> ADHD, too.
WHOA!!!! HIIII FRIEND!!!!!
I can't remember exactly, but, now that I think of it, your username is hella familiar. I think we have met in another post! Haha. I guess that's the thing about ADHD - forgetfulness means I get to be pleasantly surprised twice :D
But...ugh...I feel like ADHDers are perfectly imperfect victims for people with BPD because we're very tolerant of "quirks" in others and are so darn easy to gaslight or accuse of hypocrisy....and what's more, it's unlikely that people will understand enough to spot the differences right away, either. So frustrating!!!
If I haven't given this to you already, Hhere's a great article I found that has helped me find a way to explain to others what happened. Heads-up that it's definitely gonna trigger some intense flashbacks, though, so maybe avoid reading it when you got somewhere to be haha. But it's been really useful for me so maybe it'll be useful for you, too.
Anyhoo, I've got a theory with the milk thing + my ADHD (and some other symptoms I have), relating to acetylcholine in particular. Am curious if the same holds true for you.
Cow's milk contains free acetylcholine, and some people with ADHD may have actually have issues with acetylcholine vs. direct issues with dopamine or norepinephrine (acetylcholine mediates the other two).
Have you ever tried Alpha-GPC? If not, and if you aren't on a strong dose of meds, I highly suggest giving it a shot. (Start slow - like, one or two pills, taken after any meds you are on have worn off - it'll just take one trial to tell if it works for you). My neuro was a bit skeptical but when I went off of it for week at his direction, the difference was so dramatic that he told me to keep taking it haha. Anyhoo, that link above is to the only manufacturer I would trust.
Any-any-anyhoo, you are now tagged "friend" so I remember next time :)
Your body needs nutrients, not “meat” or “dairy”! That’s very bizarre and very behind the times on those nutritionists, how annoying.
I’m vegan at 4 months, no problems whatsoever so far. My midwife basically asked me right off the bat at 8 weeks how much calcium and protein I’m getting and then said “you’re obviously doing great and have a very good handle on everything, there’s nothing to worry about here.”
My first recommendation is to try plugging what you eat into Cronometer to see how you’re already doing. Just do a typical day, or better yet log for a week to see how you do on average over several days. This was how I knew what to tell my midwife and how I know what gaps to watch for (eg, I don’t always get a ton of potassium, which is common for Americans but like who even knows that?).
If you google “vegan pregnancy” a few books come up, available on amazon - I haven’t checked any out myself because I’ve heard they’re mostly pretty introductory, but I’m sure they can help with some of the initial planning and everything. I’ve heard good things specifically about The Vegan Pregnancy Survival Guide. I know I’ve seen some blog recommendations around too, hopefully someone else has some good ones to add but I’ll hunt around bc I really should have checked them out by now myself too!
For supplements just like as a general idea, I personally take Ritual prenatals (that’s my referral code FYI for a discount just in case but can totally just take off the share part too) with a vegan vitamin C gummy (to aid iron absorption) and vegan probiotics in the morning. At night I take choline and vegan DHA/EPA, and a TUMS for calcium if I didn’t have enough broccoli and spinach during the day (the Ritual prenatal doesn’t have calcium because it interferes with iron absorption, and it doesn’t really have enough choline or EPA). That’s like very specific to me wanting to micromanage what I take because full multivitamins make me super nauseous, there are plenty of vegan full spectrum prenatals that would be way cheaper and easier 🤣
I was on low dose opioids for years because of a back injury and I found the worst part was detoxing from the fucking acetaminophen. I had horrible headaches for months.
I’m on low dose naltrexone now and I want to shout from the roof tops. It’s been a life changer in terms of pain.
I’ve also had horrible headaches from things like calcium d-glucarate and dim that I use to reduce estrogen and balance my hormones. The only thing besides time that has helped The headaches is choline. I specifically take Thorne Research - Phosphatidyl Choline - Phospholipid Complex for Cell Membrane Support - 60 Gelcaps. I’m throwing this out there in case you get headaches that nothing touches in your quest.
