Parcel boxes can be spendy ($200+) but they're well worth it if you order a lot of things.

They sell various mailboxes for packages. They're basically smaller versions of the blue USPS drop boxes.

They also make slots that can be installed into walls. If my garage had any non-bricked areas I would have opted for a parcel drop into my garage.
I could see the other non-locking suggestions working but I was just too frustrated (and not that creative). I will say after having the lockbox, even when I get packages that are too large for it, I no longer have thefts. I would expect that people don’t check my porch anymore after seeing that my packages will be locked up.
