I'm a college student, so I totally understand buying cheap stuff. Here are some of my personal finds.

I bought these cute rain boots for myself about a year ago, and they've held up well! They come in a lot of patterns; I have the argyle plaid just because I like plaid, but the polka dots are cute too. :)

I have this scarf in red. It's super warm and comes in multiple colors. :)

I'm pretty attached to my phone, so I have these gloves. I love the knitted pattern, and it's a must for me to still be able to do stuff on my phone while I have gloves on.

I have some heated purple slippers (battery operated) from Sears, and they're really nice since my floor is wood. I have my eye on these adorable slippers though because they're just so cute. I love food with cute faces on them. :D They're kinda pricy though.

Also, Hot Hands are a savior. I would buy them from Walmart or Target; it's cheaper, and you can get however many you want. These kept my hands warm when I was outside in freezing temperatures from midnight to 10 am!

This is super awesome, but not really WL worthy due to the impracticality of buying masks online.

I suppose I'll go with this scarf for the cold winter, although it might be more fashionable, and less of a practical warm scarf. Its on my gf's list, what do I know? :p

Also, have you checked out the Aqua Lung Slingshot fins? I love them, they are for sure my favorite fins I've owned, the power you can put out is incredible. I know they're a bit pricey, especially for random WL items, but thought I'd mention them for fun. How awesome is Costa Rica? It's been awhile since I was there, but I loved it. I spent 1.5 years living in The Bahamas and then moved back to Canada, so I really understand those feels :p

BABEYOND Womens Faux Fur Collar Shawl Faux Fur Scarf Wrap Evening Cape for Winter Coat (Camel) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07CHBPG9L/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_iDTIDbRVQE885

I used this for a shawl at a great Gatsby party in the middle of a snow storm in February. Cheap and felt so luxurious and lots of colors available! Seriously though, if you blow dry it the faux fur puffs up and looks great! :) happy wedding! And rustic and fur could work. You could incorporate into decor if you wanted. Fur was essential in rustic times. 😁

Oh yeah, for sure then! Maybe sweater dresses with thermal tights and whatever type of boots you like (uggs, riding, combats, actual snow boots) could be a cute winter outfit?

Also I don't know how you feel about your current winter gear, but I live in boston (cold and windy but not like Alberta) and I like to go with an infinity scarf that I can pull over my nose and mouth when walking in the wind (but otherwise looks like a cute accessory). Also cute winter hats :)

Need help choosing a sweater for a 27 year old girl I'm dating. This is a supplemental gift. She's 5'3" maybe 150-160. works in a small office. Sometimes she's stylish sometimes she wears leggings and uggs.

Option #1. black wool/cashmere poncho

Option #2. Oversized cardigan cover up with pockets from Express.

Please help me make the best decision. Thank you !!!!

Chunky knit infinity scarf Can't beat the warmth that radiates from these babies. :) Plus, they're super in if you care about that sorta thing.

u/carissalf · 1 pointr/Random_Acts_Of_Amazon

I would love this scarf...maybe you will too! :)

They seem to be the kind of imitation silk scarves that one would find in their grandmother's closet haha. Judging by how the Kimono is still outlining her form and dosen't seem too bulky, I don't think she's wearing thinner kimono under or anything. Consider looking for "paisley" print scarves in those colors, I think you'll get pretty close.
Hope I helped!