Choline is also good for traumatic brain injuries so it covers a lot of bases. It helps your neurons repair.
I also suggest a multi vitamin. You’re taking a lot of stuff but you could be missing things like manganese. I’m on mobile and I can’t double check to see if you’re taking fish oil but that too. I eat well too but I just find my brain and performance are much better if I’m taking a baseline of everything.
I’d also look at Nad. That stuff can be a miracle, especially for any functions related to mitochondria. I take Thorne Research - ResveraCel - Nicotinamide Riboside (Niagen) with Resveratrol and Cofactors in One Capsule - Supports Healthy Aging - 60 Capsules.
I also take Jarrow Formulas Ubiquinol Plus Pyrroloquinoline Quinone, Supports Heart Health and Cognitive Function, 30 Softgels for mitochondrial function.
The good thing about taking things for mitochondria is besides the impact on your brain it also can improve egg health in case you want kids/more kids.
I also take NAC for a clean liver. I had elevated ALT and AST liver enzymes for years because of the acetaminophen in the opioids. The NAC kept them in check. It’s also lowered my AST back to normal and my ALT to the lowest it’s ever been afterwards.
Someone also mentioned Modafinil. I take that too. It’s good stuff. I don’t get the crazy focus and drive some people get (or I haven’t since the first week) but it helps me stay awake all day. I get it from my doctor so I don’t have any sources for you. But I went to her with some studies about chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia, neither of which I have but had symptoms of, and she was easy about it.
I’ve tried Qualia and liked it before an FDA mandated formula change. It’s now missing the racetams. You can get racetams elsewhere. I see them advertising on Reddit. I sometimes take phenylpiracetam if my ass is dragging.
I find that Brain Plus works as well for me as Qualia and is significantly less. It’s $20 a month vs $120. I feel like it covers enough bases. Some people don’t like the kitchen sink approach to nootropics but I’ve found it works well for me and fits what I want to spend on that particular supplement.
If you don’t follow Dave Asprey, he’s a good resource. His book Headstrong is all about hacking mitochondrial performance. He also had some health issues and brain fog and I’ve learned a lot about recovering my brain from him.
Good luck.
Ideas about your current stack:
Maybe drop the oxiracetam for a while, I've read a few anecdotes on the racetams (and also bacopa, interestingly enough) about them "dulling" your emotions, while not always a bad thing, it can be to a degree in some people.
Consider going half alpha-gpc and half cdp-choline (300mg alpha-gpc, 250mg cdp-choline) here or here, some people notice more benefit with CDP-choline for mood
Switch out your multivitamin, ashwagandha, b-complex, zinc, next time in favour of Legion Triumph. It's got a few adaptogens in it (lavender, rhodiola, garlic might be one too, a small amount of acetylcysteine)
Drop the caffeine for a while and just try the theanine on it's own. A lot of people don't realize that caffeine can have a negative impact on your mood when used regularly, and not intermittently (a few times a week)
10,000IU of Vitamin D long term might be excessive, try tapering down to 5000IU (and Triumph also has 2000IU in it right now, so maybe even just 1000-3000IU or from an independent supplement)
Definitely drop the yohimbe/yohimbine. Maca can be good, tribulus I've read reports of it negatively effecting mood in people as well (agitation/irritability).
For the zinc/magnesium, they're both good, but if you're already getting enough zinc in your multi, you might be overdoing it. Magnesium is fine in large doses (as long as you don't get diarrhea! Then split up your doses more).
-------------
Obviously the light box will help. I'd also advise some quick HIIT in the morning time (4 sets of 10-20 squats as fast as possible, depending on your level of activity, with minimal rests in between) to get you up and about for the day. You can even do squats, push ups, glute bridges, and burpees, or something (one or two sets of each). This will take the absolute piss out of you for 5-10 minutes after, but that's a perfect opportunity to stand in the shower and pant like a dying dog.
---------
Improve your sleep too! It's not just about getting up and doing crap, make sure you're sleeping at least 7 hours a day, or try for the next two weeks getting at least one hour more of sleep every single day, and see how that makes you feel. Get flux/twilight all that crap, turn off all the brightness on your laptops/phones after it gets dark outside, turn off the lights in your room 1-2 hours before bed, all that jazz.
