American Apparel baby thermal henleys are long and lean. Unfortunately, AA were bought by Gildan so who knows if they'll still make them or if they'll have the same proportions. You can still find some out there. amazon has a few colors left. I'm 6'3" 175 and a medium is perfect; might even be a bit too long but I haven't washed it yet.

You may want to size up, or if you're between sizes get the bigger one.
I got the shirt off of Amazon. I looked through dozens of listings online to find one that had the collar I was looking for, didn’t button all the way down, had the right material, had the right fit, etc.
Because it doesn’t stretch, and it doesn’t unbutton all the way down, it is actually a little difficult to get in and out of.
