The best thing is to help drain as much of the mucus out as possible. For this, I’d highly recommend saltwater nasal spray. You can buy it at the drugstore. I like to make it with sterile water and Himalayan sea salt because that has added minerals. I’ve used it on myself when I have a cold and it’s amazing how it really breaks everything up. Also, holding him in a steamy shower (obviously not too hot) will help a lot with drainage. Even if he doesn’t get wet and you just hold him there with the steam and wipe his nose as stuff comes out.

Joytech Espion Infinite & Sai TAF (Awesome Mod, but no Arctic Fox compatibility. The TCR mode is great so I don't feel like I'm missing out too much; I have a backup VooPoo I'll get around to flashing soon).

Usually running Triple Black Ceramic, TCR 366 / 27 Watts / 360 - 430 / Locked @ 0.29 with the Reverse Banger on a halfway decent rig. I get very solid clouds and throaty strong rips all day. The nasal sprayer sprays ~0.1ml per spray. I worked the math out so i'm getting 800mcg per spray, but i'd guess more like 750mcg.

And a note - Benzyl alcohol is synthesized using sodium hydroxide - at least the more expensive Benzyl alcohol is. And that's safe. But cheaper Benzyl alcohol is synthesized using formaldehyde, so at the end of the day I would go for a saline based nasal spray instead of benzyl alcohol-based, because you never know how the Benzyl alcohol you purchase was synthesized. Though, if you're kind of reckless like me, you can just use BA because it's been found that low dose formaldehyde doesn't really have much negative effect on animals. You can find recipes/ratios for a saline solution. The goal of having a sodium or Benzyl Alcohol is to keep away microbes.

Find out from your insurance EXACTLY what they need (a form, a signed letter from your doc?) and call your doctor’s office about it. They probably get this all the time and know how to handle it.

Of course you’d be fine with a vial and syringes, but the thing is that the pens make your treatment SO. MUCH. EASIER. I’m betting your doctor can argue that pens increase a patient’s compliance, if nothing else.

I fill up a syringe at the beginning of the day, put it in the case, and stick it in my purse. When it comes time to bolus, I use it to inject JUST what I need, then put the syringe back into the case until I need to bolus again. It makes it sort of like having an insulin pen!

I keep a zip lock bag with it so that I can take ice from a drink machine if the cool packs aren't cooling any more. Works pretty well. Then I can freshen up the ice every 3 or 4 hours when stopping for lunch or dinner.

Frio packs are great if your in a dry climate too. But if its humid like near the water this is not a bad option.

This one seems great because the colors on it are pretty inconspicuous. If it’s in my backpack, size won’t matter a whole lot to me.

Pretty simple really. First you'd want a nasal spray bottle like [this] (https://www.amazon.com/Sprayer-Improved-2-Pack-Colloidal-Applications/dp/B00JZ29SQ6). They hold 1oz/30ml liquid max with ~0.1ml per spray/pump. Then you'd want to use Distilled water or saline solution preferably, but plain old water would work too. Then just figure out a ratio that works for you. For example if you were to dissolve 1g/1000mg K into 5ml liquid that would be 200mg/ml and roughly 20mg/spray. Or 1g/10ml then end up with 10mg/spray. Add the powder into the spray bottle, put your desired amount of solution in, shake and done. Ketamine is freely soluble in water.

You can look around for different nasal spray bottles as some of them have different amounts of liquid per spray, some let out more than .1ml of liquid per spray.

Not the most effective method if you're trying to do higher doses or k-hole since you'd have to spray a bunch of liquid up your nose but you mentioned lower doses like 30mg so this method should work fine.

I just flew with some last month and didn't have a problem. I did the following

When going through TSA, I told the TSA agent I was flying with medication and syringes and offered to take them out of my bag. They didn't ask to see them or say anything, but I had copies of my Rx labels just in case. For medications with an Rx, you are allowed to exceed the 3oz limit.

