I'm going to assume since grease was poured down the drain (please don't use chemicals, /r/HomeImprovement hates that) try a big pot of boiling water. Boil a good amount (~I would go gallon at most), mix with a good quarter cup of Dawn, up to around maybe a half cup, dump it all in the sink at once (make sure the trap is re-installed), and just wait.
The boiling water should melt the grease, the surfactant in the Dawn will help rinse it out, and after it comes lose (bubble at first if it's plugged, and it will drain fast), flush with hottest water out of tap along with a dab of Dawn (maybe 1/2 tablespoon, a slight squeeze of an inverted bottle) every ~minute for 3 or so minutes.
After that, it's time to either call a plumer or rent/buy an auger. They have small, hand powered cheap ones, as well as big professional ones. Just be sure of the size of your pipes, be gentle, and buy some leather gloves because that braided steel is spinning fast, and usually covered in literal shit.
Before you try chemicals, try this how water idea first. If that doesn't work, try either the sink plunger or the hair drain remover. The sink plunger I have, and it really works great.
Boil a pot of water. Pour it into the sink. This will often fix it for me. Not sure why but it's like the hot water loosens the clogged crud.

Try putting baking soda followed by vinegar down the drain. Let it work for 10-15 minutes, then run hot water for several minutes. If that doesn’t work, I’ve had good luck using these to really get out the gunk

Brush well before the shower/hairwash, and when washing the hair out, GENTLY pull the end of your hank of hair and tease out the loose strands rather than letting them go down the drain. I slap mine onto the tiles then bin them after the shower.
I am forever dragging my teenage daughters red hair out of the drain, never mine which is brown. So I guess it kind of works.
There's a drain unblocker which as a corkscrewed wire on the end, works a treat for clearing teenagers hair out of the drain. Push in as far as it will go, twist around and yoink it out. Gross but effective with hair in particular.

Think of plumbing drains as water flowing down a hill. You have a restriction down steam from that floor drain. If money is tight try one of these.

Take the grate off the floor drain and try to clean out the pipe with the hand held drain cleaner. Read the instructions, use the tool as directed.

if it's crusty and gunky then, yes it goes in a lye tub... I think I only have about 5 gallons in a plastic container... so little more than skillet depth... some of these, like the wagner block logo dutch oven I just washed and then stuck in the electrolysis tank... the wagner #10 heat ring skillet and the lodge lid went into the lye... they'll be ready tomorrow.
I think I just went to the local ace hardware... they carry some of the more old school products... and I think I bought the roebic brand drain cleaner... it is listed as 100% sodium hydroxide... nothing else...

We took the toilet out and flipped it over and used the toilet snake (a fancy toilet auger, actually. The ridiculously large things that look like this. Didn't budge at all. We didn't even try to push it down further into the toilet at all, the pipes are just too narrow to push it down. Up and out would be the only way. It is just so damn stuck!

One of these. Alternatively, your local hardware store probably stocks compressed-air cans good for two or three usages for $10. I have a wife and daughter with long hair who use goopy body wash, so it's pretty much a monthly maintenance task for me by now.

You unscrewed the drain and allowed water to just go into your floor under the tub instead of through the plumbing. You have water damage now, it will be expensive to fix and you obviously do not have the skill to do the work yourself so you'd best get a pro in ASAP, the longer you wait the more expensive it will be to fix. Bare minimum you're probably gonna have to pull the tub and rip out/replace the damaged dry wall, hardieboard etc, get everything dried out and do mold prevention, paint and put the tub back in. Best guess, maybe a thousand bucks but it'll depend what the damage is like when you get in there, could be more.
What you should have done was just used a cheap drain cleaner to unclog the hair.
I like to shave in the shower without the water one and while I’m dry. Then, just turn the water on and wash it all off. Also, buy one of these bad boys for the drain. I’ve never had a hair clog I couldn’t get with one of these alone.
