Eh, I am pretty good at photoshop. Looks like a dude in a black bodysuit with a wearwolf mask for halloween that someone took a picture of, color corrected and added two white dots on the eyes. Maybe added a gaussian blue effect over the top.

Doing all of that from scratch wouldn't yield a photo like this - at least, not with a huge amount of effort.

This is a bodysuit, not a bathing suit. You won’t be able to swim in it. It’s cotton.

I think a lot of people are confused. A body suit is something that generally requires a flexible material that moves with your body. Metal doesn't really do that so I think a lot of people are confused on what you are requesting.

If it's not the flexibility of the latex that you want, I assume it's the thin and skin tight nature of the material. Which you really can't do with any metal that I personally know of. At least not an actual metal. You could get a skin tight metallic suit like this.

If you just want full body coverage in metal, then really all your asking for is a suit of armor. But I assume you know what that is and thus is not what you want either.

No, it is indeed a store-bought costume, it's just a decent-looking one (in the submitted photo it's simply worn without the wrist bracers). There's not even a printed pattern printed on the back--you can see that in the photo, and also the strange seams at the shoulder.

This costume has been everywhere lately, it's an off-the shelf item, made by Disguise, one of the biggest Halloween costume companies around.