If you're drinking heavily (14+ standard drinks a week in men, or 9+ in women) or even drinking to help you get to sleep some nights, definitely stop doing that. Even if it isn't to improve your sleep, it's got a shit load of negative health effects. Same thing goes with smoking, but it can be hard to quit/reduce both of these things. Try to avoid smoking/drinking less than 3 hours before bed, at least. Also avoid doing the same 3 hours after waking up.
Definitely avoid caffeine within 8 hours of bed time. Honestly I think cutting this out for a couple of weeks might help a decent amount (cutting out yohimbine more)
-------
Next comes potential supplements:
Taurine, 1-3g/day (I prefer to take 1g pre-workout and 1g at night before bed) here or here (or much much much cheaper in bulk from powder city)
Inositol 0.5-2g/day (some people notice it actually reduces the drive to do things in higher doses. here or here <--- you can also just eat more citrus fruits instead (oranges or cantaloupes are good sources), some grains are also good sources. <--- consider taking the same time as taurine
Acetylcysteine (0.6-2.4g/day), I take 0.6g in the morning and 0.6 around dinner time, I've noticed it's help a shit ton with my cravings for cigarettes too. It's a decent mood stabilizer in general, and glutamate excitoxicity = bad news bears for a lot of things. here or here. Also much cheaper in bulk, but whereas taurine/inositol have a pleasant taste, acetylcysteine smells and tastes a little bit like rotting eggs (sulfur smell, although it's funny taurine doesn't have that)...
Melatonin, 300mcg at night here or here (try this even if you feel like you sleep fine, seriously)
You could also consider switching out your oxiracetam for some ALCAR/Carnitine (at 0.5-2g/day, avoiding it later in the evening) and Carnitine also might have some mild mood boosting effects in addition to it's cognitive benefits, and exercise benefits.
-----------
Oh if you'd like, you can use my coupon code from iherb for some $5 off your first order, it's JIT328... but a decent amount of this crap is actually cheaper on amazon if you buy it from there (or in bulk from other places like powdercity), so just do whatever is cheapest for you.
My thoughts exactly!!! I've discovered this subreddit a few months ago and since then the picture has become clearer on what I need to do to improve myself, but I can't focus or motivate myself to do some things I know I want to do. I enjoy the gym, so I go almost every day. No problem there. But the mental work is beyond my reach. I was one of the smartest in my school, and got all A's with almost no work. But when I got to university (that's exactly 10 years ago now), lots of work was required and I failed at that. I graduated, sure, but with a 2.7 GPA, which has prevented me from being taken seriously in the employment market since, even though the school I graduated from is Wharton and even though I was there on a full scholarship.
Anyway, after 10 years of me not performing the way I am sure I am capable of, I started researching what may be the cause of that (also, my "girlfriend" of 3 years broke up with me recently partly because "you lost your confidence that you had when we first met", but that's a Blue Pill example for another day). Went to the doctor (I'm in the UK) about possibly having ADHD, and he reluctantly said he'll start the ball rolling for me to be evaluated. In the meantime, I decided to experiment with some nootropics myself because I just can't take not living up to my potential anymore. Just yesterday ordered Centrum Performance, Choline, Caffeine, Theanine, fish oil and Creatine (and a blood pressure monitor to keep an eye on that just in case). From my initial research, it looks like Caffeine + Theanine is the safest thing to try for beginners. Centrum Performance and Choline should load me up on the B vitamin complex. And creatine should help mentally as well as at the gym. That's what I'll do for now. But Piracetam is my next step if I see no improvement in a few weeks.
As for whether drugs are "an artificial way to boost yourself", I wouldn't stop at anything to make myself a better man. I don't care whether people would say that's cheating or whatever. If there is one thing that the Red Pill has taught me so far (as well as my selfish ex-girlfriend) is that you should do what makes you happy first above all else. If taking nootropics helps me dig myself out of this hole I feel I'm in and helps me succeed, then that's what I'll do regardless of how people label it.

