Yes, underwear with a pouch accentuates it without it being entirely obscene. I can't help with brands because I just buy cheap Chinese underwear on Amazon, but something like this or this does a great job. If you don't like jockstraps, there are many other options; that's just what's on my Amazon wish list.

Bunker Underwear makes some that look nice, feel great, and are pretty inexpensive as jocks go. This one in particular I really like - I've never worn another that makes my ass look as good as this one, but be warned that it fits really tightly (not necessarily a bad thing).

2XIST makes some comfortable ones (I have four of these that are honestly fine for daily wear). And I like these Diesel ones too, which are softer and a bit tighter.

I feel like I can wear these no problem. I usually wear briefs that are pretty small anyway. Not small like those ones but I feel this is an easy first step.

I figure it's a good stepping off point... I'll order some real thongs to try them out but definitely a bit more anxious about showing them off.

I’d recommend a supportive thong. I found some on Amazon that support the overall package throughout the day, but allows a bit of “bounce” when walking to remind you of your situation for an added kick. 😉

I've been using Papi's Jock straps to pack with under my normal boxer briefs. The are pretty affordable and I like being able to pack with any underwear that way.

Don't laugh, you need what is called a 'dancer's belt'. It's what male ballet dancers wear under their tights. It's sort of like a thong made of very strong elastic that holds your cock in the upright position, against your belly. Then, when you get an erection it's far less obvious.
