What are you looking for?
I definitely recommend a suspension seat post for more comfort.

I also put a ram mount on mine so I can have my phone on the bars for gps. Makes it easy to connect to the USB port too.
I added a second usb rechargeable led headlight along with a rechargeable tail.

And lastly, I put on some cheap plastic moto hand guards to protect my hands since I trail ride it often.

This also fits nice in the nook behind the battery

I got the light on Amazon here. It's really bright but reported battery life is just ok, 2 hours solid red and 4 hours blinking. I haven't tested the battery life yet but it looks great and is USB rechargeable.
oh, so marketing, you say. i feel this price would only be justified depending on what brand hubs/rims/tires are on this thing. from that pic they look generic...
after looking at specs - yes, they are indeed generic. you'll note they name the brand of the tires, which aren't that special, but not the brand of the hubs and rims, which are a big deal to many people. so i conclude they are generic off brand. spend your money better elsewhere. i recommend buying this frame and building on it. spend way less and get even more bang for your buck
I got this one . I saw someone else with one of these from very far away in broad daylight. It was the most obnoxious light I have ever seen. I caught up to him to find out what it was and then ordered one that night. I've been happy with it except I am now that guy. I've had at least 2 dozen people on the rail trail ask me where to get one since I ordered it in July.
I also like it because I am short but I like to ride a 54cm. I don't have a whole lot of real estate on the stem and this can be mounted horizontally so my saddle bag doesn't get in the way
Reliable.
Cheaper than a leader.
Oversized aluminum frame.
You can have any two of those three.
So just think if you want a good bike now, the bike you really want later, or the bike that looks like the one you want now but of questionable quality. Not here to judge whatever you decide just letting you know, barring an amazing used find, that $450 won't buy it all.
Edit: contradiction
No,

These amazon "fixie" frames are okay for a first bike. I've inspected a few in person around my area, the welds are better than most in this price range and the paint had a nice finish with no orangepeel. The geometry is nearly identical to the 725 (ripoff!). The Quality control is questionable, They are known to suffer from bad / broken seatpost clamps. They ripped off leaders seatpost clamp design but it doesn't work as well, You tighten it all the way and the seatpost slips. If this happens to yours, take it to your LBS and have them come up with a new solution like shims or welding another clamp.
Can be had for much cheaper on Amazon. Doesn't list the weight though
Front lights are two XPL-HI 5D Emisar D4SV2s:

Tail and underside lights are from Canway:

I have a camo bike fetish also. One of these days.
I've considered getting a State Black label frame on amazon for $200 and wrapping it.
This sort should work, though, right?

I'm thinking it might be close to this.
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B005KWW90C/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_hOhAxbKBC6VKH
Whatcha think? Do they look similar?
i think it's this frame
I think it's just the cheap track frame from Amazon?
Just get a Kilo TT frameset. They're rock-solid steel, but are still fairly light and actually have aggressive track geometry.
you could just get something simple as fuck like this and build it up http://www.amazon.com/Projekt-Fixie-Cycle-Singlespeed-Frameset/dp/B00LO3TUD0/ref=pd_sim_sbs_468_6?ie=UTF8&dpID=41VJ2N281GL&dpSrc=sims&preST=_AC_UL160_SR160%2C160_&refRID=1D3ZST3AADEA1WKEVCWY
Quality wise, you get what you pay for with the frame set. If you plan of powder coating, you can't do the fork since it's epoxied to the steel steerer tube. It's also heavy. The dropout spacing is 115mm so it requires properly spaced hubs. I could not find anyone around town with a facing tool large enough for the 44mm head tube. Had to do it with a sanding block and 320 grit paper.
I plan on changing the chainring. The ring is too thin for a 1/2" x 1/8" chain. Quite noisy.
As with many others, I'm going to give you advice you didn't ask for.
Ok, first I'll give you the advice you asked for: It will look best if you paint the whole thing down to the last bit matte black. Murder murder murder.
Now, my real advice, spend $100 more than the paint job and get something with more track-like geometry that is meant to be setup fixed/single and is already matte black from the factory.
