I store more seeds than most (Market Gardner).

Large seed (think, like, pea, corn, bean and the like) get stored in quart and half-gallon mason jars. Use the actual canning lids as these are air/water tight. The white plastic screw-on convenience lids allow moisture to seep in.

Small to mid sized get stored in dirt-cheap prescription pill bottles - either 8 dram or 16 dram size. You can get more than you'll ever need for, like, $30 bucks. I think mine were 250 or 270 bottles for $30 bucks. Go in with a few friends. You'll never use 'em all. These aren't water tight. They go inside a Rubermaid container with a gasket that keeps moisture out.

The Mason Jars sit in a dark basement that stays near 60(f) year round. This is key to longevity: Consistent temps. Wild fluctuating temps are a no-no.

The pill bottles inside their Rubermaid get stored in a dedicated freezer kept at 10(f). Seed stored here pretty much last forever. Like, when they tell you Onion seed will only last 2 or 3 years? I've seeded 10 year old Onion with better than 80% germination (was inspected at 92% by the seed company, so it didn't really lose all that much in a decade. )

This works for me.

250-ish varieties across 70 or so distinct crops.

Amazon! You can find packs of 12/24/48/etc. vials / amber bottles for extremely cheap. You can also get very cheap (in a good way, they're all high quality) nasal sprayers, as well. I have SOOOO many left over amber bottles and such.

Here are some examples!

1oz Amber Bottles 12pk

Same thing, but 2oz.

12 Amber Vials with Droppers

Larger Clear Round Pyrex bottle

2ml amber dram bottles (these also come in 24-36+ counts, too

...and there's so much more! Amazon is a goldmine for research materials in my experience! Hope I could help!

Yea that’s true. Maybe I’ll give that thing another shot cuz they are so convenient. They sell them at my local head shop.

Another cool thing they sell is a glass vial, similar to the above, but the top unscrews and has a built in spoon/shovel thing. like this

this is pretty cool too. I might need to get one of these lol

u/Hautla · 2 pointsr/Drugs

negative, the water will dissolve the capsule. I used to have these awesome little amber vials that I kept my doses in solution in. vials These are awesome to hold liquid doses, or if you want to put your chems in glass these type bottles are fantastic.

u/dasiffy · 1 pointr/Canadian_ecigarette

hot sauce

perfume dispensers (no dripper.)

some kind of bottle holder (all of these are too small for unicorns, but the little glass 30mls might fit)

You're link looks like the best option.

wait a minute... essential oils dispenser -- other option

think we have a winner

Quick question, (I hope this is kosher to ask) I ordered some gear online ( not my first time but first time with this provider)

And for the first time, the gear didn't come in vials. It came in these 5ml sealed packages, super discrete and all that. However, I have no idea what to do with them now.

I was thinking of buying some of these:
http://www.amazon.com/dp/B005DIPY32/ref=cm_sw_su_dp
And then maybe getting a small beaker, opening the packets into the beaker and then using a syringe, transfer to the vials. Does that make sense? Or does someone have an alternative?

(Once again, I hope this is kosher to ask)

u/freebytes · 1 pointr/Random_Acts_Of_Amazon

"I really really want it!"

I picked up some of these 8 dram vials and they are excellent for holding things. They are actually used by nail salons, I think, but I needed a container for 30ml substances. I used these to put together some C60oo for testing, and they are excellent for storage and very inexpensive.

You will, however, need a glass beaker set for measuring the substances to pour into the vials.

Oh, and here is some astragalus root extract that is actually on my list. I guess this would qualify as 'gardens'. I am trying to grow the stuff, but it takes 2 to 3 years before it can be harvested, and I just started a month ago. I must use this until I have my own supply.

u/burstingattheseams1 · 6 pointsr/cocaine

I recommend a dedicated container with a built in spoon over key bumps... key bumps are a bit unpredictable and easy to drop everything on accident. Also don't recommend putting your whole stash in the container because it'll get taken away if you're being too obvious about things.

Something like this:https://www.amazon.com/Small-Glass-Bottle-Snuff-Pocket/dp/B0160BB0ZQ, but I imagine you can find them at headshops too.

People use keys because it's what they always have on them. I use the end of my sunglasses at music festivals lol.

u/GreeenGene · 13 pointsr/trees

My friend got glase gauze and it came in that bottle. I just measured my glass jar it is 2.75 inches in height and 3/4 inches in diameter and it's kinda a lose fit. The actual compartment space is about 3 inches in height and 1 inch diameter.
These look pretty sweet.

u/mike_sans · 1 pointr/funny

Really? Is it like an invasive species thing? That would make sense...

Maybe he's just been good at hiding them - they're REALLY small vials, like these.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

u/Johnny-Smoke · 1 pointr/writing

A small, plastic vial like this:

https://www.amazon.com/Glass-Vials-Dram-Pack-12/dp/B008IRT7SI/ref=mp_s_a_1_17?keywords=vial&qid=1556063835&s=gateway&sr=8-17

Also, your friend probably used the pen to catch the smoke coming off of a heated tin foil bowl (not connected like a pipe, you put the pen in your mouth and aim the other side over the meth/other drugs).

u/xsoccer92x · 2 pointsr/researchchemicals

Amazon. These are what I use and they function perfectly.

