(Part 2) Reddit mentions: The best cat beds & sofas

All of these items are from my "Things I really Want" wishlist which is full of stuff from my other wishlists so that's how I'm organizing this, if that makes sense.

The Highest priority of everything is my tv, which I am not linking because it is hella expensive. I don't have a TV, and I kind of really want one so I can get cable and watch tv.

For Ezra and Jude this cat bed because Ezra loves to curl up under the covers with me and Jude has taken over the other bed.

From my "for the home" wishlist, I would love paper towels I burn through these so fast so it would be awesome to have a nice little stash so I don't have to worry about not having them.

From my girly stuff WL, these shoes because they are super comfortable and I walk to class. And I really want them because they are cute.

From my books WL, this quilting book because I am learning how to quilt and I hear it is a great resource.

From my get my ass in shape WL, this arm band so I have a place to put my phone while I'm jogging/walking that isn't my sweaty bra.

Yay OP & kitters. This is the start of an amazing relationship. I did not see this mentioned, but it is totally worth sharing, cats love high-ish places. They feel safer when they are up off the floor since they are vulnerable to bigger animals. Get a cat tree or put a comfy bed on a bookcase, cabinet, etc. It doesn't have to be super high, just enough so he can survey his domain, lol. Also, he may benefit from a cave style bed since he lived outside for a while. It is important to keep your bunny warm! Their ideal temps are higher 60s to mid 70s. But it is ok.. you can keep her warm even in a cold house.

try offering her a heat pack (wrap it in cloth to ensure she does not chew) in her enclosure, in addition you can try putting in there a couple bottles with warm water for her to snuggle to. Also make sure she has a warm floor with a cozy fleece on it. If you have tile try some interlocking foam mats for insulation and a cozy blanket on top. And just a couple of extra blankets like on your bed for her to snuggle to will help.

In the summary you can offer a frozen tile to lay on and a couple frozen water bottles.

Don't underestimate how much you'll need to stop and take a break. Even just simple stretches and walking a bit will make the trip much more enjoyable.

If you can plan the route you're taking, do some research and see if there's any cool spots you'd like to stop and be a tourist at- you could also just get pics for the memory of the trip!

Don't forget snacks. I always keep some extra clothes and TP/Wipes with me as well because sometimes you never know how long it's gonna be til your next bathroom available haha

I don't have a link to the bed pictured above, but both of my Chi's have One of these and they love it.

It is technically a "cat bed" but it is more than big enough for a chi. You can also fold it into a bed but both of my chis prefer "sock" mode better, as they love to burrow in it.

My friends think it's weird because it's a cat bed, but they just don't understand that, "it's a chi thing" haha

Some cats are climbers and some are hiders. Both of my cats would rather be in a tiny cave on the ground than somewhere up high. Consider investing in some cave-like stuff your cat can hang out in so she can feel comfy and safe, if climbing is an issue. My cats like beds like this.

Some cats just aren't big players, and that's okay. Does she like bird watching? For the money, this suction cup birdfeeder is the best cat entertainment you can buy. It's like Netflix for cats. They can watch it all day and not get bored. Might be a good investment for while you're at work.

My cat and dog shed a lot, so we run the Roomba whenever we take the dog out of the house. We got an older model that was refurbished so it was cheaper but it still is a big help! Without it I think we would literally have tumbleweeds.

I also sweep just about every other day and vacuum about every 4 days, using this every time I vacuum. I also vacuum the couch sometimes and use that stuff on the couch too.

I also have covers for our couch that I rotate and wash. My dog sleeps on a bed like this that is easy to hose off, and I just have a few comforters and blankets I use on top of the bed to make it comfier that I rotate and wash every week.

Perhaps it still smells and I just can no longer tell, but I honestly do think it all keeps my house smelling pretty fresh.

I don't have a specific heated cat bed, but I have a contraption that my personal cat really likes in her window seat, so I can add one more "fluffy loves this 5 stars!!" useless review for ya. :P

This warmer under the inside cushion of this bed. Both are a bit more expensive than when I bought them a couple months back, but that's probably the holiday's fault and I bet they'll go back down soon. :)

Tesla Approved! You can see the cord of the heater that runs over the edge - it'd be pretty easy to make a hole and run it out the side/back of the bed if it bugs you.

Technically, it's a cat bed. But it is waterproof and made of all pet-safe materials. Soji hasn't taken to chewing it yet, which is good too. She actually burrows under the little cushion/pillow thingie it came with and is really happy with it (she's binky'd a few times since I gave it to her yesterday!). It's real cute and I'd totally recommend it for a bunny!

He was in the shelter in a cage or a small enclosure, yes? And now he is in a BIG NEW WORLD and it is most likely scary and stressful to him, and he feels no sense of his own space and territory. Try moving him to a bathroom for a week or two. Put in a litter box and a small bed and some toys (interactive ones if you can, like the ball track). Try a bed that is enclosed, like a cube bed or similar. Then when you bring food and water in to him, or when you use the bathroom, spend some time talking to him and petting him. It seems weird and all, but cats usually have to acclimate to new spaces, and starting out small is best. Even a small bedroom might be too big for some cats. You'll know when the cat is ready to leave the bathroom, as he will start to be curious when you open the door and try to see what else is out there and try to get out. When that happens, leave all his things in the bathroom and just leave the door open for him to explore as he feels he can. He will go out for a bit and explore, probably mostly when you are asleep, and eventually he will start making the outside rooms his new home and feel safe.

According to the source vid, it's a memory foam dog bed. Kind of like this one or this one. This one, this one, and this one are all great. I've been researching them to save up for our little monster.

Our old Golden liked his wicker basket. My Murphy loves his soft sided one...he molds it to his shape hahaha...he is in need of a new one now...his is OLD and the padding is almost all gone from the bottom...due to his scratching to make it comfy.....he has one on my wish list...you can see here those are really nice.

To be honest this sounds like a terrible reason to give up your cat. If you can't be home much to entertain him make the house cat worthy so he can enjoy it when your not home. Give him some cat shelves plant some cat grass and use some automatic toys to play with when your not home.

This tent has been their go to spot all winter! They like to cuddle up in there for warmth. This warms my cat dad heart.

We found these on amazon for much cheaper than any other bed big enough and comfy enough for our greys and they both love them. Just wanted to share because I was so happy to find this inexpensive option that they actually like!

Get a covered bed like this so she's got a warm place to sleep but otherwise I'd avoid jackets for inside. If you think she really needs a jacket then try a teeshirt or something.

I think your lil' pup and my lil' kitty would love to own this bed. My cat is kinda picky with size, but this one is decently big for a low price. :D