I bought a small medication cooler type bag from amazon for the meds that needed to be kept cool. There are a few like this one I bought or this larger one

I've flown before with liquid Rx medication without a problem. Best of luck!

It's always better to travel with a vial in case you need more than one dose, but they do make syringe carrying cases that will hold one pre-filled syringe to do what you want to do. I'm sure you can carry it in whatever you need to, but the important thing is storing it in a case that doesn't let the syringe move much, because some insulin can be pushed out if the plunger gets pressed.

This item carries a pre-filled syringe. But something like this can help if you want to carry a vial too.

Well, women have the benefit of being expected to carry a purse, and they are used to keeping track of em too. The biggest problem is my wife likes to change purses frequently, which means swapping out meds, testers, etc...which means occasionally they get forgotten and we have to turn back. Having that situation sucks for anyone who has it, but I think at least carrying the "works" around is probably easier for women.


You might also look into something like this since it's specifically designed for this task. My wife has something similar she uses for when we will be outside in the summer...it does live in teh freezer most of the time tho.

edit: kinda missed the whole slim thing.....you gotta be careful with slim and close to teh body tho...body heat. Maybe something made of neoprene woudl be good. I'll look around.

Just ordered these (and a bunch of other shit, thank you Amazon Prime) to make my own sprays. Snoot brand is pretty good as far as I know, they've got other sizes/types there too if that doesn't work for you.

I dunno about U4 but with fentalogues if they're hcl form you can just use water, maybe saline too (I'm new to making my own sprays so I'm not sure if saline is necessary or not) and as far as I know, you don't use PG for spray solutions, only droppers, etc. That's why you're not getting a mist, PG is too thick, and I've never heard of it being used for spray.

I plan to just use distilled water to make fu-f solutions. As long as it dissolves properly (dipping the beaker in hot water to get rid of chunks) and mix it together well enough I believe that's all that's needed. Try reading around and finding out more, that's what I've been doing.

It allows me to have the long-acting in one and the per-meal in another. I don't get them mixed up (which could be bad). The leather is soft and nice and it easily holds a needle clipper as well so I don't need to carry a sharps container.

I don't usually carry the daily with me anyway, so having a smaller case that fits in a pocket is a plus.

Insulin is pretty heat stable nowadays... I would not leave in in the car at 110 degrees, but I would not worry too much about it. If it is a comfortable temperature for you to sit in, it is alright for your insulin.

If you are really worried about it, I use one of THESE when I use to worry about it. You can keep one ice pack in a cooler and the other in the pack and then switch them out from time to time. But to be honest, I travel to tropical climates all the time and never use the cooler packs.

Me and the wife picked up a couple of these on Amazon. We wanted a hard case for a little extra security and they look nice. Nice price, too.

Well i'm not 100% sure about the ports. But once you leave the ports, its fair game. I bought and smoked some weed with a few strangers when I left the port to venture off.

As for gear. Best advice is to preload all syringes. Keep them in a syringe carrying case. like this. You could also just hide everything in socks, stuff them in your shoes. 2 things they look for are bottles of alcohol & guns.

I loved it. Kept shots cool, and also had plenty of room for alcohol wipes, hand sanitizer, bandaids, etc. And I just put my used needles with caps on back inside until I could get home to dispose of them properly.

Not sure what “in the field” means in your case, but I would usually inject in the bathroom wherever I was, for privacy. But in a pinch, all you’re really exposing is a bit of your belly, if you could find just a small tucked away space.

ETA: I had to do my shots both in the morning and the evening. It's possible you could set up a schedule for before and after work, but sounds like that might be tough with erratic hours. For most shots (the big exception being your trigger shot) a 2-hour window is generally fine (at least with my RE), so you do have some flexibility.

Insulin cases work quite well, especially since most of them have spaces for 15-30ml bottles. Something like this would do the job.

Even generic use cases like this would be adequate.

