Ok, here are a few recommendations.
Disclaimer - you can spend a lot of money on supplements that may or may not work for you. I have done this, but I do not care, because every penny I have spent trying supplements was like one day's worth of dope to me. Your mileage may vary.

neuro regeneration:
https://www.amazon.com/Genius-Joy-Serotonin-SAM-L-Theanine/dp/B0743J21SF/ref=sr_1_1?keywords=Elimidrol&qid=1550076228&s=gateway&sr=8-1

You may also want to check out this company's lions mane mushrooms.

Other supplements recommended by a friend I trust:

For the cold/hot flashes.. sweats and gooseflesh, find some Black Cohosh. It may be sold as an OTC menopause medication ... it's not just for women!! Black cohosh has been found to bind to the mu opiate receptors... but not enough to get you high as it's a partial agonist. It binds just enough to regulate your body's "climate control"
For anxiety and stress you could try Kava Kava. This is sold as a tea (Yogi Stress Relief) or a tincture. Either works.. the tea tastes better and the tincture works faster and better in my opinion.

Another great supplement to take would be L-theanine. L-Theanine reduces glutamate, which is the main excitatory neurotransmitter in the brain. This blocking of glutemate and the increase of GABA, helps to ease the anxiety and stress response. L-Theanine also increases the amount of dopamine and serotonin in the brain. There are many studies you can read which support the use of L-theanine as a sleep/stress relief aid. You can find it in any store in the vitamin area... or.. you could drink several cups of black tea.

Lastly, if you can afford it and want to go straight for what may be the real deal, check out:

I just posted about BPC 157 and am probably going to try in myself.

There are many others, but these may be good starting points.

have you considered taking a complex B vitamin? i've been through the gauntlet of meds, and have never taken welbutrin, but have many more that promised more energy including effexor, and they didn't work as well as the vitamins did. If you're prone to migranes you might want to avoid upping your caffeine intake since coffee and chocolate can trigger headaches, but an organic B vitamin stimulates your dopamine receptors in a more natural way. I take an organic company's complex B called Standard Process and it works well for me, and my therapist and herbalist both rave about the company.

word of warning: whenever you're trying something new, remember to be honest with yourself. it's easy to be lax with vitamins since they aren't "big meds", but too much of anything is no good for your body. antidepressant drugs can have a very adverse effect on certain individuals, and can be dangerous, so your concerns are totally valid. take care xx

u/SameerPaul · 1 pointr/ADHD

There is evidence to show that vitamin B6 and Vitamin B12 help some patients with ADD. They are very important vitamins in general, and they play a very big part in the proper functioning of your nervous system (B6 is involved in neurotransmitter synthesis among other things, and B12 is involved in the metabolism of literally every cell in the body). Some of the effects that can be seen are increased energy, motivation, and focus. If you look at the ingredients list for 5 hour energy, for instance, you will see ridiculously large quantities of these two vitamins. It might be worth a try. A quick search of Amazon brings up the following:

https://www.amazon.com/Mason-Vitamins-Formula-Tablets-90-Count/dp/B002VPE74W/ref=sr_1_1_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1469476887&sr=8-1&keywords=b6+b12

https://www.amazon.com/Webber-Naturals-Vitamin-Folic-Tablets/dp/B001LFK9MM/ref=sr_1_5_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1469476887&sr=8-5&keywords=b6+b12

Take your pick, both seem to have good quantities and seem relatively reasonable price wise.

You can also try a B complex, which includes all the B vitamins and can be found at your local pharmacy, but sometimes the presence of B1 (thiamine) seems downregulate the effect of B6 in ADD patients.

In the meantime, exercise is one of the best things you can do.

5-HTP is sold over the counter as an antidepressant, appetite suppressant, and sleep aid.

L-tryptophan is a natural amino acid and is a compound used in the creation of serotonin and can also be bought over the counter in supplement form (used as an antidepressant and sleep aid) but it also occurs naturally in many foods.

As Anonymous_69 stated, Vitamin B (particularly B6) works well too as it helps convert the tryptophan into serotonin. Vitamin B also helps in the generation of dopamine.

u/LenaSaurusRex · 1 pointr/CautiousBB

Yes! I've bought it at the Vitamin Shop and most recently online via Amazon (This one b/c I liked the dosage and need a lot since I go through ~6 a day...also a few other pregnant people left positive feedback about them: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00MQ2MQPW/?th=1). My guess is that your best bet will be the nighttime combo, but research shows that they are BOTH more effective for controlling nausea when taken together.

u/raeraebop · 5 pointsr/thebachelor

it might work..lack of focus is sometimes caused by a deficiency in B vitamins and Axio’s main ingredients are large doses of 3 B vitamins in “bioavailable” forms. Bioavailable means that your body absorbs them better. Cheap vitamins sometimes use less bioavailable forms. But overall vitamin drinks are usually overpriced vs just a good quality vitamin or supplement.

I currently take this. It has the same B vitamins ingredients as Axio plus additional B-vitamins

Dr. recommended this for depression/irritability, and in two weeks it’s helped my anger immensely.

u/build-the-house · 6 pointsr/Anxiety

Yes! I started taking GABA, which is supposed to help with sleep and anxiety. This honestly stopped it for me, but your mileage may vary.

If this this too expensive, maybe hit me up. I can throw a few bucks your way to help.

Anyone have any recomendations for P-5-P? I see a bunch on amazon but I'm not sure what to get. According to the Wiki I'm looking for P-5-P with Pyridoxine Hydrochloride as the type of b6?

