Why not get something like this and continue to play with your mouse left handed? Just typed left handed gaming keyboard or keypad and got a bunch of similar hits. I’ve seems pros in some games who are left play like this. Opens up a of binds for you
Well I use a Magic Mouse so click settings can be changed, I’m currently looking for a better one because I already tried 3 different brands :(, I bought like a mini keyboard so I can use my right hand without so much trouble. I don’t know how to show you a pic of mine but here’s a link of how it is :) (do not mind my English)

Hey man, I used to play on a laptop as well so I know the feeling. Let me be straightforward; do not buy anything if you don't have the means to!
That being said, after I switched to a desktop I could never go back. If you plan on using a laptop for a while, I highly recommend this keyboard. It is less than half a regular keyboard, however if you are on a laptop you are able to put it to the side and still have enough keys to play CS:GO with. I found this setup more comfortable. It also uses mechanical switches which will be better than your membrane laptop keyboard.
If you want to go the desktop route, lookup what you can get for your budget. Remember your budget should also include a monitor and keyboard. You should aim for maybe 150fps if you're on a budget, and an SSD is a worthwhile investment if you're able to. As for monitor size; go look at them and see what you like. I personally can't play above a 24" due to vision problems.

Its alright. I will say I feel stupid because I just assumed it was RGB (it isn't) and I wish it went one extra key row over so I could have Y H and N. I just really wanted something that was basically a keyboard cut in two. the G13 and other options like it I didn't like. Been playing FPS games for over 20 years at this point and didn't want to learn different muscle memory (eg no space bar. shift or ctrl etc)

hope im not too late, but i agree with any of the mouse suggestions below BUT i highly reccoment you check out this keyboard, its meant for gaming, Low price but HIGH quality keypad, it has cherry mx Blue mechanical switches ( He will love them) and its only the left side of the keyboard, as he isnt going to need a whole keyboard because the xim doesnt work as a keyboard anyways it emulates the functions of a controller. i didnt trust the price on this and expected some junk, literally stopped using my keyboard that was 3 times the price. it also doesnt take up as much room so he has more room for his mouse to aim comfortably! i swear the xim needs to buy this keyboard off the company and include in their kit, every xim player should have this Click here for amazon link if youre not impressed with its performance return it and ill delete my account this is the one time you get more then what you pay for lol

It looks like it now has a single 1 star review do to the user getting a defective model, however mine is working perfectly since getting it a week ago.

[Logitech G920] (https://www.amazon.com/Logitech-Dual-Motor-Feedback-Driving-Responsive/dp/B016LI8SCG?th=1) - Best setup I could find for under $500+. I really like it. Solid quality, holds up to (ab)use well.
Rubber Pads - I put these on the wheel and shifter to help hold it to the desk better. I was dealing with sliding without them. I use the flat ones on the underside of the mounts, which press against the top of my desk.

[Desk Brackets] (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01LYL14WV/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) - I mounted these to studs in my wall, and on the underside of my desk. I keep my screens wall mounted, and my PC on a platform under my desk. These keep the desk super stable.

That is actually a really good idea. After posting I was considering getting something like this.
A “brute force” way to do this would to be to mute all in game and buy one of those gaming keyboards that only have the important keys (like this type of thing) do you literally cant.
For in general though, I find meditating separate from league helps a lot

Modding this keypad. I'm going to model and 3D print a base that isn't slanted to one side, but slanted at a slope towards the user. For this post specifically I just want to have a removable USB so I can take it with me places and never have to worry that I'm going to destroy the cable