I keep em in this case

Might as well throw in some Silica Gel Packets

u/CrazyCatLady108 · 2 pointsr/pics

craft shops, and i am pretty sure you can order them on amazon

u/ShamrockAPD · 1 pointr/Homebrewing

I bought 15 mL ones from amazon - heres the link

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005MIPHIK/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I plan to reuse them though as well after each use. So, boiling everytime to help sanitize i imagine would be a must.

u/MaybeAngela · 1 pointr/asktransgender

Cool, glad I could help. They also sell these sterile empty 5 and 10 ml multi use vials that you can transfer your 1ml vials into to make things a little easier. https://www.amazon.com/pack-Sterile-Empty-Vials-Hospira/dp/B006TNFSX6/ref=pd_ybh_a_90?ie=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=55VR2GJZ8GQK8BAZDPVV

Here is a youtube video showing how transfer from ampul to vial, its not the one I was looking for. The one I was looking for was a professionally done training video for lab employees but I couldn't find it so take every thing this guy says with a grain of salt and double check it but his process looks mostly correct.

they are specimen vials. I grabbed some from my high school bio class that we used for insects. I haven't been able to find them in anything but bulk packages, and they come in a variety of sizes. You can but sets online and split the costs with some frients. SOOOOO much better than a baggie, you just put them to the bowl and spin it. Though with the smaller ones, I suggest using it for finely ground stuff or kief. Something similiar. http://www.amazon.com/Kimble-Kimax-Borosilicate-Cylindrical-Unattached/dp/B004PLMF6C/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1347500713&sr=8-1&keywords=specimen+vials

u/lodubzfreq5 · 1 pointr/Drugs

O ya for sure I know what you're saying now. I've used little glass vials for that type of thing. Like these..(sorry I Dont know how to add a link or if you can on a cell phone)

http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B008IRT7SI/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?qid=1395633412&sr=1-3&pi=SY200_QL40

u/Walrasian · 1 pointr/Homebrewing

Your local university might have a glassware and supplies shop.

Next easiest option is amazon
http://www.amazon.com/Glass-Vials-Dram-Pack-12/dp/B002JV6976

u/ljmunoz · 2 pointsr/Entrepreneur

You can find them Here for pretty cheap.

u/a_wild_redditor · 1 pointr/backpacking

I like the Nalgene snap-cap vials, they come in a few different sizes - Amazon has an assortment - I have seen them at the Container Store and camping stores too.

The Coghlan's salt and pepper shaker lids for film canisters are a classic, if you happen to have some film canisters around.

u/amnesiac854 · 2 pointsr/trees

Science and Surplus stores, ftw

edit also Amazon

u/tyrannosaurusregina · 1 pointr/blogsnark

Maybe these? My local natural foods and supplements store sells them.

u/CreamyPotatoes88 · 2 pointsr/trees

Hey, these are pretty similar

Wholesale site 0741-23 looks p good, lowest is 48pcs for $15 USD

Amazon clear ones 6 per 1 order

Amazon black pop tops $50 USD but pop cap might be weird with ground bud

u/Kangalooney · 1 pointr/rpg

Try Amazon.

Cork stoppered vials

That's the sort of thing you are after?

u/Khiv_ · 1 pointr/steroids

Does anyone have any experience with these vials?

The vendor says they are FDA compliant so I should be fine, but there is one costumer review saying they don't consider it to be sterile.

u/niner2107 · 1 pointr/FLMedicalTrees

You can pick up some of these vials from Amazon. Mix and distribute using blunt needle tip.

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002JV6976/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1

u/ChemEnhancd · 1 pointr/steroids

Picked them up on Amazon, here they are

u/nxnja · 2 pointsr/Drugs

glass vials in a dark place at room temp (not sure if either one of those makes a difference, but it couldn't hurt)

u/caeciliusinhorto · 2 pointsr/cocktails

Here?. You can also get a slightly smaller tin. I leave sourcing a teaspoon and brown sugar as an exercise to the reader.

u/SNSDTyeon · 3 pointsr/researchchemicals

Just order them off amazon.

u/Phaedrug · 4 pointsr/opiates

I use the tiny little 5/8 dram vials. It fits in the little coin pocket on jeans.

Edit: maybe 1/2 dram, these https://www.amazon.com/Glass-Vials-Dram-Pack-12/dp/B008IRT7SI/ref=sr_1_8?ie=UTF8&qid=1485304947&sr=8-8&keywords=small+glass+vial

u/mariamartini · 1 pointr/tulsa

$1 for 2

Glass Vials, 1 Dram, Pack of 12 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B002JV6976/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_wvGmzbKREFEWW

These may be smaller than you were looking for actually.

u/ChibiOne · 1 pointr/TransDIY

You can pull the medicine into a syringe and replace the cap on the syringe and keep it to inject at a later time. Alternatively, you can order these

https://smile.amazon.com/pack-Sterile-Empty-Vials-Hospira/dp/B006TNFSX6

and open all of your ampoules and use a syringe to move the estradiol into one of the empty vials, that way you can fine-tune your dosage without wasting estradiol.

If you want a decent video about gluteal injections, here's one

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7R9ZtCF6CRA&feature=youtu.be

u/bigveiner · 2 pointsr/steroids

Should I sterilize These Vials? I can't unscrew the top so idk if I'd be able to get them back on
