The first few months are hard but I promise it gets better and that you’re doing an awesome job. Trying to breastfeed is so so hard and demanding and stressful on top of everything else about being a new mom. I struggled with breastfeeding in the beginning and supplemented with formula for a few weeks before my LO got his tongue tie fixed (we didn’t realize it at first that that was the reason). I know it’s easier said than done, trust me, but try not to feel guilty about supplementing. If you are anything like me, I was determined to be successful at breastfeeding so I tried everything. I was pumping every few hours as well as putting LO on the boob so that I would keep producing. It was a struggle. If you haven’t yet, please try lactation cookies and mothers tea. I will link both. The cookies are actually really good and I swear both of those things helped me produce enough milk. Eventually, I was able to provide for my LO with just breast milk. It gets SO much easier but if it doesn’t work out, it doesn’t work out. The most important thing you can do is focus on your child and give her whatever she needs, be it formula or breast milk.

My wife's milk supply was dropping after leaving NICU and she was trying all different things to help increase it. Not sure which ones worked but her supply did improve within a couple days. Again, don't know how much each played a role but the advice was provided by her lactation specialists and family members that work in L&D.
I don't know if your daughters like to bake or cook or do anything involving the kitchen, but my younger sister and I were always excited about food. Last year I bugged my mom into making sufganiyot with me when I visited her (I'm in my 20s now). She made 2 or 3 different jams and a pastry cream, as well as a chocolate glaze. We spent the whole morning frying, filling, and decorating the sufganiyot for the five people in the house. This year she's coming to my apartment and we're doing this ugly Chanukah sweater sugar cookie kit. She had gotten a Halloween one on sale that we had a lot of fun with.
Care.com has this 101 Chanukah activity list you could look through. Personally, I think more of them are geared towards younger kids, but could easily be adapted for preteens and teenagers.
I'm not sure if this will be very helpful for you, but I hope you're able to get them excited for Chanukah!
In school, you're taught a lesson and then given a test. In life, you're given a test that teaches you a lesson.
Have you considered getting some sort of a canoe, because there's nothing much more Canadian than trying to get laid in one and the immense amount of skill that takes.
All jokes aside, it's a really sweet idea. I'll PM you and arrange to take a quick birthday shoutout video for her. Mailing something from Canada could be on tight timelines depending on when this is going down, but you may be able to find some of this stuff online to be shipped to you. I've tried to find an Amazon Singapore site, but it doesn't appear to exist. As such, I've linked to the Amazon Canada site so you have an idea what some of these products look like. I'd offer to get them for you then ship them over, but I suspect the cost of shipping would make this exorbitantly expensive for you from Canada.
Here's some other thoughts, as kitchy as they may be.
Either way, most of the things I suggested are iconically Canadian. They're not the "true" Canada per say, as really it's the culture that makes us unique. But, the fact you're going to the ends of the earth for her is about as Canadian as it can get.
Good luck!
I really like the flapjacked protein cookies. I buy the mix on amazon: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B06XF3VS1N/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_MXFvCbFDVVFB1
My favorite is the chocolate chip, but they’re all really good. Since they don’t put the prepared nutrition info on the package (WHY??), I had to enter it into Lifesum for myself so here it is based on 1 package making 12 good-sized cookies:
(Per cookie)
152 calories
7 G protein
12 carbs
9g sugar
9g fat
Edit: that’s also based on preparing them according to the package, which uses real butter and eggs, so you could definitely play around with subs when making them to lighten them even more!
Love this contest. Ok, so I haven't made these cookies yet because I just ordered the kit, BUT I think these Ninjamen cookies are awesome for the holidays!! I only like eggnog if it's baked in cookies. Link to the kit with a picture of what I'll be making is here: http://www.amazon.com/In-Mix-Gingerbread-Cookie-Ninja/dp/B009EVLREO/ref=sr_1_sc_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1418090685&sr=8-1-spell&keywords=ninjamen+cookies

We found these cookie skillets at our local grocery store for about $5...so a nice little cast iron skillet that is perfect for one egg and a pretty tasty cookie too.
I just realized your username is not Sherlock. Lol

Happy zambambo!
Just saw a miniature cast iron pan the size of a cookie from Nestle at a supermakret. It is a holiday novelty gift that contains 1 single pan and a small amount of mix to cook a single cookie. I almost picked one up. Two flavors. Peanut butter chip cookie and a dark chocolate cookie.

Probably from a skillet cookie gift set. See these a lot during the holidays. Likely not manufactured by any of the well-known makers.
It looks like a skillet for making cookies. Something like this one. I don't think it is collectible, but I'd need to see the underside to be sure. I'd pass without that photo.

Thank you for the contest! :D
Perhaps one of the variants made by Pelican Bay Ltd?
found this girl's review first. Her version came without frosting mix, but it looks like later version have frosting mix included.
there's at least one other version from between 2010 and now.
My favorite way to increase my supply is these: Chubby Babies Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Lactation Cookie Mix: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00CMC7F7U/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_0LZ.zbNBGEZ23
I did do the Fenugreek powder in juice and noticed a little increase but nothing compared to those cookies.
Try THESE ones. So much better
It's certainly possible.
You guys have amazon too?

They're on Amazon. I even saw Toys R Us selling them the other day.
