I have a tattoo on my left thigh, which was made on 24th May.
I've choosen this because I love cats, and a cat with a top hat is adorable!
I would love to have another tattoo with the same frame, but with a lady cat!

These mittens would make me pretty happy!

I live in ohio and frequently take pictures in temperatures below 20 degrees in the winter. I like to wear knitted mittens with a flap that turns them into fingerless gloves. I find these work best because it keeps your fingers close to eachother to warm themselves when the flap is on. When changing settings you can switch to the fingerless gloves to hit buttons. I like to use knitted ones because I found they work the best at breaking the wind so no wind chill gets to your hands. Something like this is what I use.

Second, what are your skills in crafting? This will determine the route you will want to take. Below are just my suggestions but aren't the only options you have.

If you don't have the skills, you can go with found objects to create these items.

• For the arm bands, you can use a sports sweat bands and just flip them around to hide the logo. See here It doesn't have to be Nike, there are other brands if you prefer them.
  
  
• For the gloves, you can use long knit gloves and add some sports sweat bands for the cuffs. See here
  
  If you do have the skills in crafting, then you can easily make these using fabrics that you can pick up at your local craft stores. Pattern making tutorials are aplenty and all you need to do is sew them up. Good luck!

Hello! It is 14 degrees out right now and I'm super tall with long arms. All my sweaters and jackets are too short in the sleeves and leave space between them and my gloves. I have arm warmers on my wishlist that would be so amazing to have! I particularly think these would be really warm and cozy! Thank you for the opportunity :)

No good way for someone else to be able to answer this, because everyone is different, and everyone's personal gear/cargo load/bike set up will vary.
My suggestion would be take some practice runs in the clothes you intent to wear(and with the new tires should you get them), and get a feel how much the heavier more restricting clothing, etc, effect you.

Best "estimate" I can give you to go on is to say that for me personally with heaviest clothes I wear during winter riding, and with my rough condition tires on, etc, that my average speed goes down by 3 - 5 mph, and I stop to rest about twice as much.

But, again, that's total winter riding, freezing temps set up. If it's less harsh and you can get away with being less bundled, then it won't have nearly as much affect on you.

OH, another note though. Gloves man. Make sure to have some decent gloves because cold weather riding is harshest on your extremities. I've never cared for "mitten" style gloves, but last year my sister got me a pair of half-finger glove/mittens like these, that to my surprise have turned out to be perfect for my riding needs.
And for your ears, this type of ear-muff-thing is perfect for using with a helmet

It's a shame your not doing it anymore, your jewellery is beautiful and you're very talented, but I understand your decision. There's no point if you're not having fun :)

It doesn't look like they have any ribbon-based gloves for sale at the moment, but SockDreams (link goes to their gloves) is a really good independently-owned store for buying similar items. In my experience their customer service is beyond helpful, and I've no doubt they'd be able to give you info about the durability of what they have in terms of what you need. (Their founder used to be pretty open about having a sock fetish and they are all about non-gender-conforming models and stuff, so I think they'd be fine with open questions about product use involving BDSM.)

this system works better then bulky gloves as when you need to work with small parts you can take off the leather and toss them in your jacket, while the thin wool gloves still keep your hands warm.

They make mittens that have a flip top. You will get all of the warmth of mittens, but be able to flip the mitten part up when you need to be nimble for a minute. Underneath the flap, they're fingerless gloves. I highly recommend them. You can find them at basically every store or online or whatever. They're pretty standard in places that have winter. As long as your fingers are separated, they will not be able to keep eachother warm.

I wasn't able to find an exact match to your mother's glove, but I did find a couple options from a pricy company if you want real leather and fur: fox fur, rabbit fur, another rabbit fur. If you want much cheaper (but also probably pretty low quality), there's some options on amazon.

Personally, I don't wear real leather (unless it's second hand) or fur, so there are some options with vegan / faux alternatives, like these, these, and these--all very similar in style.

I just bought some and started wearing. They seem nice. They're more stylish. I hand washed and air dried. I'll probably get some plain sleeves too. The only slightly odd thing is they aren't individual finger, they're just tight around the 4 fingers with the lace, thumb is individual. It works and they're comfortable. They're cute. They're quite stretchy will go over the elbow and adjust if arms aren't really skinny. As far as wear I just used for the first time. I'm getting tired of using sunscreen on my arms. I figure i can save money with them. Yup, sure can! Coolibar UPF 50+ driving gloves in white, extra small is exactly what I bought. UPF 50 means 49/50, 98%, of UV rays are blocked. We don't know exactly what spectrum of light wavelengths the fabrics blocks and transmits, but going off of UV extinction data I found on UV filters and UV transmission data I've read about the most UV protective window film researched, we consistently find issues with UVA 1 (340 nm - 400 nm) UV protection. By far, UVA 1 is the most difficult of the UV spectrum to protect adequately against so it wouldn't surprise me at all if the 2% of UV rays that transmit through UPF 50+ fabric is entirely in the UVA part of the spectrum. And we know that UVA rays are the ones that cause aging. So don't think sun protective fabrics provide bulletproof protection! But they're a great option for protecting our hands, especially when it's so impractical to use sunscreen for them due to periodic hand washing.

I have learned now that it even gets cold for us in GA at the appropriate time of the year LOL (usually it does not get cold until January) and when it gets down into the 20s for us, we do not know how to behave!
