There are no shortage of handgun racks on the market, and many are made specifically for mounting on the inside of the door to a safe.
I hate to be that guy, but just Google it. A search for "gun safe handgun door rack" or the like reveals a ton of options. Here's one example.

Look at a secure rifle rack (like this or this) instead, that you can hide behind a closet wall panel or behind a full length mirror.
