I'm only 6+2 but I've slept with what my husband calls "the pillow fort" for years. The best thing I've found is this L-shaped pillow, which stays between my knees much better than a regular pillow:

https://www.amazon.com/Contour-Products-Shaped-Bed-Pillow/dp/B00I2VS5KQ

I'm a side sleeper, and I also use a king size regular pillow to hug for support and another behind me to lean back slightly on (takes the pressure of my increasingly giant boobies off my upper back/traps).

I've used full-size body pillows before but I find if they're TOO big they kind of wind up interfering with my knee pillow (which is the most essential one for comfort, pregnant or not). The king size pillow isn't so long that it winds up tangling with the knee pillow.

The seat cushion I have takes the pressure off my tailbone.
This is the one I have: https://www.amazon.com/Cushion-Orthopedic-Sciatica-Tailbone-Support/dp/B01MZ8IVP4/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1527515917&sr=8-3&keywords=ziraki+seat
Have had it for almost a year now and it is still in great shape (my fiancé bought a similar but cheaper one and it pancakes when he sits on it).

Sleeping wise: I bought a super firm bed mattress (like, it felt like a table when I first got it) and sleep only on my back with a thin pyramid-shaped pillow beneath my lower back for added support. This has all significantly helped.

It kinda depends on your style, but I think keeping it warm would be best. Black leather, oak furniture, and cold colors (especially purples and blues) is very Walmart. If you need the colors, it probably would look nice so long as the base color is neutral and the pattern is the source of color, like...

This is exactly what I mean

A photo would work

Or this one ;) Jk

40+2. I’ve created what my husband lovingly calls a pillow nest. I have my pregnancy pillow plus 4 other strategically placed pillows. I’ve made a support pillow on on side, pregnancy pillow on the other, then created a slight incline with one then a stack of two. It’s made a huge difference in me being able to breath and not roll over/ stay in a comfy position while sleeping. you can also get a wedge pillow if you don’t want to make your own incline.

u/blurrypenis · 4 pointsr/BuyItForLife

I just had to replace my old pillow, I was in the same situation as you. I got a slim bamboo pillow and it's working pretty good. Stays flat and soft, and doesn't make me feel like I'm suffocating when I'm laying on my stomach. Fluffs up decently too if you want some 'reading in bed' support. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B014E9UMH8/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

That is soo cute. But that price. Yikes. 😓
So I went on Amazon and found a cuter one with a better price. The cupcake has a winky face, it's so adorable. 😊

u/pinkmoonkitty · 1 pointr/migraine

I bought a new one several months ago. I'm a back/side sleeper and need a lower profile. I also like a heavier pillow. Sometimes during a bad migraine I sit them on my head. The pressure helps. shruggs This one has been great! I would recommend it to a friend. Or a reddit community. Not sure if you use one, but they make pillows specifically for this. I use mine every night. Gel coated to keep it from getting too warm is amazing.
Similar to mine

u/InAHundredYears · 3 pointsr/WomensHealth

Absolutely seek medical attention. It's probably an infection and could become very serious. That's my bet, a cyst of some kind from infection. There's a very small chance, too, that it could be cancer. See if warm, damp compresses make it feel better. Health supply places sell a kind of donut shape seat pad, some inflatable, designed for new mothers and those who have had surgery Down There, so they can sit without having all of their weight on the sore spot.

Oh, these things are much nicer now than they used to be. Get one like this:

Feel better soon!

Fellow pillow enthusiast (I use a 5 pillow setup) here. Can confirm. Knee pillow is amazing.

u/Fatica · 2 pointsr/BabyBumps

You might want to invest in a ring for her to sit on if she has a vaginal birth.

Baby might need a neck support pillow to fit comfortably in the carseat for that long, especially if baby is on the smaller side.

Your wife will probably want to sit in the back with baby. You may need to stop often to feed baby if you're not formula feeding. If you are formula feeding you will probably still want to stop to burp baby and give it a rest from the car seat (there are concerns about baby breathing when left in a carseat for extended periods).

u/sasquatch_yeti · 2 pointsr/funny

Not sure what is affordable. But this is the best pillow I've had. And you can wash it too.

u/CouldBeRaining · 1 pointr/migraine

I have this one and, while pricey, it's my favorite pillow so far after trying dozens of other types!

u/klmonion · 17 pointsr/SiliconValleyHBO

I did a little image searching. It looks like this one: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0172GSOYI/

If not exact, it's awfully darned close!

u/SimHuman · 4 pointsr/ehlersdanlos

I use two of these knee separator pillows, one above the knee and the other below. The groove helps keep it on my leg. It wouldn't be hard to sew a second strap on it to keep it attached to both legs.

Slim Hypoallergenic Bamboo Pillow - Shredded Memory Foam With Kool-Flow Micro-Vented Bamboo Cover - Made in the USA by Xtreme Comforts - Hypoallergeni https://www.amazon.com/dp/B014E9UO12/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apip_x38vD9hplwHZB

Not 100% sure this is the one Kyle was talking about but seemed close enough

u/tinkrman · 2 pointsr/reallifedoodles

Here are a couple:

https://www.amazon.com/Carex-Pillow-Ergonomic-Reducing-Discomfort/dp/B001AFFYV4

EDIT:

These seem to be more expensive than mine....

I bought mine from Bed Bath and Beyond for under $10

u/ComicDebris · 1 pointr/pics

Sorry you didn't have a good time. Maybe this'll make you feel better.

u/MD_RMA_CBD · 2 pointsr/explainlikeimfive

Sleepright I have owned this and it's amazing it was stolen from me in a burglary :/I replaced it with one I don't like as much. Make sure u get the correct size so your spine is aligned. You will never use a standard fluffy pillow again

u/Yoyochan · 4 pointsr/RingFitAdventure

Tried to get creative here since it's weirdly difficult to find a squishy or low-resistance Pilates ring...

Squishy donut toy

Flexible dog toy ring

Similar ring, purple

Another dog toy ring

Maybe an inflatable ring?

Frisbee ring?

u/IGnuGnat · 1 pointr/migraine

Mine have something to do with muscle tension. I find that I only get a good sleep with one of those memory foam pillows, specifically the ones shaped like this: https://www.amazon.ca/Obusforme-Contoured-Memory-Foam-Pillow/dp/B000FJQYZ6/ref=sr_1_15?ie=UTF8&qid=1541703571&sr=8-15&keywords=memory+foam+pillows

without it, I'm much more likely to wake up with neck problems and/or migraine.

Also, I have to keep my neck and shoulders almost uncomfortably warm; the tiniest chill will trigger muscle tension, and /or migraines, so I sleep with a thin hoody because blankets fall off.

u/powertoolsarefun · 2 pointsr/BabyBumps

I have pretty severe SI issues (were problematic prior to pregnancy - but made worse by pregnancy), so my physical medicine doctor doesn't want to me lay on my side. She (with my OB) recommended using a wedge pillow to keep me propped up while sleeping on my back. This is the one I have: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0172GSOYI
