Ok so I got the legs from goodwill for $5 in the box and everything. But I honestly think they have them at Home Depot for like 20. I got the handles on amazon-they were an opened box. They were silver and the legs were black so I spray painted. I did sand it but not very much lol. The color is starlessnight by behr. And to everyone saying they like the wood more-lucky you your wouldn’t have to take the time to paint it! Thanks to everyone saying they like it!! handles ](https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01MS9NU0O?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share)

Yea this shit is crazy expensive. Chances are you'll still get a better deal shipping from Amazon.com over here. Just make sure you get someone to actually buy it for you with an amazon Prime account. I saved $15 getting my brother (in the states) to send me this DMT D2SE Extra Fine Sharpening Steel.

I had a real hard time finding hardware I liked at the local big box stores. I find this on Amazon and am really happy with it so far.

Thanks! I actually got the baskets from amazon - http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B002OXOFPC?pc_redir=1406884906&robot_redir=1. I wasn't sure how they would look, but I ended up really liking them.

swapped earthwing superglider onto wowgo 2s. missed handle so bought these on amazon

drilled one into the board tonifht using standard hardware.

result: not bad! going to get some shorter hardware and clean up the lines but works well for short distances and preferred to a kayak handle!

Oh yeah! New handles! Who would have known a $2/door upgrade could make such a difference. I got some knobs similar to https://www.amazon.com/homdiy-Cabinet-Brushed-Nickel-Handles/dp/B073TWK9RC that went a long way to improving the kitchen.

The metal part is screwed on. What colour and style hardware do you reckon would work best? I was thinking shell knobs like this or perhaps a T-knob?

It's okay. Drips sometimes and wabbles alot, but I think that has more to do with my cheap sink. And the weight doesn't always pull the head back in. We're glad we bought it, but I don't expect to last more than 3-4 years.

u/Anon572759 · 1 pointr/ElectricSkateboarding

Something like one of these maybe? I'm sure there are folding steel handles that would work at your local hardware store.

I use an extra fine diamond coated honing rod
before putting mine away every time. When it needs sharpening, I get out the 4 sided diamond sharpening stone:

Right on, I typically use stuff like this, especially for dressers / nightstands / desks, things like that.

I bought a 4$ jig off Amazon.
Rok Hardware Knob Handle Pull Drill Mounting Template for Cabinet Doors and Drawers https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01NADNB9N/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_lvySDbC5HS7T6
It made it very fast. I had all the pulls done in about 30 mins.

Hardware for the drawer slides wasn't bad either. It came ready and assembled and lonly took 3 screws per side to drop in to pre-drilled holes. very easy.

u/jackjackj8ck · 3 pointsr/HomeImprovement

I just spent $36 on these drawer pulls and cabinet pulls on Amazon and it made a huge difference in my kitchen

Hmm I was planning on bolting through for the recessed handles, though that'd still make the hole if that's the main issue. Maybe I'll switch to a different kind of handle.

Something more like this? https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00JQYVGEK/ref=ya_aw_od_pi?ie=UTF8&psc=1

u/joseconseco999 · 1 pointr/boostedboards

Whoa, I completely forgot to do this!

Gotta find a similar handle locally, since I'm not in Canada.
Would this work?

Is this the mounting tape that you used?

Would this work for the vinyl stair tread on top?

u/thelastspike · 5 pointsr/woodworking

Something very clean, something modern.

these would work. they seem to be available in many lengths.

I had the issue of my key being stuck to my keyring while the car was running so I bought a quick detach keyring and it fixed that issue. I prefer a key because i can open it in the dark and not worry about seeing the numbers. Each safe has its pros and cons.

u/Gergi_247 · 1 pointr/fixit

I assume I need something like this: Sandusky Lee SLH-S Single Handle Set, Satin Finish https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00KX27QJ8/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_AFXaAbMRRM2VV

But, I don’t have the piece it needs to lock to on the side where the screw is. What is that called?

u/Johnhaven · 7 pointsr/lifehacks

I have a similar problem and I use these to solve it.

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0049J4WSE/ref=pd_lpo_sbs_dp_ss_2?pf_rd_p=1944687602&pf_rd_s=lpo-top-stripe-1&pf_rd_t=201&pf_rd_i=B00IEYF6EO&pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_r=1KMHAYHW9GE47Y3AA4PW

I have the house keys on one end and the car keys on several of the other ends. So, when going out I just grab the house keys and the car key I need.