Uridine Phosphate
L-Tyrosine
5-HTP ( Seretonin Synthesizer )
According to Wikipedia.
Uridine, along with CDP Choline, promotes the growth of new dopamine receptors in the brain by activating D1 and D2 receptor signaling, helping to prevent dopamine receptor burn out, especially in brains with fewer dopamine receptors or damaged receptors.

Multiple effortless WILDs when I hadn't even come close for years beforehand, crazy and powerful dreams both lucid and non-lucid. They have an impact, they aren't magic pills that'll get you lucid every time if you don't do any LD work/prep but for experienced practicing LD'ers they get a legit 80-90% success rate from them, they increase awareness and memory in dreams.
Can get both off amazon. Also good to take some choline along with. Start with 4mg Galantamine, 300mg GPC, 250-400mg choline then if that doesn't do it for ya double them all. Take at least a night or two off in between doses to avoid tolerance buildup, take during wbtb.

Yes absolutely. Here is the one I bought.
http://www.amazon.com/Alpha-Choline-Supplement-Pharmaceutical-Capsules/dp/B00XWQSD7G
Just read the reviews. I'm sure without a doubt some of the reviews are skewed because they probably (like so many other supplements on Amazon) offer a free bottle for a positive review. I left one without receiving a free offer, YET.
When I started taking Phenyl 200mg + Piracetam 2g, there was definately a jolt early on. I would wake up at 9. Take both. I remember heading to the grocery store at noon - and scanning all the aisles like a robot. Marking down in my head what I needed, the best price per oz, etc.
However, I was left without the effect only a short time after.
I started taking Phenyl twice a day, and the 2nd dose in the daytime is still nothing like the first morning jolt.
Adding Alpha-gpc (seeing as it was the first supplement that came in) and taking it with phenyl+piracetam, I swear it's like an improvement of 1000%. The feeling is all day lasting.
Phenyl+piracetam draw from Choline. It's all synergetic. I had never even heard of Alpha-GPC until maybe last year, but I wrote it off because I was pretty "anti-choline" in my life, and because everything was sort of working. Nothing like it is now. It's insane.
Apparently it increases growth hormone by 19x - which I think just adds to the physical energy/mental strength you can continue to expend throughout the day.

I'd get the ceretropic.com semax nasal spray, I used this brand for uridine. This is the fat soluble version which most people don't prefer. I dosed mine up pretty nicely and got a good effect (3-10 caps). If you want to try the sublingual version nootropics depot is a good one to try. As far as DHA goes, nordic naturals is a good brand.
As with any new routine, always go low and slow and ramp up as needed to get the effects you're looking for. Personally, I've found uridine to be excellent for social anxiety (along with NOFAP). I just want to walk up and talk to everyone I see, haha.
How bout that Brain Force product that was advertised in the video? do you use that?
They're Choline pills.
Brain force you get 156mg of Choline (2pills) for $30.
Choline Supliment you can get 600mg Choline (2pills) for $19
Its literally cut and re-branded Choline, the products claims are literally the same effects as Choline supplements. You're paying 6x markup for Choline.
The profit margin for the product is between 2-5x. that's why you see 50% off as the deal.
The man's smart and has been running the same business model for over a decade. Making products, and promoting content to sell those products to the viewership. its the old "We have a terrible problem and I have the solution conveniently right here for you for only $19.99" strategy, add in some emotional trigger lines like "protect yourself and your family"
That water filter looks like its a well functioning product when it works, a reverse osmosis machine will still save you in the long run. (for the cost of 2 filter changes for an Alexa pure filtration setup, you can buy a reverse osmosis system and have it run for half a decade.)
NSF Certified Resverse Osmosos Machine $136, filters last a year. $25 filter set. standardized filter sizes through the industry. no brand locked filters.
Reverse osmosis membranes have a pore size of 0.0001 micron. The most cost effective system type if you have water pressure. filters over an order of magnitude better than sand filter systems.
Alexapure Water filtration system $156
Passes all filtering standards for public consumption also has some problems , $90 filters
Big Berkey Stainless Steel Water Filtration System not so great product reviews,
Passes all filtering standards for public consumption with higher reductions than the Alexapure product. $258 , $50 filters
cheaper filters. setup becomes cheaper long-term after 3 filter changes. product also has some problems, but seemingly less

