American here, can confirm Gjetost is delicious (YAY-toast) You can find it at Safeway or QFC, usually it's a brand called "Ski Queen" It's in a bright orange cube, hard to miss.
I'd describe the taste as a very sweet, very nutty cheese--it's good with fruit, or on warm toast.

I like to surprise myself with random foreign cheeses. I bought something called Ski Queen. Tastes like fucking candy. It's super weird. SUPER weird. You should all try it.

Even if it wasn't the intention of theonlynever, there is something to what he said. Certain cheeses are submerged in wines for a period of time to give them additional flavor. I would highly recommend drunken goat cheese if you are interested in trying some.
Oops, I guess that's just a brand.
I spend two weeks in Norway (a fair bit in a small town called Haugesand) and loved the breakfasts, with that brown cheese, fish eggs, etc...
I grabbed a bunch of things off my various wishlists that were added for being neat and/or kinda weird. Some are silly things to just look at, and others are things I might actually get one day.

You are probably right, the egg might be 10-15 calories more. As for the goat cheese I weigh it by the gram and did not use a tablespoon so it's accurate. Below is the link of the goat cheese I used :)

Whole foods and Wegmans both have it for sure. Also Amazon. http://www.amazon.com/Ski-Queen-Gjetost-Original-Cheese/dp/B002XWZH1U
