's sofritas but idk what they put in there and I assume it is salty, so I made my own using this recipe.
I also really love crackers, and I found a great replacement on Amazon called Flackers (they're made from flaxseed)
I really like this pea protein yogurt topping too and this healthy keto friendly granola

Lawful good fictional character, Maxwell Smart " Maxwell Smart lives to thwart evil and promote niceness. He's loyal to the law and his country, and is a stickler for the regulations, but is not above occasionally ignoring them to help his friends."
Wonderful father in my life is my husband, he sacrifices everything for his children. He started a business for concessions selling mini donuts so that we could provide better for our children. In addition to this every summer he works a full time job year round and then does taxes an hour away during tax season, meaning he works two full time jobs, sometimes putting in 120+ hours a week with very little sleep!
Two things that achieve maximum awesome!! Cheese and crackers baby!!
Bonus #1: I'm guessing he was born in 1979
Bonus#2: totally guessing one again lol
For you and anyone helping you out:
Like other people have mentioned, you can buy most/all of these in the US, but I know that Tennessee doesn't exactly have a big Asian population so it may be harder there. And snack exchanges are fun! So don't let me get in the way of that. Just in case you ever needed to know for the future.
Be careful of the sushi. Roe and squid will have gluten (soy sauce) on them already. Octopus might as well. If you can get to know them and call ahead, they might be able to make your sushi first thing and put it in the fridge before they start making everything with gluten in it.
Want Want shelly senbei don't have any gluten ingredients: http://www.amazon.com/Want-Shelly-Shenbei-Cracker-Biscuits/dp/B0009R0626
Most mochi is ok, but I don't know what brands to get.
Same thing with dried cuttlefish (squid) and dried mango.
It's an excellent place to get super fine ground white rice and tapioca flour for cheap.
Rice noodles and rice paper (although that's Vietnamese so they might not have it). If you are lucky they will have rice macaroni (the stuff I got is Chinese so probably not). Stay away from Soba noodles. They are buckwheat but have gluteny wheat in them as well. I've only ever seen 100% buckwheat soba once.
I think you would enjoy these.
As for me, I'm a Seahawks fan!
Congrats on getting free 6-months of Prime!
There's lots of candies that are less than $5 with shipping, my personal favorite are the candies and snacks of the Asian variety. c:
Dried Squid
Some kind of Pocky thing
Pocky, mmmm.
Whatever this is.. xD
All of these strange jerky things..
Strawberry and Chocolate Candy stuff. <3
More dried squid or fish stuffs (which I think is a pretty interesting thing. o:)
Grape gummy candy c:
Roasted watermelon kernals(?)
Sour Cream flavored corn snack.
Cracker Jack!
Welcome to the sub!
I suppose things that would make a difference would be,
And several food items that I really miss from back home, like
I'd also like to nominate /u/mynthe! Welcome again!
Hawaiian Hurricane popcorn is specifically made by that company.
You can make a similar mix with a package of kettle corn popcorn, arare, and furikake. As for Kim chi powder, you're on your own. Maybe add a Korean dried ground hot pepper seasoning? Anyway, here's the rest of the ingredients:
If you can find arare (seasoned mochi rice cracker puffs aka mochi crunch or kaki mochi) locally, it's probably much cheaper, a few dollars for 4-5 servings per package.
Then you need furikake mix, specifically nori komi furikake. Or this brand's Aji nori furikake. I get a jar of this for less than $5 and it lasts a long time.
Make popcorn, sprinkle arare and furikake, any hot spice you want.
Good luck!
They have some soy sauce rice crackers (see ingredient label in photos) that is amazing with the jalapeno pub cheese. The spicy/umami soy flavor goes really well with the jalapeno cheese.
Well, you can definitely order them through Amazon!
Here is the link.
I am gluten free, and I absolutely love everything from this company. I wouldn't mind getting some of those or these suckers either ;) I have a new obsession with sour gummies, but It's totally up to you!! nomalicious
I really love these:

Do you have pricing on Nori Maki?

I love these and can get them at a shop near by, but they are very expensive. The amazon link is the brand I usually buy
A alot of snacks here are from neighbouring countries like malaysia and stuff, but these , these and these. <3
Also, we have these mostly during chinese new year, but it's sold all year round and is freaking awesome. :D
As /u/themclavicles said, they're little rice crackers which are salty-sweet, you get two in a packet and they're 29cal per packet. These are the ones I have today, there are also some circular shaped ones which have a sort of icing speckled over the top and are also very nice.
China, Taiwan, Japan have variants.

definitely not a western invention.

My roommate made buffalo chicken dip last night with these flaxseed crackers she found on sale that were 1g net carb per serving and weren't that bad with dip. Though at some point we gave up on and just ate it straight after a while.
I bought this case of Austin's Cookies and Crackers for like $7 bucks. 2nd place goes to a $5 ribeye and $6 NY Strip.
These rice crackers are relatively low in calories (and gluten free if that matters).