Dude this stuff works so well it's amazing!
It will help.
Absolutely. I work a M-F 8-5 type job in IT, so I typically get up around the same time and stick to a decent morning routine and schedule in the first place. Having a good routine and preparation mindset is key for ADHD control. I take my Vyvanse shortly after I'm up and out of the shower, since it needs time to kick in and doesn't need to be taken with food. I take the stack 2x a day: with breakfast and coffee in the AM (and then second multivitamin and ALCAR with lunch) and then the rest without food or maybe a light snack at bed time.
Here's how I break down the stack:
This doubles as my omega 3 and fatty acid source,
which is THE FUCKING CRUCIAL ingredient in this stack and ADD/ADHD mitigation overall. Take this at breakfast and bed time. The research is out there on how much the brain loves omegas.
Triacetyluridine is more potent and convenient than uridine UMP; you can take this tiny pill with breakfast and bed stacks and skip all that not-so-great tasting sublingual dissolving crap.
Taken morning with breakfast and again with lunch (T+4 hours) since it's energizing.
Tl;dr - you need DHA, Uridine, B vitamins and Cholinergics, typically in a 12 hr apart regiment (or broken apart into breakfast, lunch and evening stacks). Quality magnesium is also recommended.
Vyvanse should also be taken on a strict schedule.
I don't know an optimal dosage/ratio. This page is another good resource. Personally I take 250-500mg of Jarrow Formulas Citicoline, CDP Choline, 250mg, 120 Count. CDP-Choline is 18.5% choline by weight (vs Alpha-GPC at 40%), so that's about 46-92mg of choline, but it also contains the cytidine, which converts into uridine. It's definitely more expensive, but I think the benefits are worth it. I don't take racetams, but I know some people increase their choline intake when doing so due to possible depletion causing headaches, etc.
Regarding fish oil, I take 2000mg of Pure Alaska Omega-3 Wild Alaskan Salmon Oil 1000mg Softgels 180-Count, which contains 220mg DHA and 180mg EPA per serving (400mg Omega-3). Some people take more concentrated forms to get more Omega-3, but I prefer the sort of whole food approach. It's important to note the distinction between 1g fish oil vs 1g of Omega-3. Keep that in mind when making comparisons and doing research to determine your goals.
Okay, thanks. I was thinking about picking up the sampler pack then combining one of the tams with some amazon premixed stack like this.

Was thinking the amazon crap would have all the supporting supplements so adding in noopept or racetams should make for a pretty good combo.
Thank you! Is it ok to take noopept and racetam's at the same time or should i cycle between them? I read online that they target the same receptors, so I'm not sure if it's correct to do. I know I can take adrafinil with either as long as I don't take it every day, so i was thinking caffeine + l theanine for days that I'm not if i need the energy, so as to protect my liver and not get too much of a tolerance to either. What do you think?
Also I got this choline supplement, I'm not sure which one it is.
I would taper off slowly if I were you. Try to take it only a few times a week and on your days off I suggest more caffeine than usual, a healthy diet, and some nootropics.

I personally like uridine. I bought this one a while back
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0778V2274/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I also take l-theanine, and other supplements as well. If you're able to study even minimally without the adderall then I'd suggest reserving the dose to when you absolutely must take it. Though this is hard of course lol
You can get modafinil and the like without a prescription if you order it off the grey market. I'm not familiar with getting it into NZ though.
But yeah, the nutritional supplements are generally non-prescription. Choline supplements, piracetam, l-theanine and the like should be freely available. I've linked to ones that I personally use and would vouch for, though lots of others here get stuff from from various merchants and report high quality.
Choline is actually classified as an essential nutrient by the IOM. It is essential in the diet since the body cannot synthesize enough to meet the total need. As a vegan, the risk of choline deficiency is definitely higher since the most common source of choline in most diets is eggs. However, biotin sources are plentiful in a vegan diet so that isn't a nutrient of concern. If you really want to get into the details on choline, read this page and this page. I follow a vegan diet and I have personally chosen to add 250 mg per day of supplemental choline to my daily diet (specifically this one). Obviously many long-term vegans do not supplement with choline and it seems that they manage to get enough through their diet and through synthesis, but I tend to take a 'better safe than sorry' approach. As far as food sources, soybeans, shiitake mushrooms, red potatoes, wheat germ, some beans, quinoa, brussels/broccoli/cauliflower, peanuts, and peas are all moderate sources of choline per serving.
> mr happy stack
Just to make sure. You're talking about this correct? Thank you!
I heard about Niacinamide from here.
>Which form? Bitartrate isn't worth using.
Ah, damn. It's Bitartrate. The reviews seemed promising.
>How much sun exposure do you get? Do you drink Vitamin D fortified milk and eat eggs?
Shit. To be completely honest, I'm very rarely directly exposed to the sun. All my work is done indoors, and I don't drink milk all that much. I'd bet my left kidney that my levels are very, very, very low.
>What's your level of fitness like? Increasing fitness levels can help with energy levels and clarity of thought.
Daily lifting, but nothing too extraordinary.
Thanks for all the help, I'll have to research alot more.

