My instincts say shapewear of some kind but the price points vary drastically and none of them are made for someone with 28/30 FF/G in mind (of course why would life be easy). Some might fit/work anyway but it would be a gamble.

I bought a shaper like this last year, because I knew if I just got one for my abdomen, it would be rolling up in a tube before you could say Bob's your uncle. The crotch "pee port" works great.

It's gonna look awkward unless the shirt is tight enough that it doesn't mess with the lines of the dress. You could get a fine mesh top, or a leotard with sleeves and either would probably work under this. To do this, you should probably just rock it as something purposeful, not try to hide it in any way.

It's hard to find one that has that super tight fit. You may be able to butcher a cheap hoodie bodysuit to get that sort of spandex look.

I was recently a MOH with a low back dress (and what was there of the back was lace) and this worked great for me...I tried backless bras and they all just felt like they were going to fall down in my dress. Seriously I tried like ten different kinds haha once piece backless

I also have a fitted, low back crepe dress and I'm wearing this bodysuit. It's not the firmest control ever but it helps smooth things a bit and there are no lines which is great. Obviously won't work if you have a low neckline or strapless though.

This may suit your needs.

However I think that if you just want to smooth things out a tight cami top may be easier to find (and cheaper).

There's only one size and it's definitely tight in the thighs, long inseam, surprisingly silky/no uncomfortable zipper rubbing but will probably last 4-8 rounds depending on enthusiasm&finesse.

It doesn't have thigh coverage, but is that an absolute 100% must for you due to the shaping or are you just trying to prevent chafing?
