I have this one it’s a 3.2 quart bag where standard bags are only two quarts. I have a colon tube I hook to mine to clean out my sigmoid

If you haven’t done enemas before, make sure you take it slow. Building capacity takes time. Do small flushes at first to rid the waste in your rectum. Let the water flow for 30 seconds, stop. Hold as long as you can, release. Do this a few times then you can work on cleaning deeper

I have this enema bag and this nozzle/tip set from Cleanstream. I've been using them fairly regularly for a couple years and they've been extremely solid. Only problem I've had is after about a year and a half, the base of one of the tips had begun to erode and leak. It was because I was using silicone lube on a silicone nozzle, though, so that was more my fault than anything.

The enema bag that you bought, along with the tubing, should be fine though. As far as the valve closing completely goes, fair warning: a new bag may not get rid of your problem. I think it may just be an issue with the type of clip that seems to be universally used on enema bags. Every bag and tubing I've had has had those things and each one has continued to dribble water after being clipped tight. The solution is to either clip it and bring the tubing/nozzle up above the level of the bag so water can't drain out, or to just do your enema in a bathroom where you can lay the nozzle in a tub or sink when finished.

I also take Midol, which contains acetaminophen (paracetamol outside the US), caffeine, and an antihistamine (I forget which one specifically). Be careful not to take other pain meds that also contain acetaminophen/paracetamol (this is what is in Tylenol). You can overdose, which can lead to liver damage/failure.

If my cramps are really bad, I take ibuprofen along with the Midol (or Tylenol). Ibuprofen is what is in Motrin and Advil. People who have tummy issues/ulcers are advised to stay away from ibuprofen as it exacerbates those issues.

Always be sure to check the active ingredients in your medicine to avoid accidental overdoses.

Tylenol is filtered through the liver; ibuprofen is filtered through the kidneys. I avoid alcohol when taking Tylenol. I also avoid alcohol when taking ibuprofen because it’s been shown to increase the likelihood that you’ll get tummy issues, or damage to your stomach lining.

I live in California, and it has always been in stock at local Asian markets near me—usually Chinese or Filipino stores. You just go in and ask for “White Flower” or show a pic.

Before cannabis became legal in California, I’d use it to help manage the nausea and vomiting that resulted from gastroenteritis (24 hour stomach bug).

Ich kann Wärmflaschen mit Bezug empfehlen. Ein Beispiel ist hier zu finden.

Es fühlt sich gut an, schützt vor Überhitzung eures Gewebes und hält die Wärme länger. Gut abzunehmen und waschbar.

Ich habe, weil wir einige Wärmflaschen ohne hatte, die Bezüge selber genäht, allerdings aus Wollfilz (wegen Öko und so) uns es ist wirklich ein Gewinn an Lebensqualität.


Ergänzend noch ein LPT:
Wenn ihr mal eine Erkältung habt, dann legt euch mit drei (!) Wärmflaschen (links, rechts, Füße) ins Bett und schwitzt eine Nacht durch, danach geht es schnell wieder aufwärts und die Erkältung ist weg.
