My first and so far last piece of erotic literature was A Mouthful of Tongues.

I don't think it is exactly what you are looking for, but it might be fun to read anyway.

Plot wrap-up:
In a near dystopian future the young Kerry Hackett is being pushed around (raped, in some cases) by her douchebag boss and douchebag boyfriend and other douchebags. She then morphes with an experimental genetic symbiont to become a new lifeform. She basically becomes a living fluid that can attain any physical shape she wants. She is basically like the fluid terminators in the Terminator Universe, but biological. This, of course, offers the possibility to have sex in the most bizarre ways you will probably ever find in a book. Kerry takes off to South America and has sex with numerous characters and eventually takes revenge at everybody who ever treated her poorly. One could say she drastically switches from accepting her live given as it is to actively managing it and deliberately determining its conditions. So there is an emancipatory aspect.

Apart from the sex scenes (which make a substantial part of the plot), the writing is not top quality, but acceptable. The storyline is supposed to evolve around the emancipation of Kerry and around her process of finding her self-confidence and inner peace and stuff, but it is all a bit artificial and predictable and I had a hard time identifying myself with her. But I am also a guy, so there is that.
In general the vocabulary is quite sophisticated and I learned many new words (e.g. sardonicism), such that the description of landscapes, clothing or other material things is very plastic and rich. But unfortunately the author's descriptive capabilities are weaker when it comes to emotions and thoughts.

I still think you might enjoy the read if you are open to erotic literature and not too prude. The very graphic and explicit descriptions of sex scenes you would not find on youporn (including bestialities and incest) push the boundaries of what you are willing to imagine without actually being gross or vulgar and make it an interesting book in its own right.