Would something like this be fine?

u/secondtimeCT · 2 pointsr/quittingkratom

Have you tried Melatonin? There one by Natrol at Walgreens and Amazon that is half instant and half time release (link here). It took 2-3 in the first week to take effect for me but it really helped me get back into natural sleep patterns. After the second week I only use occasionally.

u/77thandkingston · 1 pointr/Drugs

I'm confused becausethis is the most popular they even have a 250mg version where are you getting 1mg and 2mg from the smallest mg I can find is 25mg b6 isn't in small increments like that

u/inlovewiththeworld · 1 pointr/May2018Bumpers

Mine are capsules, so they don't have a taste. Maybe look for something like that?

But I don't have nausea yet (I was taking the B6 to lengthen my luteal phase while TTC), so I don't know for sure that they wouldn't set it off.

u/despicabledog · 1 pointr/tressless

You have to DIY-it

You will need:

  • Zinc sulphate
  • Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate) NOT Pyridoxine
  • (OPTIONAL) Azelaic acid powder or cream
  • Ethyl alcohol
  • (OPTIONAL) Polysorbate-80

The dosage of each and the overall instructions are in the link in the title.

I will mix it with Minoxidil so I don't need the ethyl alcohol and polysorbate-80.

To reduce the amount of leftover fillers from the capsules/tablets you can buy Zinc sulphate heptahydrate in powder form

Shake the lotion well before applying it.
u/JessieBooBoo · 1 pointr/NovemberBumpers2017

I got these 25mg tablets from Amazon. Of course now the Dr gave me Diclegis, so I'm not taking them anymore and have nearly the whole bottle left.

u/astral_hunterrr · 1 pointr/okeechobeemusicfest

gotta load up on your vitaminssss.

The whole weekend I had Emergen-C, Genius Joy , and whole food multivitamin

u/HauntingYourPast · 5 pointsr/StackAdvice

Just buy the ingredients separately and clone the formula. there's 11 of them. It should cost significantly less and will hold much more time.

Vitamin B6

Alpha GPC

Vinpocetine

Bacopa

you get the idea..

u/mgianni19 · 1 pointr/steroids

I took 200 mg a day, 100mg in the morning and 100mg at night until it completely gone, then now I just take 50mg a day since it's under control. https://www.amazon.com/Country-Life-Pyridoxal-Phosphate-Tablets/dp/B0019GXQK0/ref=sr\_1\_5?keywords=P5P&qid=1565292164&s=gateway&sr=8-5

u/Auttoh · 1 pointr/adderall

Here you go! I got it at wholefoods, but same thing. 500mg each

https://www.amazon.com/Country-Life-L-Tyrosine-Vegetarian-Capsules/dp/B001185XGQ

u/beenonymous · 4 pointsr/steroids

Get some Pyridoxine P5P (B-6) and take 2-3 caps (600-900 mg) a day for a week or two, then down to 1 cap (300 mg)/day for maintenance.

u/throwawhey6669 · 1 pointr/steroids

Can someone tell me if this is the correct P5P/B6 to get for prolactin control?

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0006NIOJA/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_mwEWDb4YJFBS1

u/Yeffug · 16 pointsr/todayilearned

L-theanine. The linked brand and dosage (x2) is what I take to counteract any hangover induced anxiety. Works pretty well. Sometimes after 12 hours or so I take one or two more and life's good. A single dose of GABA on top of that will even make it so I can get a nap in. I am not a doctor and for all I know this could kill you or even me the next time I do it, but from what I've read the dosage that I am working with in the timetable I'm using is nothing groundbreaking. Also, I should be clear, I am not saying to take these things when you are still drunk, that is probably a bad idea. I'm not saying to take them at all, I have just found that they work for me.

u/darrbo79 · 1 pointr/quittingkratom

https://www.amazon.com/Genius-Joy-Serotonin-SAM-L-Theanine/dp/B0743J21SF

Has a lot of the stuff people claim to help with WD and paws to begin with. We’ll see ... but so far it significantly helped combat the crap feelings that come with a long drawn out taper

u/sacca7 · 6 pointsr/Menopause

I take b6. 1.5 mg is the USRDA, and I take about 4-6 mg/day.

I bought drops, and a separate dropper bottle so I can regulate the dose. For me, it doesn't take much, but if I stop for 1-2 weeks I start to notice fatigue.

I take 2-3 drops of this, which is about 4-6 mg.

u/cmcg1227 · 2 pointsr/wls

I take these (bypass 18 months ago):

  1. One a Day's Womens - I'm a woman so if you're a guy you should probably get the men's version
  2. Bariatric Advantage Dry Vitamin D
  3. Nature's Way B-50 Complex
  4. Natrol Maximum Strength Biotin
  5. Kirkland's Calcium Citrate

Then, I'm not currently on either of these, but for a while I was taking:

  6. NOW Vitamins B-1 Thiamine
  7. Country Life Dry Vitamin A

When taking all of these vitamins daily as recommended my numbers have all come back fine. Personally, I HATE the B- Complex because it smells funny, and I've tried a few brands and discovered that its just the way the B-50 complex smells and I just deal. Have one of those lame pill/vitamin containers that you can fill for a whole month, and I keep the B-50 in a separate container because otherwise ALL of the vitamins smell and its a more horrible process.
u/brillyinz · 3 pointsr/NovemberBumpers2017

I'm taking the unisom + b6 combo and it doesn't take the nausea away totally but the one day I skipped it was TERRIBLE, so it's definitely making a difference.

The kind I have now is 100mg but I just got these on amazon, in 25mg. I'm going to try to lower the dose a little, I also read not to exceed 100mg/day.