Electronics cases can be useful because they'll have slots for batteries.

One of these things work great for keeping insulin cool, you have to use it properly though.

I had airport security in Brazil tell me I was trying to fly with too many syringes on the plane. I offered to leave some with them. They declined and sent me on my way.

Going through Narita in Japan, no one even asked me any questions, going through customs on the way in or security on the way out.

TSA always gives me shit about the gel ice pack I have in my Insulpak.

Canadian security is essentially the same as the TSA, gave me shit about the gel pack.

TSA at O'Hare gave me lots of shit about the gel pack because it was almost completely thawed, and they expected me to be able to keep it frozen after almost 18 hours of traveling, and suggested I have flight attendants freeze the gel pack, and refrigerate the insulin on the plane. I'm sure the flight attendants are perfectly competent, but I'd rather not have them freeze my insulin accidentally, especially at the beginning of a vacation.

I've also got a T:Slim, which can't go though XRay or back-scatter machines. I got TSA Precheck hoping that I could just go through metal detectors and be on my way, but the T:Slim sets those, so every time I fly I get the good ole pat down.

Overall, at least in the US, policies for TSA seem to be different based on the Airport. When I got a pat down in Denver they opened my carry-on and swabbed every compartment. When I go though my home airport, and when I went though Phoenix, it was like my carry-on didn't exist. O'Hare opened the main compartment of my carry-on, and that was it.

My 2c-b solutions have stayed fresh and effective for up to five months when kept in the fridge.

Also wanted to mention the Snoot sprayers which make a fine mist with 0.1 ml per dose.

Right now it's at 10mg per spray. Works great. Haven't used saline so I don't know it's saturation limit.

This is the best and most convenient way to self adinister ketamine IMO. You can buy metered sprayers on Amazon. They pump 0.10 mL per pump. So five sprays will give a dose of 100 mg. Ketamine max solubility is 1 gram per 5 mL. One baking teaspoon of water is also almost exactly 5 mL and also weighs exactly 5 grams. I would recommend sterile saline eye wash as your dilutant, available at any drug store. To ensure sterility optical solutions contain a preservative like benzalkonium chloride which will keep any funk out of your spray. To tell the truth I've used tap water but if you make big batch a little preservative is nice.

Also, ketamine drip tastes like ass. I recommend one drop and one drop only per spray bottle of peppermint essential oil. It will open your sinuses and kill the taste of the ketamine. But that is strictly optional.

Believe me this works. And it's going to be more effective than key bumps. You are just limited by how much fluid your nasal membranes can absorb at once. But you can discreetly spray every few minutes and be floored. It's not a waste at all. Infiusion clinics prescribe this as aftercare for their patients (it's made at compounding pharmacies). Use the strongest solution you can make, usually a gram per 5 mL. A small amount of heat, like dunking the spray bottle in a cup of hot water can help the ketamine dissolve.

Also if you use preserved saline or bacteriostatic water, you can inject this solution intramuscularly. The bioavailability of IM is about twice that of the nasal ROA. And 100 mg of ketamine shot into your shoulder muscle (where you get a flu shot usually) will rock our world. You will K hole if you don't have a tolerance. Just be lying down because the IM method will hit you hard and fast.

I highly recommend buying a Frio pack : link I have Type 1 diabetes and store my insulin in these for travel. I generally only take what I need with me for the day to the parks: blood testing monitor, glucose tabs, insulin pen and pen needles. I've never had any trouble at security or anything.

To avoid this problem next time, you could try these- vial savers If you were local I’d run you over some pens to refill your other vial. Hope your doc, pharmacist, and insurance take care of you!

I love my Frio bag!. I was in Italy at the beach all summer and kept my pens in there with no problems. I use the Novolog pens as well and could fit three tightly.

I found this carrying case great for travel! However I was traveling with insulin vials for my pump.