Those are all for making sure my brain works the way I need it to and to manage anxiety that comes with autism.
Obligatory: I'm not affiliated with any of those companies, just use their products and am happy for my purposes!
I've been taking this, which is 500 mg/dose:
https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B01A9WLFZC/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
but check with your provider, you may want less if you are eating meat/eggs. I did look into the recommended daily max, and the tolerable daily upper limit in pregnancy is 3500 mg, so I'm not getting close to that.

Thanks bro alpha-GPC came in this morning I got this brand
I just our ALCAR in my cart after you told me 2
And I'm seeing about the racetam swap now I probably will actually take both, when you say both do you mean both at the same time or take aniracetam one day and then take oxiracetam another day?
And I'm looking into the "happy/urdarine stack right now prob will have the stuff ordered by the end of the day
Thanks
Okey, I use this product: https://www.amazon.com/Jarrow-Formulas-Supports-Function-Veggie/dp/B0013OQEH
It seems like it got very mixed reviews and no information about the percentage of Choline. Maybe it’s a good idea to change them. Any brand to recommend?
https://www.amazon.com/Jarrow-Formulas-Supports-Function-Veggie/dp/B0013OQEHU
This pill should work out OK for you, but I must admit, I take prescription galantamine myself as its cheaper(i have insurance) and is likely more pure and properly dosed. You'll want to take choline with this even tho it has some in it, you will want more. I bought this choline in bulk and I pill it out myself. For galantamine, don't take it every day, it will stop working QUICK. Take it once a week when you really have the time to dream. It can be intense or not work at all based on how you use it.

I haven't received it yet, but in the meantime I have a few questions. I've mostly just been doing research on individual ingredients and so I came up with these questions.
Thanks
You may need to add Choline Bitartrate, like DIYers do to their recipes.
Can get it from Amazon or many other places like thapol said. Powdercity.com, Smartpowders.com, Bulksupplements.com, many more.
Piracetam is a good place to start with -racetams and citicoline or Alpha-GPC are good sources of choline.
L-tyrosine is useful in cases of dopamine deficiency and should be taken with a B complex, or just vitamin B6, and no food for optimal absorption.
Histamine reactions to NAC are rare, but NAC should be avoided if you do have a reaction.

would any of these be good sources of racetams and noopept?
I can't say a bad thing about Twinlab. In general they seem to be doing the right thing.

There is also another interesting choline supplement - Solaray Two Stage Timed Release Choline.
http://www.amazon.com/Two-Staged-Timed-Release-Choline-100-Capsules/dp/B0001VVHFU
It seems to be keeping the Choline around longer.
Currently, I mainly use the two above. Sometimes Nature's Way 500mg tablets also.
When I was last on a pretty extensive cut, I was doing a 20/4 fast. I was taking an EC stack and every few hours I would drink BCAAs with piracetam and choline citrate with the idea of providing aminos to limit muscle catabolism and a choline/racetam to counteract any fogginess in the head that might arise from the calorie restriction throught the day. The only wierd thing was my pooh smelled like choline/racetam.
If this is your intended purpose, I would choose choline bitrate/citrate over Alpha-GPC due to price. Just looking at Amazon, Alpaha-GPC is $0.34 per serving while choline citrate is $0.056 (5.6 cents) per serving.
My point is that powdered PS can be much higher than 50% in strength. Here's some more that are just 100mg of pure PhosphatidylSerine that are not softgels

