Both the PuttOut target hole, and the accompanying mat are PHENOMENAL! The hole is the only thing you need if you have decent carpet, but the mat is too good not to get as well. It's the thickest mat I've found for under $100, and it's designed to help you practice without getting bored. I honestly haven't found anything that comes close in terms of performance or value.
My favorite drill (that I do at least 2-3 each day) is to start at the 6 foot mark, make a "perfect putt" (where you get the ball to stop on the ramp), move to 5 feet, make another, and so on till I get I've made six. The most "perfect" putts I've made in a row is four, but one day I'll make all six (seriously, it's NOT easy).
This is what I have. Extremely affordable, can be rolled up. Just keep in mind nothing is going to replace actual greens but this is definitely helpful to make sure you're hitting straight.

Got one of these too and am loving it. Like playing the '1 foot out' game. Start at one foot, keep moving back.
I still haven't actually sunk it, yet. I think it has something to do with me using it on this green which slopes up at the very end, and I have the putt-a-bout covering the middle hole. Makes the angle a little too extreme, I think.
At least that's what I tell myself, after not making a single shot ~100+ putts later.

I switched mats last year. Picked up the VariSpeed Putting Mat .
It has helped me with the speed of my putts. That or perhaps I practiced my putting a lot more ever since I got it. Either way, I’m happy with it.

SKLZ Pro putting matt. It comes with for the return rails but I'm alway too lazy to get them out of the garage and I usually put it on a hard surface anyway for it to roll back. The turf has held up decent even with two cats occasionally getting a hold of it. The back is chincy plastic but they are all kind of like that.

This may sound crazy, but i got this for christmas and spend maybe 5 or 10 minutes a night practicing and it has really helped my putting. I also go to the local course to practice on their putting green over lunch a few days a week. Just practice speed and club path. I shoot to leave myself a 2-3 foot second putt.
