I like the rocker chick look, so I would totally rock this pencil skirt, bonus point for metal bow, with a loose blouse and some comfy wedges.
Accessory wise, keep it simple. No necklace because boobs, but definitely some cat earrings!.

I have this skirt for a photoshoot I'm doing with my husband for our five year anniversary. It's definitely a very solid grey and not very silvery. When I was trying tops on with it I thought blue would be fine, but all of them except the coolest colors looked terrible and I couldn't find anything that looked good tucked into the skirt at my natural waist. So, I went with a soft green top that has a scalloped over hang kind of like this. I was going to wear a simple white, strappy heel, but now I'm rethinking the entire outfit and just...don't know...need other opinions than my husband's.

Corsets: my one and only corset was from Orchard Corset. It was serviceable! I don't wear corsets right now but am looking at Corset Story's BOG2 sale. 👀

What budget are you looking at? If you want a similar appearance, I would start with finding something for the size 2X girl. She is going to have the smallest number of dresses to choose from. Then find something similar for the others.
A white tulle skirt should be easy to find in all sizes. Then decide on a color for a short sleeve top.