cheapest price per mg on amazon is here

i mean its not that expensive. I was looking at RG3 prices and those are $500 for 25 mg, so no sure what you are complaining about, lol
Sure. Nautrelo Whole Food Multivitamin: link
Choline Supplement because choline is often lacking in people due to not enough egg consumption.
While the multivitamin is expensive, the vitamins are not synthetic for the most part, and have decent potency.
I bought a ton of bitartrate because it was dirt cheap, but after weeks of tinkering with choline ratios and getting mixed results I did some more reading on Examine and found "choline bitartrate... while it does produce benefits for the body it may not increase neural concentrations of choline reliably.. This reflects the experience I had been having. I bought this Alpha-GPC and one is enough for me.
Alright, I read through the sections on supplements and am now looking at these two. Any opinions?

All my local grocery stores have Maseca in the hispanic foods section. I get those sacks for $2.88. That choline is always the one linked in recipes but I've never seen it for the price listed. I use BulkSupplements choline. It's not $4.99 but the cost per day is still miniscule.
Here is the mobile version of your link
Galantamine and Choline taken together before you fall asleep. Speaking from experience.

Just buy the ingredients separately and clone the formula. there's 11 of them. It should cost significantly less and will hold much more time.
Vitamin B6
Alpha GPC
Vinpocetine
Bacopa
you get the idea..
I was going to post about how much this helped, but now its not helping anymore
That is about $1.20/g, whereas Jarrow Alpha GPC is about $1.11/g in capsules. Why would you pay more for 'bulk'?
CDP Choline is best for phenylpiracetam. I take 250mg when I take the P-Piracetam, and 250mg in the evening. If I don't take both pills, then I get horribly depressed.
The brand that works for me: http://www.amazon.com/Jarrow-Formulas-Choline-250mg-Capsules/dp/B0013OUJPS
The Nature's Way one is not ideal for lucid dreaming - it's choline bitartrate, which is not nearly as effective as alpha GPC. However, no idea how inositol will affect your LDs.
Have you looked at this one?
I take it every morning with my racetams as a nootropic in its own right and as a choline source. It is available on amazon. (Just realised you weren't asking if it was available, but just making the observation.)
It helps keep the mental cloudiness away as my racetams die down as the day goes on. When I wasn't taking it I felt like my attention was a bit worse, and as the day went on I would get more distractable, but as soon as I added it to my daily routine, I'm even more on point and stay that way all day.
it's completely right on what "lifebyexperiment" said about caffeine! so many of us are ingesting far too much caffeine and it can lead to problems! I used to drink tons of coffee until I eventually developed a serious anxiety and stress disorder. Now I just have some green tea here and there, with a light dosage of adrenal support herbs, and my energy levels are gucci. also a diet high in nutrition and not one full of sugar and cheap carb crap does wonders, or maybe it's just the avoidance of that sugary poison, either way, diet has helped me.
maybe check out a supplement called Phosphatidyl Serine/Choline/Inositol, it is a very safe supplement with practically no side effects (of which only occur very rarely).

Start slow on adding THC. There is a supplement that can counteract some of the high called citicoline:
http://www.amazon.com/Jarrow-Formulas-Citicoline-Choline-250mg/dp/B004JO4EFU
Some people with cancer go the suppository route, since it basically eliminates the high, but for brain cancer it is best not to do that. Realize that your entire body has CB receptors, so you must saturate the body in order to get the high doses of THC and CBD to the brain. Don't discount CBG and CBN as well.
Shoot for a whole plant extract for the "entourage effect" instead of honey/BHO. THC has been shown to trigger apoptosis in brain cancer, and CBD works more as an inhibitor.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Entourage_effect
I also highly suggest you eliminate as much sugar from his diet as you can (especially refined sugars). Glucose is the primary fuel source for cancer and you can slow the progression by altering the diet.
Please note that while there are people who are cancer free from using cannabis for treatment, it doesn't work for everyone. I'm not trying to temper your hope, I just want you to look at fighting this thing with every tool you can find.
