Cull the toys, heavily. They are young and do not play with more than 1 or 2 things at a time anyway. This also gives you a chance to decide what you really WANT for them to play with. What do they need right now for development? I tend to avoid stuffed animals. They take up too much space - like one or two "favorites" like their bedtime bear and a friend for the bear. The loud plastic shit that is just a hulking piece of noise? Let it go.
For the 3-year-old, based on developmental milestones for this age I would choose:
That's really it. Get it all to fit in one box/bin. I'm pretty liberal with books, though...there should always be plenty.
For a 10-month-old:
My kids' toys before they were about 5 could all fit in one small box.
For other storage and organization:
I also use a spare laundry basket to collect things so I can put them away later. The goal is just to get things off the floor and surfaces...and worry about putting it away later.
I vacuum my hard floors - it's just easier than sweeping. I intentionally bought a vacuum that can do carpets and hardwood. I have also taken the hose and sucked up crumbs from the table.
We just moved into a house-- I know what you mean. I started a resource/ idea book in a binder. It has lists of service companies, etc., that we've used or may need, as well as magazine clippings and print-outs of decor ideas, paint chips, etc. It helps to satisfy my urge for immediate action, while allowing me to take time to plan and do things at a sensible pace.
Meanwhile, I store stuff to keep things neat and orderly.
I prefer banker's boxes for long-term storage. They are cheap, store the right amount of stuff without being too heavy to carry, cheap, stackable, cheap, and easy to label. Even the Costco double/triple wall ones are relatively cheap. A couple of white kitchen trash bags inside can keep things fresh and bug free. Toss a strip of fabric softener sheet in the bag, for even more freshness. what to store: old paper records, out-of-season clothing, holiday decor, keepsakes you'll get to organising someday, extra bulbs, batteries, gift wrap, etc.
If you get bed risers, the boxes can fit under the bed. If you are short, this is not a good idea unless you have excellent balance, as the bed will be very high.
I hang a shower caddy in the bath. If no convenient place to hang, but room for something, I hang a second shower curtain bar on the wall side of the tub/shower, and hang a caddy on it, using an S-hook.
Over-the-door hanging shoe caddies (the canvas type) hold shoes, sure. But they also hold cleaning supplies in a hall closet, or office supplies in the bedroom or den, etc. Mine holds extra power cords, shopping bags, parts for repairs in progress, etc.
I found a hinge-hung rack that holds the not-quite-clean-but-not-exactly-dirty clothing that usually gets tossed on a chair or bed, like a sweater or sweatshirt, etc., that doesn't need to go in the coat closet.
I am currently haunting thrift stores for frames for our original art (my grandmother was an accomplished painter). Many thrift stores have complex days for discounts. If I don't want to risk losing it, I just buy it. Not a huge difference between paying $7.99 or 30% off $7.99, especially if it means I don't have to make a special trip to get it on the special tag-colour day!
Tl;dr: Make an idea binder to help you plan and pace your decorating; declutter and store for now.
Home sweet home needs a gorgeous accented Coffee Table
A Room divider although I'm not sure how well this fits your theme I think it's pretty.
A Jewelry Box and Another one
Some wall Mirrors Mirror2
We have One Two and Three Cabinet knobs.
I think these Suitcases would be good for storage and decor. Here's Another with a different Finish.
Floral Curtains
Quilt Rack?
One Two Three Four Pillow designs.
I think that's all for now xD Hope I stuck with the theme okay.
EDIT: I thought a Cuckoo Clock would be cool but that might stray a bit from the English part of the decor xD
I’m currently using these hand towel bars and I really like them.
I’ve also found mini hooks at hardware stores that work really well.
I find that necklaces do better hanging in some fashion - I can see them more easily and they tangle less.
Look online for jewelry displays and see what appeals to you. I’ve been looking at store displays a lot as I organize because they deal with this stuff all day and keeping things tidy but joyful is important
Love all these suggestions, I would just add a couple ideas:
Remove the hand towel bar on the vanity and replace with an over-the-door bar like this.
Replace the outlet with an all black one. The color contrast attracts my eyes there before anything else. If you can, I would even charge the brushes in the bedroom to hide those cords. Surely they don't need to be charged after every use, just stick them on the charger every few days.
You have limited floor space, either get a wall-mounted toilet paper holder or at least get one that holds backup rolls also seeing as there is limited storage as well.
Switch out the cabinet above the toilet with some shelves. That dark cabinet makes the space feel even smaller and shelves will give you the same storage space.
I had towel bars behind the door before and I hated them. Got the idea from a Martha Stewart guide and thought it was genius until I did it. I would suggest getting a towel rack to store your towels and if you're tall enough you can mount it above the door. This is what I have in mind. Just to store clean towels. Then get the normal towel hooks that go on the back of the door to dry towels.
All these small things I feel will get you the most out of your space.
We have something like this that helps a lot.

Something like I use. Not this exact one.
For half the price you can get an over-the-door towel rack, which allows you to dry three towels without the risk of impalement.
A follow up thought; perhaps unconventional but depending on the height and style; a towel rack such as this one or [this one](https://www.amazon.com/dp/B073Q5VFPH/ref=psdc_16350721_t1_B002GP7TTC
) could also work imo!
Guest towel holder. They get rolled up and placed in the hooks. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07KY1871W
Ugh I hate sponges. I have one of these under my sink, and I keep 1 cloth for washing dishes, 1 for drying dishes, and 1 for cleaning the counters, and change them out daily.