Having it outside of the fridge for a while will be okay! Also remember to get doctors notes and emergency prescriptions when you travel.

I'm not sure what kind of medicine you are talking about but I traveled with my girlfriend around Asia for a long time just using FRIO packs for her insulin. They are designed for that exact purpose. Check them out on Amazon. They come in different sizes and colors and are easy to use!

(I'd still have to find a 10ml bottle that releases 0.1ml per spray) But if I use that as a guide, Would it stand to reason that using a 30ml bottle 1/2 PG (15ml) 1/2 bacteriostatic water (15ml) into which i dissolve 1g of U-4 would make roughly 3.33mg per spray?

Although I am type II, I carry a bag on the rig that has my glucometer and snacks and glucose gel if I go too low. I don't go too high because I take trulicity and the times I am high, it usually results in me having to urinate frequently. I haven't had any issues, but if I decide to stop carrying a bag, I will put it in one of my pockets along with a snack or glucose. Does your insulin need to be kept cold while you are on duty? Or do you use a pump?

it's a little tough for me to give specifics because I have memory issues from brain damage that I suffered in 2013 (part of the reason I started using INI in the first place was the proclaimed memory benefits). I was using the 30ml "snoot" spray bottle (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00JZ29SQ6/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1) and, because I was nervous about it, I was just doing one squirt, alternating nostrils, every other day. Probably for a period of 5 months. But like I said, memory problems, brain damage, so maybe give or take a couple months.

Here's my experiences:

• Plugging is the best route of administration if you're persistently using. IV is a nice treat, but it does harden veins, and some batches will collapse your veins pretty quickly. The strength and smoothness (lack of side effects) of plugging makes it quite nice. The duration is similar to insufflation.
  
• I've trade IMing, and it was not as bad as street heroin. Still wouldn't recommend it, but I IM'd it in my butt and my thigh to no great pain or damage.
  
• Oral RoA is similar feel to plugging but slightly longer duration, and a fair amount less potent.
  
• If you want to make your own nasal sprays see here. Spray in yo nose at work and say it's nasal steroids, you feel?
  
• The withdrawals are intense but short-lived. You should be relatively good in 4 days of cold turkey. It's usually hard to keep food (and even liquids) down. You might need help from other substances like kratom or etizolam.
  
• Compared to heroin, it is more of a mental high than physical, although it's quite good at pain killing. I enjoy the feel more than heroin, but I often use heroin to get me through a day at work with no withdrawals due to the short duration.
  
• At my height, I was using 300mg in a single plugged dose. I'm also using heroin (couple times a week) regularly so that's making my tolerance higher too. Right now I'm around 150mg-200mg to get a good high but I'm usually doing 60-100mg just to taper down. I take about 4-5 doses a day if I'm actively using. The real killer is that with tolerance the duration decreases. It only lasts maybe 1 hour 20 minutes for me when my tolerance is high. Withdrawals start about 5-6 hours after last dose. 8-9 hours later and you start getting sick. Starts with achiness and nausea for me though.
  
• My tolerance might've been slightly fucked (at 300mg) cause I did a few patches of fentanyl some weeks ago.
  
• The white stuff is way less caustic, but is only about 3/4ths as potent as the off-white stuff. I would never IV the off-white stuff, and I'd avoid insufflating it too. Insufflating caused pretty bad nose irritation for me with the off-white stuff, and my nose is leather as fuck.
  
• Heroin, kratom, etc. will help withdrawals if you want to taper, but some side effects do remain unless you get on really high doses. Sweating and nausea (choleric effects) seem to be the worst.
  
• I have not noted any PAWS from withdrawaling after months of heavy usage, but my reward pathways are probably super fucked already from polysubstance abuse. So YMMV!!

  If anyone has additional questions, I don't mind answering them if I can. I find U-47700 to be great, as long as care is taken. It seems very hard to OD without mixing in other drugs. The only problem is the duration and tolerance fucking the duration even harder.
